第二站我们乘车前往萧山红博园少年军校去体验军旅生活。我们每个同学都穿上军服，分成二队，分别为‘无敌队’、‘坦克队’。我们二个小队在投沙包、踩梅花桩、过独木桥、越障碍物、钻铁丝网等军事技能中勇敢顽强、不怕困难，相互PK，最后我们二个小队不分胜负。

一天的军校体验生活很快就结束了，这一天虽然短暂，但培养了我们的集体精神和纪律观念，磨练了我们的意志。

After entering college, we found, to our surprise, that differences between high school life and college life are great. In high school, we always depended on our parents and teachers to solve all kinds of difficult problems. At college, however, we have to rely exclusively on ourselves. Whats more, we have to learn how to get along with our classmates and roommates.

Four years at college is an important yet very short period of time in our life. So it is always expected that we adapt to this life as quickly as possible. But it is a pity that not everyone can do so immediately. Here are some suggestions.

First, get familiar with the main buildings on the campus. Spend one or two hours by yourself or with your classmates to go around the campus so that you can know the location of such important places as the library, the dining room, the post office, the clinic and classrooms. Next, try to be independent. Learn to do such things as making sound decisions on how to spend your time, how to spend your money etc, and washing clothes on your own. Furthermore, form good study habits. Talk with your classmates and learn from their good habits. Finally, try to take part in all kinds of activities to get out of your solitude and get on well with your classmates.

两天一夜的拓展训练即将结束了，在这两天中，我们体验了生活，我们收获了真挚的友谊，教官的批评与表扬。在高空中的彼此信任；在惩罚后的相视一笑；在俯卧撑时的咬牙坚持；在恐惧时地相拥而泣。短短的两天一夜后，竟发现生活是如此的美好，团队协作的效果让每个人都心生敬意。不知不觉中，时间悄悄地走了，但盼望着的也终于跟着它来了……

安逸的中午被突如其来的拉扯打乱了？原本计划好的扑克时光，无奈之下地变成了“三缺一”。被匆忙地拉进会议室，才知道原来是为了明天去敬老院的演出而排练。在明天演出之前，我们每一个人都做好了全力以赴的准备，因为“我们六班要么不参与活动，一参与就必将一鸣惊人”。

虽然大家存在的问题很多，但每个人都积极参与其中。“满头大汗”、“口干舌燥”成为了我们最形象的代名词。在每一个人的不懈坚持下，怀着对明天演出的期待和敬老院的畅想，结束了初次排练。

晚餐是由同学们亲手做好的，大家在和面中使尽蛮力，挥舞着面粉让它们四处飞扬，在同学们的欢声笑语中，一个个有模有样的饺子包好了。品味着大家包的饺子，味觉告诉我们，它们是幸福的味道。充满着稚气的我们，脸上洋溢着青春的气息，彼此打闹，一同分享只属于我们的美妙。

在接近尾声的争分夺秒中，我们进行着最后一次实质性的彩排。全员的排练激起了我们的斗志，从每一个小小的节目到大合唱，从几个人的参与到几乎全员“出动”。洪亮的歌声从会议室顺着林间的小路、树叶的间隙、空旷的操场回荡在每一个角落；委婉轻柔的悦耳歌声在凉风萧瑟的迷人夜景中越飘越远，淡淡消散；突然地哄堂大笑伴着几声惊鸟飞过，又淡然了下来；卫老师激情澎湃的对我们说出期望，斩钉截铁地回答响彻云霄。不知不觉中，夜深沉了，漆黑一片的夜空下，嬉戏打闹的我们回到了宿舍，带着对美好明天的憧憬进入了梦乡。

第三天起床仍是美好的一天，坐着大巴车一路颠簸来到了王莽区域敬老院。岁月的沧桑映入眼帘，幢幢新墙中住着70多位孤寡老人，他们无依无靠，在这里他们安享晚年。但封闭多年的心唯有子女能让他们敞开心扉。而在那时，他们就是我们的爷爷奶奶，他们也可以拥有与亲人般的生活。

走进院内，爷爷们激动地拉住了我们的手，他们的手被我们温暖，紧紧地不想放开。随后工作人员带我们参观了爷爷奶奶们的房间，优质的住宿环境，琴棋书画样样俱全，如此精致的生活却好像也填补不了爷爷奶奶们心中的那一小块空缺。

很快，演出开始了。

张扬热烈、朝气蓬勃、充满青春气息的啦啦操《Ei Ei》让爷爷们也不禁拍手打起了节拍。捧腹大笑的相声也得到了爷爷们很好的回应，严肃的脸庞淌起了久违的微笑。细腻优美的歌词及婉转的曲调，让每一个人都感受到作品中所包含的温柔治愈的感觉。仿佛这甜美的歌声已经融入了我们的心灵。经典曲目《红高粱》深受奶奶们的喜爱；爷爷们的秦腔——《三句半》更是振奋人心，唱出了他们的精气神；书法绘画的赠送也充满文艺风采；家长们的《难忘今宵》也让人记忆犹新；最后我们演出活动以一首《卢沟谣》结束了。圆满的演出让大家沉浸在这个美好的氛围中。

与奶奶深情的拥抱，与爷爷郑重的握手，和他们一起唠唠家常，这些都成了临走前的问候。爷爷那泛着泪花的眼眶，所有人依依不舍的挥手，都是我们亲情的见证。离开了爷爷奶奶们，这份孝心、爱心会永记在我的心间。8月19日的问候已成了我不可忘的精神记忆，烈日炎炎中慰问的也会牢记于心。感谢老师和爸爸妈妈们给我们这次机会，让我们走近长辈，学会如何与他们相处，让我们发自内心的与他们交谈。

这三天两夜的共同陪伴，让大家都体验了生活的艰辛不易，同时也感受到了它的美好。几天里，我们一起分享了自己不同的感受，彼此交流，谈谈理想，话话未来。这次活动让我受益匪浅，它让我懂得了生活需要团结、协作、果敢、友爱、责任、担当，这才是此次体验生活的初衷。所以，一起去拼搏；去感受生活；去迎接每一次挑战；去寻找生活的节奏。

坚信自己在去往美好未来的路途上，不忘初衷！

I am Mike, a Chinese boy. I have a plan about next weekend. First I am

going to read magazine on Saturday morning. It’s my favorite. And then I will go

to the zoo with my parents because they have promised me. On Sunday, I will go

to the book store and buy an English book. After that, I have to do some

homework.

It’s my weekend plan. And I think it will be wonderful days.

When I go to high school, our school has the rule to ask students to live

in the dormitory. Most students live with their parents before, so we all feel

excited and afraid of the group life. Luckily, I have three nice roommates. Soon

we become close friends. Living with others, we learn to do the house work, such

as everyone needs take turn to clean the floor, when we have something good to

eat, we will share with each other. The group life makes us have less private

space, but we enjoy the moment when we have the little talk before sleep, the

secrets that we dont want our parents know can talk to these girls. Whats

more, I become much independent. I learn to take care of myself and have really

grown up.

Today, after school, my friends asked me to have dinner with them, I felt so happy and went the restaurant with them. Then I found they wanted to eat buffet, I was so happy, because I always wanted to have buffet, I could eat a lot of food.

As we paid the money more than we usually spent, so all of us wanted to eat as more as possible, even though we were full enough, we still tried to eat. I would go the wash room many times, so that I could continue to eat. I found eating the buffet should be a happy thing for me, but now it seemed to be a kind of torture, I always told myself to eat more than I could bear, my stomach hurt.

The experience to eat buffet lets me realize that I should enjoy the food instead of eat more than I could bear.
