There’s no doubt that it’s always been a pretty hard timeduring the training.

失去光明的第二分钟，老师让我们写一首古诗《静夜思》还不简单，我飞快地写文。睁开了眼睛，一看，“哇！”“哈哈！”惊讶的声音在教室上空回荡。我一看，我的字都写成了蚂蚁搬家的样子了，同学们有的把字写得叠成一团，有的字间距太大，就像飞机起飞，斜着往上或者往下。大家个个看得前仰后合。我们刚才体验了闭上眼睛写古诗，而盲人每天都要做许多的事情，面对那么多的困难，他们的生活是多么不容易啊。

送祝福

最后一分钟，老师让我们闭上眼睛，为盲人送去祝福，我在心里想：有志者，事竟成，海伦·凯勒就是我们所有人的榜样，你们虽然眼睛看不见，但只要通过努力一定会获得属于自己的那份成功。你们一定要加油。

体验盲人生活，让我懂得了要珍惜现在的健康和幸福生活，关爱那些需要帮助的人，努力学习，回报祖国。

Low carbon life is not so difficult as it heard to be. It is among our daily life. For example, do not drive your own car when you can just take a bus. Do not write a card, when you can just send an e-mail to say “happy birthday”. And do not buy something when you can just make one with old things. Living a low carbon life is easy, healthy, and of course environmentally friendly. Therefore, low carbon life is a tendency of our society.

Moreover, if all of us live a low carbon life, the green house effects would be ceased in the future. As long as all of us live a low carbon life, the 2012 would never come.

今天，学校全体六年级同学来到杭州长乐青少年素质教育基地学军，体验一下军人们的生活。

进入基地，教官就马上带我们进行军事障碍挑战赛了。挑战赛开始了，我十分激动，心砰砰跳个不停，生怕途中出了什么差错。第一部分的障碍比较简单，共有五道栏杆，两高三低。我飞快地跨过第一道栏杆，低头钻过第二道栏杆，再跨，再钻……当我来到第五道栏杆时，我是跳过去的，结果脚尖被栏杆勾了一下，狠狠地摔到了沙地上。“哼，什么嘛，真是的！”我嘟囔了一声，以最快的速度爬起来，拍掉膝盖上的沙，来到了第二部分的障碍。第二部分的障碍是一个4米多高的立体三角形。上去的斜坡有凸起的横木档，像攀岩一样。这并没有我想象中的那么难，虽然坡度比较陡，但我脚踩着凸起的木档，手都没扶，直接就走上去了，十分轻松。下来的斜坡由绳网组成，我一步跨好几列格子，比1班和3班的两个女生都快了一点落到地面。第三部分的障碍上坡下坡全是网格，绳网很软，虽然不陡，但是比第二部分要难上一些。第四部分呈一个长方形，四角上都有一根很矮的柱子，柱子顶上用绳结连接，绳子纵横交错，还挂着铃铛。过这个障碍的要求是要在不碰响铃铛的前提下快速通过，在这样低矮的绳网下同行，自然是要爬过去了。虽然我的速度还比较快，但是碰响了不少铃铛。

在过后的队列练习后还有有趣的煮豆饭活动，由于下午我们管乐队成员要去参加演出，所以只能尝了点男生先煮好的豆饭，就匆匆踏上了送我们去演出的大巴车。

虽然我的学军之旅只有半天，但我在这半天里十分开心，体验到了许多平常没有机会体验的东西，收获了一箩筐好心情。

放荡不羁的李白在朝廷做官时，不畏权贵。“力士脱靴，玉环磨墨”已成为千古奇潭。但昏庸无能的朝廷却让他失望。无奈的他离开了繁华的长安城，去深山过隐居生活去了。我终于明白他为何如此爱饮酒，因为只有在醉酒中，他才能在痛苦昏庸的社会中，找到属于他想要的快乐与安分。

伟大的物理学家霍金也是如此。尽管上天并没有给他一个健全的身体，但是他凭借自己的毅力和坚持不懈的奋斗取得了举世无双的成就与他的梦想。瘦小的身躯虽然只能躺在轮椅上，但是霍金的性格，思维是象征着自由的，快乐的。这也是在痛苦的磨练中得到的快乐与自作文豪。正如作家冰心所说的一样，在快乐中，我们要感谢生命，庆幸自己；在痛苦中也要感谢生命，不抱怨生活，相信总有一天会重新得到快乐。从此我也感悟出了个道理，“快乐固然兴奋，但痛苦何尝不美丽？”

“没有风雨，怎能见彩虹”？正所谓苦尽甘来，痛并快乐着其实是人生的必然是生命的一种自然体现。

让我们珍惜快乐，正视痛苦，就像霍金那样，他并没有为自己所遭受所放弃自己，相反，他认为自己之所以取得巨大的成功，正是因为所受到的激励来自于痛苦。

伟大的诗人李白舍弃了曾经让他潇洒，快乐，风华半世的唐朝，而是选择了深山隐居独自一人饮酒作诗，何乐不为呢？

生活难免杂拌着苦与乐，但是它能让你觉得生活是那么得丰富多彩。
