低碳生活是一种能够绿化环境、减少污染的方式，它能帮助我们节约一些不必要浪费的东西。比如，循环用水，节电等有效有用的方法。其实，低碳生活里我们都很近，我这次就是一些节约用水的小窍门。抽水马桶水箱耗水量大，可在水箱内放置几个装满水的可乐瓶或易拉罐来减少冲洗水量。最好换上节水型抽水马桶。如果坐便器的水箱过大，可换装两挡式水箱配件;坐便器的水箱漏水诊断。进水阀失效，水会从溢流口源源不断地流走。排水阀失效，会造成坐便器长流水，且进水管不停地向水箱供水;使用家庭中较干净的弃水冲刷厕所，做到一水多用;垃圾不论大小、粗细，都应从垃圾通道清除，而不要通过坐便器用水冲掉。洗脸的水可以用来洗脚，洗衣服的水可以用来涮抹布，擦地板，然后这些废水可以再冲马桶;洗完菜的水可以用来浇花……你可别别小看了这些水的循环利用，累计下来，仅一个三口之家每月就可以节约一吨以上的水。

还有，如果每月手洗一次衣服，那么每台洗衣机就可以节约用电，也就节约了发电的煤，同样也就减少的二氧化碳的排放。如果全国所有的家庭都能做到每月用手来洗一次衣服，减排的二氧化碳可以达到68。4万吨，这个数字是非常惊人的。虽然洗衣机好用，但是三两件衣服就用洗衣机来洗也会造成不必要的浪费。

那么对于我们小学生来说，还有其它降耗低碳的好方法哦!来看看我的小建议吧!不用一次性的筷子、饭盒、塑料袋;

不浪费喝剩的茶水和矿泉水，用来浇花;

随手关灯，随手管好水龙头。

地球只有一个，那么让我们一起保护这个唯一的资源吧!

每天早上，如果我不起床，妈妈就会在被窝里折腾我除了睡觉，还有看电视、玩电脑。妈妈规定我每天只有中午、晚上才能看，别的时间让我写寒假作业、背古诗、写日记和弹古筝。我都快忙不过来了。我只好磨蹭呀，接着喝水、上厕所和吃东西找一切理由和妈妈做对，气的老妈对我大吵大叫。这才达到我玩的目的，这就是我的寒假生活！太凄凉了！

我多想玩一会儿电脑，看一会儿电视呀！我知道您是对我好，可是你知道吗，您给我带来多少压力呀，我希望您以及全部母亲给孩子一个快乐的童年吧！

大清早，妈妈就叫醒了我。前一天说好了的，我要去体验一下妈妈平时的工作和生活。

准确说，我五点半就起来了。我早早的去店里弄好做水果茶的工具和面包。你别说光这些我就忙了一个小时，工具要摆放小心，面包又重有多。总之，马虎不得。

第一个客人来了，客人点了一杯香蕉牛奶。刚好只有一根香蕉，我做得很小心，因为做坏了就没了。如果接下来还有客人点香蕉牛奶怎么办？得早做准备，妈妈给我钱去买椰汁和香蕉。妈妈交代说：“你要计算，怎么买最便宜。”是的，做生意要计算成本支出的。

太阳很大，我从市场回来时身上已满是汗水。客人消费后留下一些垃圾，需要我去收拾。这边刚刚收拾好，那边客人又来了，就这样，我忙了一个上午，早饭也没时间吃。做生意，赚的就是辛苦钱。

现在仔细想了一下，这不正是我妈妈的日常吗？早上5：00起床忙到晚上10：00。我体验了半天就吃不消，妈妈每天如此，妈妈一定更累，一定更需要休息。

我决定，在学校一定要好好学习，周末去妈妈店里帮忙，让她好好休息一下。

听到张彬老师的教育戏剧课又开讲了，我激动无比，按捺不住兴奋，于10月29日下午火速前往再次体验。

每次上张彬老师的课，总是让我轻松自如、快乐无限。这次的课也不例外，简洁明了介绍了戏剧的骨架后，又到了我们小记者当主角的时刻了。

和以往不同的是，这次一开始十几个人一起来到了舞台上，围成一个大圆圈，主题是以一个女孩的一句“你真是我的好朋友！”开始的，然后邀请朋友出去玩，演绎不同的场景，无限自由地发挥。参演者十分投入，语言快乐诙谐，精彩的演出赢得了阵阵掌声。

后面的微剧里，我也做起了主角，搭档是一位文静的女孩。故事中的“我”是一个非常矫情的男孩，搭档在两年多是时间里都没有把我约出去玩。其实，“我”还是非常想接受她的邀请，她搬家之前，对我发出了最后一次邀请，可“我”想着我是一个矫情的男孩，犹豫了一下，还是拒绝了。故事很简单，也很生活化，现代都市里不时会出现这样的场景，我融入了角色中，演得放松自如，也略感有点遗憾。

在张老师耐心、风趣的引导下，一次次地身临其境中，我们知道了要想演好一个角色，就得注意语速、表情、动作、情绪，更不要忽视情景细节，比如，怎么去开门，开门发出什么样的声音等，都要淋漓尽致地表现出来。

“在戏剧中体验生活”，这是张彬老师写下的寄语。在张老师的剧场里，每个人都是主角，总是互动不停，让大家自由发挥自己的表现和观点，我们非常活跃参与其中，积极快乐地在戏剧中体验生活。
