军训，是新学期的第一课;军训，教我们怎样做人，怎样吃苦耐劳，怎样迎接挑战，怎样把握自由与纪律的尺度;军训，是我们增长才干的机遇，也是对我们的挑战。这要求我们用心融入其中去学习，去锻炼，去磨砺，其目的是：增强国防意识与集体主义观念，军训很苦，苦到你觉得你已经脱离了社会，苦到你觉得世界都变得黑暗。军训很累，累到你连喘气都难受，累到你想好好的睡一觉不愿提前醒来。军训也很美，美到你爱上这身绿装不愿脱下，美到你宁愿在这里受苦也不愿意回家。训的第一课就是站军姿，抬头、挺胸、十指夹紧贴于裤缝，真是难受。第二课则是齐步走，正步走，跑步走。同时我们还要喊口号，我们经常因为喊口号不齐或者是声音不够洪亮而被罚，一罚就是喊五遍十遍的，导致我刚第三天嗓子就哑了。最后则是练军体拳，这是我最喜欢的项目，也许是最简单的，也许是最轻松的，我们有足够的时间歇息，放松。我们训练的教官是一个十八岁的小伙子，他身材不高，年龄和我们相仿，甚者还比我们同学中有的人小，在他那稚气未脱的脸上写满了严肃和认真。他还很爱笑，而且笑的时候原本就不大的眼睛变得更小了。但是，教官在军训的时候对我们的要求还是很高的。只要大家不努力，他就会批评我们;只要大家动作不规范，他就会一而再，再而三地示范给我们看。这可是我第一次与军人接触。教官给我的印象是他个子高高的，长得不太帅，笑起来傻傻的。第一天见到他，以为他不懂得笑，老是板着脸，让人看见有几分胆怯。相处久了，也发现了他的可爱之处，他喜欢狠狠地折磨人一翻，然后又笑着和男生打闹，几天之后，我们都学会了他的口头禅。

回想起这段日子，我感慨良多。“宝剑锋从磨砺出，梅花香出苦寒来”是军训的体会。“千磨万击还坚劲，任尔东南西北风”是军训的结果。军训的感悟是需要用心去体会的，它教会了我们对别人的关爱，它加深了我们理解保卫祖国的责任，它告诉了我们面对困难应有的态度。

军训不但锻炼了我的意志品质，还增强了我的爱国精神，在这里我可以自豪的说，参加这次军训，我一生无憾。

星期五，老师布置的一项作业--体验盲人生活，同学们兴奋的叫着喊着。

回到了家，我就把这项作业告诉了姥爷。姥爷就拿起红领巾，蒙上我的眼睛，一刹那，我的眼前一片漆黑，失去了光明，走进了黑暗。盲人走路摸着走，突然“嘭”的一声，我的头撞到了书架上，痛的我嗷嗷直叫。再回首，又觉得脚下一绊，“扑通”摔了一个“嘴啃泥”。我的心里又紧张又兴奋，我在想：前面有没有障碍，我老觉得脚下有东西绊我，害怕四周有东西再碰到我，我越想越害怕。这时候姥爷递给我一个小棍子，我就拿这小棍子前戳戳、后点点，左戳戳、右点点，亦步亦趋慢慢得适应着。

突然，我感到有些“尿急”，也好，那就体验体验怎么方便吧！我就摸着来到了卫生间去方便，男孩子站着方便的功能就不好用了，只好坐在马桶上方便吧！嗨！真是不方便。

过了一会，我想下楼去体验。下楼梯时，感到十分恐惧，此时的腿，好像绑着千斤重的沙包，我的手扶着楼梯扶手，脚一点一点的挪移着。现在的动作如此的缓慢，生怕踩了空，原本蹦蹦跳跳20多秒可以走完的楼梯，现在却胆战心惊地走了5分钟。

初步的体验：这盲人的生活真是困难重重啊！而我们能看得到的，但在盲人的眼里却是一片漆黑。通过这次体验，我对盲人们的生活有了更深的感受，更增强了对他们的敬佩之情，为他们那坚强的毅力，为他们那积极乐观的生活态度而感动。同时也要在遇见盲人和需要帮助的朋友的时候，伸出我们的友谊之手，让这个世界变的更加美好！

