开始做饭了，先把蛋打出来，搅啊搅，再把白菜洗干净。接着慢慢的一刀一刀的切着。“怎么会这样”？大小不一，厚的厚，断的断，白菜掉了满地；鸡蛋也弄得到处都是。哎，真是狼败啊，我先少倒一点油，再把搅好的鸡蛋倒进锅里，炒啊炒；再放白菜，继续炒，再放饭又炒了一下。放了半勺的盐巴！翻啊翻，起锅了！鼓掌！色还可以；气味有点怪；鼓起勇气尝一点，有点咸了，真难吃！还有点生菜没熟的味道，太油！此时我才发现，原来我的家庭常识是那么少，对这个家也了解得少，虽然闹剧很多，可这快乐的一天还是在阵阵抱怨声中结束了，听爸爸妈妈那一声声：“辛苦了”！我的心里好惭愧，我深切体会到：爸爸妈妈为了这个家，把心都操碎了！短短两句话足以表达这一天下来我的深刻感受：做好孩子难，做好家长更难！生活就像一盘菜，酸甜苦辣样样具有。

从这次亲身体验中，我了解到了：爸爸妈妈原来这么辛苦，下班了还要帮我们做饭，做完饭还要收拾房间，还要辅导我们做作业……我明白了：做什么事都是看起来简单，做起来难。做事就怕“用心”，世上无难事，只怕有心人！辛勤的汗水，换来了爸妈的笑脸。我也体验到了那一份快乐。

虽然大家存在的问题很多，但每个人都积极参与其中。“满头大汗”、“口干舌燥”成为了我们最形象的代名词。在每一个人的不懈坚持下，怀着对明天演出的期待和敬老院的畅想，结束了初次排练。

晚餐是由同学们亲手做好的，大家在和面中使尽蛮力，挥舞着面粉让它们四处飞扬，在同学们的欢声笑语中，一个个有模有样的饺子包好了。品味着大家包的饺子，味觉告诉我们，它们是幸福的味道。充满着稚气的我们，脸上洋溢着青春的气息，彼此打闹，一同分享只属于我们的美妙。

在接近尾声的争分夺秒中，我们进行着最后一次实质性的彩排。全员的排练激起了我们的斗志，从每一个小小的节目到大合唱，从几个人的参与到几乎全员“出动”。洪亮的歌声从会议室顺着林间的小路、树叶的间隙、空旷的操场回荡在每一个角落；委婉轻柔的悦耳歌声在凉风萧瑟的迷人夜景中越飘越远，淡淡消散；突然地哄堂大笑伴着几声惊鸟飞过，又淡然了下来；卫老师激情澎湃的对我们说出期望，斩钉截铁地回答响彻云霄。不知不觉中，夜深沉了，漆黑一片的夜空下，嬉戏打闹的我们回到了宿舍，带着对美好明天的憧憬进入了梦乡。

第三天起床仍是美好的一天，坐着大巴车一路颠簸来到了王莽区域敬老院。岁月的沧桑映入眼帘，幢幢新墙中住着70多位孤寡老人，他们无依无靠，在这里他们安享晚年。但封闭多年的心唯有子女能让他们敞开心扉。而在那时，他们就是我们的爷爷奶奶，他们也可以拥有与亲人般的生活。

走进院内，爷爷们激动地拉住了我们的手，他们的手被我们温暖，紧紧地不想放开。随后工作人员带我们参观了爷爷奶奶们的房间，优质的住宿环境，琴棋书画样样俱全，如此精致的生活却好像也填补不了爷爷奶奶们心中的那一小块空缺。

很快，演出开始了。

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. 当叶老师让我们睁开眼睛时，有的同学“哇！”地叫了起来，有的在哈哈大笑，还有的把写的字擦了，生怕被别人看见。原来同学们写的字有重叠的，有东倒西歪的，有斜着的……“天哪！”我不禁叫了起来，我写的字就像蚂蚁在搬东西一样。我们刚才只是写一首古诗都这么难，盲人们每天都要做许多事，多么艰难，多么不容易啊！

最后一分钟，叶老师让我们闭上眼睛在心里为盲人们送上祝福，我想对他们说：“盲人们，不要因为失去光明而悲伤，要开朗起来，不要放弃心中的希望和梦想，向海伦·凯勒学习，通过努力取得属于自己的那份成功。”
