晚餐是由同学们亲手做好的，大家在和面中使尽蛮力，挥舞着面粉让它们四处飞扬，在同学们的欢声笑语中，一个个有模有样的饺子包好了。品味着大家包的饺子，味觉告诉我们，它们是幸福的味道。充满着稚气的我们，脸上洋溢着青春的气息，彼此打闹，一同分享只属于我们的美妙。

第三天起床仍是美好的一天，坐着大巴车一路颠簸来到了王莽区域敬老院。岁月的沧桑映入眼帘，幢幢新墙中住着70多位孤寡老人，他们无依无靠，在这里他们安享晚年。但封闭多年的心唯有子女能让他们敞开心扉。而在那时，他们就是我们的爷爷奶奶，他们也可以拥有与亲人般的生活。

走进院内，爷爷们激动地拉住了我们的手，他们的手被我们温暖，紧紧地不想放开。随后工作人员带我们参观了爷爷奶奶们的房间，优质的住宿环境，琴棋书画样样俱全，如此精致的生活却好像也填补不了爷爷奶奶们心中的那一小块空缺。

很快，演出开始了。

张之韵说：“我们去洗菜吧！”张之韵话音刚落，我们直奔放菜的地方。何洛瑶妈妈早一等着我们了，我们同心协力把沉重的菜抬到了洗手台，何洛瑶妈妈一手拿着生菜说：“你们看，要把整个叶片给剥下来，剥到小的叶片，就把根给剥下来。洗一下就放篮子这边。”我们遵照何洛瑶妈妈的说法，很快就把生菜给洗完了。我们返回到家长的地方，我爸爸突然说：“你们去弄两条鱼吧。”我们意外的发现了一桶装的满满鱼。好奇心驱使着我摸一下鱼，我伸进桶里，一股冰凉刺骨的海水触到了我的手指，紧接着，我摸到了滑滑的东西，我立刻缩回手，吐了吐舌头。我望着这桶浑浊的水，准备第二次尝试。我小心翼翼的再次把手伸进去，又摸到了滑滑溜溜的东西，我并没缩手，只是抓起来，就在半空中，我们看见是一条鱼，但是只有0。5秒的时间，然后继续滑落，水花四溅，溅到了我们的身上。我们咧开嘴笑了，张之韵也想尝试，便把手伸进去，可是伸到了鱼身上很快的就把手缩回来。我这次大胆点，抓着鱼头，往上提，其他同学发出赞叹声，可是还掉下去了。就在我们玩的正开心的时候，我想起了我们的使命，我说：“我们选一条鱼吧！”这句话让我们团队都愣住了，过了一会儿，才晃过头来。我们用眼睛急切的寻找，可是这浑浊的水把鱼掩藏得严严实实，我的眼睛都快碰到水了，依然看不清。我们只好“浑水摸鱼”，只要碰到一条就绝不放过，一把捉起，还是捉不到，我们就像狼到嘴的羊逃了一样生气。我们要动真格的了，一起捉住同一条鱼，捉住它的尾巴、腰、头，想逃也别想逃掉，鱼奋力挣扎着，扭动着身子，我们快要招架不住，连忙向旁边宰鱼的叔叔说：“叔叔！我们定这条鱼！”可是，那位叔叔在宰另一条鱼，我们捧着鱼放到宰鱼台上，那条鱼在宰鱼台上活蹦乱跳，叔叔一把抓这那条鱼，然后的举动让我们很惊讶，叔叔拿着钢丝刷大力敲着鱼头，发出“砰砰”的响声，我们捂住眼睛，吓得不忍直视，叔叔又用钢丝刷削着鱼鳞，鱼鳞到处乱飞，然后挖出内脏，用水冲洗。我们的任务就完成了。

在家长的帮助下，我们很快就可以吃饭了。我们向莫老师碰杯，庆祝我们的功劳，我们总算吃到自己做的饭来啦！

啊！我总算体会到了生活，也从生活中获得了乐趣！

体验生活，生，是一个点；死，亦是一个点。生与死之间的线段便是人生。而这条线段似零散又似紧密的一个个点便是生活。生活需要体验，用心用脑去体验。在奋斗之后享受成功，是体验生活的快乐；在挫折之后品味失败，是体验生活的苦涩。生活就是这样，是苦与乐的结合体。在追求个性的路上活的轻松自如，是体验生活的潇洒；在追求事业的路上活的异常艰难，是体验生活的艰辛。生活就是这样，是潇洒与艰辛的结合体。在沿着自己生命主线前进的路上披荆斩棘，是体验生活的硕大；在前进途中细细品味路边不起眼的花草，是体验生活的微小。生活就是这样，是大与小的结合体。

在社会激烈的竞争下选择友情而不是权欲，是体验生活的真知；在某些背景下选择私利而不是友情，是体验生活的虚伪。生活就是这样，是真与假的结合体。在自己理想变为现实后尽情的欢乐，是体验生活的得意；当自己的美好愿望付之东流后闷闷不乐，是体验生活的失意。生活就是这样，是得与失的结合体。在成功后尽情与知心朋友狂欢，是体验生活的豪放；在失意之后没有一个可以倾诉的对象，是体验生活的无奈。生活就是这样，是豪放与无奈的结合体。食有五味，生活亦有五味。生活就象一盘许是美味许是残羹的饭菜，人拿着筷子去盘中夹东西品尝，或许会为这一筷而兴奋庆幸，或许会为这一筷而后悔痛苦，但没人知道他吃下去的这口会是什么味道。体验生活其实也简单，只要早晨出门前想一想今天该怎么活才有意义，晚上睡觉前想一想今天在生活中的得与失……