国庆节放了七天假期，我本来想要好好的休息一下，结果没想到飞来横祸，爸爸让我去伯父家里面的美容院帮忙，顺便体验一下生活的艰辛。

一开始我并没有把这个事情当回事，只是感觉自己宝贵的休息时间没有了，感觉到特别的可惜。可是真正当我到了伯父的美容院的时候，才发现事情远远没有我想象的那么简单。第一天到的时候，伯父先让我去门口站岗给客人开门，我开心的来到了店门口，心想这次可是分到了轻松地活。可是没想到，单单是站立一上午就已经让我腿脚酸疼了，更不要说还要不停的给客人开门，鞠躬说欢迎观临了。结果一天下来，我的脚下就磨了一个大水泡。看着我一脸痛苦的表情，伯父问我：“要放弃么？明天可是要有更加艰苦的工作呀！”本来要打退堂鼓的我，却被伯父这一句话激起了我的倔强的脾气，摇了摇头，坚定地对伯父说道：“我明天还会来的伯父，而且一定做得比今天好。”第二天的时候，伯父安排我去了前台收银。这次可算是发挥了我数学好的优势，虽然还是要站一天，但是由于有了前天的经验，今天一天下来，感觉比第一天轻松多了。接下来的几天，伯父又给我安排了好几份不同的工作，我都咬着牙坚持了下来。伯父为了表扬我的努力，给我发了一百块的工资，拿着这一百块钱，我的心里面开心极了。

一到家，我就拿布蒙住眼睛，开始做我的“盲人”了，到了烧饭的时间了，我东撞西撞，好不容易才走到了厨房，蒙上眼睛，幸好刀就在旁边，可那圆圆的土豆怎么也不听话，到处乱滚，刀每次都切空，切了半天才搞定，来烧菜了，先要加点油，我却拿成了醋，烧到了一半了，要加点盐，我又拿成了糖，菜烧好了，当我刚吃一口，就吐出来了。接下来要洗碗，碗可真不听话，太圆了，水龙头一开，水就猛冲刷碗，发出了“乒乒乓乓”的声响。弄得我胆站心惊，该倒洗洁精了，洗洁精倒挺好，就在水池旁，一会儿就摸到了，碗终于洗好了。突然，“啪！”一只碗掉在了地上。我还没来得及打扫就叫我下楼买东西，我只好一步步摸着楼梯扶手走，离地面还有两个台阶我就以为到地面了，结果“咣当”一声，我直接滚到了地上，脚还跌青了。

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11

oclock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next

I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on

playing till 2 oclock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day

of my winter vacation.

But I havent bored all the time. Sometimes I read the books, sometime I

listen to the music or the radio in the bed, because it was very cold outside

and snowy all the day. And I also meat some of my good friends during the

vacation, we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year

and play table tennis tegether. And I watched the spring festival party of the

CCTV in the last seconds of the 2004 year! I think this is the thing most people

of china doing at that time.

Thats all, all my dull, coldly and snowy winter vacation.

星期四的晚上，爸爸带着我和妈妈去和爸爸同事一家三口一起吃饭。

I am going to shool from Monday to Friday,and every day in school I am very busy.In the morning,I have four lessons,and in the afternoon I have three lessons.Of course I take two hours to go home for lunch.And we begin classes at 2:30,the school is over at 4:55.

Besides, I will try to use things that can be recycled and I never forget to turn off the lights when I leave the classroom. I think it’s my duty to live a low-carbon life. And even the simplest activities can make a real difference to the environment. So I suggest we should reuse books as long as possible. And we’d better not spend much money on expensive clothes. If everyone does something for the environment, I believe the earth will be a better place.

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and comfortable, but I’d like to say it’s not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.

我们知道，很多人认为大学生活是自由、舒适的，但我想说这不是真的。事实上，我的大学生活是如此的忙碌，以至于我都不知道我的能量是否足够。至于我的大学生活，我把它分为四个部分，包括学习，学生活动，图书馆和其他的。

Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I’m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.

I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.

In this way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and comfortable. After all, every life has bad moments as well as good ones, and the library for me is a support in bad moments. So it’s wise choice for me to stay in the library.

Finally, I often do other things in my spare time. In order to alleviate parents’ burden, I often do some part-time jobs and write some articles to earn money. It helps me to be independent and improve my social skills.

In short, my life in university is busy but valuable.