一年一度的酷热暑假又来到了，我也马上要从小学的学习生活进入初中更紧张的学习生活中。

妈妈为了利用暑假的大好时光来锻炼我吃苦耐劳、独立生活的精神。所以决定带我去住在江西省高安市的一个农村的外婆家。让我帮一帮外婆做一点农活，锻炼一下自己干活、做事的能力。

来到外婆家，外婆很是高兴，还特意给我做了鸡蛋汤喝。我大口大口吃了个饱，可是这好吃的不能白吃呀。然后就跟着妈妈、外婆一起到田里去干活了。田里的大小棚整整齐齐，像一道漂亮的风景线，远远望去又像一个个整齐有序的士兵在排队。外婆告诉我她们村盛产的农作物是辣椒，这里的辣椒与众不同，以辣味十分火热而出名。家家都主要种植这种辣椒，来维持生活的来源。

外婆还教我如何去摘辣椒，寻找熟了的辣椒。我知道了方法之后，外婆拿来一个大桶子，我提起一个桶子，蹲下来仔仔细细地把长熟了、长好了的辣椒摘下来，放进大桶子里。由于到了下午，太阳光十分强烈。我活没干多少，还满头大汗，湿透了衣服。当我正准备想回家时，抬头一看，妈妈、和外婆以及其他邻居们都没有喊累，都低头做事。如果这时我喊累岂不是很丢人。我想了想，认为坚持就是胜利。坚持了下了。最后，经过两个小时的拼搏努力，我最终摘下了三大桶辣椒，得胜回家。妈妈和外婆都夸奖我第一次就有这么好的成果，还奖励我好吃的美食，别提有多开心了。

第二天，我们又来到了那块地，我很奇怪。于是我很好奇，就问道：“这块地不是昨天摘完了吗?”妈妈说：“今天，我们今天是来拔辣椒篙的。准备种下一季的辣椒”我一听恍然大悟，而且很高兴。因为我长得结实，力气可大了，像拔辣椒这种力气活是我的强项。我带好手套一手拔一个，很快就拔完了一个大棚。但是由于我一直弯着腰，累得站都站不起来。还一不小心摔倒了呢。后面几天也是如此，干活真的是很累。

经过一个星期的乡村生活体验，我感受很多，我深刻的体会到了农村生活面朝黄土，背朝天要付出的汗水。所谓“粒粒皆辛苦，汗滴禾下土”果然是如此。我一定要好好学习，不浪费一点粮食。并且长大后发明一种机器来代替农民伯伯的辛勤劳动。为国家效力。

Making Every Day Earth Day

Now the earth is in bad condition. For example, in some places, the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths. At the same time, many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats.

Luckily, we human beings have realized the problem. On April 22nd, millions of people across the world do something good for the earth. Some clean up beaches and water, some pick up rubbish, others give speeches to call on more people to take action. But can we save the earth only by one day’s work? The future of our planet depends on our efforts. What we should do is to make every day Earth Day. Only by taking good care of it every day can we hope to live in harmony with nature.

今天早上，阳光明媚，我早早地起床，因为我马上就要去部队体验军营生活了。

我们坐大巴车来到部队后，首先是一位军人姐姐给我们介绍了部队军史，然后由一位士兵哥哥带领我们去观摩一些新型装备的展示，展示过程中，同学们不约而同地发出“哇”的惊叹声，好了不起的装备啊！

接着我们参观了士兵的宿舍。一进去，我就看到士兵的床和我的床一样都是双人高低床。再往床上一看，哇，衣服和被子都很整齐，尤其是被子，叠得像豆腐块一样，方方正正的。然后一位士兵为我们现场展示如何把被子叠成这样的。只见他把被子一翻，然后被子一捏，一座小山被捏起来了，再一叠，我们所有人都“哇”起来，并响起了热烈的掌声，因为被子的四边都被叠成了直角，参观完宿舍，我们向训练场走去。

只见一队士兵向我们走来，他们开始在我们前面训练，我看见他们不管是走路还是跑步，士兵们的步伐都非常整齐。看完士兵训练后，葛哲骁爸爸让我们站在自己喜欢的士兵后面，一开始我们班所有男生都站在最右边士兵的后面，后来一个士兵让我们分散到每个士兵的后面。接着，我们按小组跟着士兵进行齐步走、跑步走和踏步等训练，最后我们每个小组还进行了成果展示，每个同学都高高兴兴的拿到了一份小礼物。

通过今天的活动，我了解了军人的日常生活以及他们的训练，这是一次非常有意义的活动，希望以后我还有机会再次体验军营生活。

Some people like living in the city because city life has many advantages. They think there are more job opportunities in cities， life there is more colorful and meaningful than that in the country， and there are more modern conveniences in cities for people to enjoy.

But some other people prefer to live in the countryside. They say life in the countryside is closer to nature and better for their health， life there is quieter and that country people are more honest than city people.

I would like to live in a city when I am young to earn enough money and I live in the countryside when I am old for having a quite life.
