在假期里，我还学会了门手艺，那就是北京的文化传统——丝网花儿的制作。我先把五颜六色的丝网布抻开，然后把布包裹在细细的铁丝圈上，组成一个花瓣，就这 样再做几个同样的花瓣，把它们凑在一起，一朵漂亮的丝网花就做成了。我还和妈妈学用五彩的珠子穿成了五个活泼可爱的福娃呢。妈妈夸我心灵手巧，看着自己的 劳动成果，我好快乐呀!

上周四的月考结果出来了，本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕，从入学成绩来看，我班英语有20几个不及格，这就已经奠定了后来的结果，很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许，是真的我水平有限，都是从初一接手的新生，差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看，满分有3个，90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上，在平时上课提问来看，只有这一部分同学比较积极，而80分以上的有12个，这些同学，需要在平时多加提问和关注，争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个，60分的只有一个，中间力量太薄弱了，可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的，都在十几二十几三十几分左右，真的是太难提高了，而且，这部分同学不光英语不及格，其他科目也这样，我现在束手无策了。不过，我也不能放弃他们，在期中考试之前，多下点功夫，希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目，如果一开始就不及格，就很难再提高了，所以，对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学，课后补补课，能提高多少是多少吧。

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

上周四学校进行了月考，试卷是第一单元检测题，试题的安排非常合理、科学，注重基础知识，但是也有能力的提升，是一份比较好的试卷。学生的成绩并不是很好，虽然90分以上的人数不少，但是学生的答题情况并不理想，有一部分学生的单词拼写，大小写方面不规范，应该大写的没有大写，说明学生的习惯养成不好，以后在这一方面要加强对学生的要求和训练。还有课代表和老师和学生之间的不协调，不[内容来于斐-斐_课-件_园 FFKJ.Net]同步，很多时候老师布置的作业不能按时完成，课代表和学生互相推卸责任，长期下去势必会影响成绩，所以要加强师生的沟通，团结协作，更好的提高学生的成绩。

现在，我很苦恼。我买了一本英语书，可是我不知道它的意思。我一点也看不懂。我想，也许我要好好的学习英语。只有这样我才能学会很多知识，才能看懂英语和别人交流。我要对自己说一句：加油！

Really happy winter vacation this year. Father, mother and the teacher asked me to make up a missed lesson, arranged by my own study time, I finished early winter vacation homework, happy holidays.

Winter vacation every year for the holidays, I like the Chinese New Year, because can wear new clothes, eat good, still can put the fireworks firecracker, watching the Spring Festival gala, guessing riddles, happy to play games. 今年寒假真快乐。爸爸、妈妈和老师都没有要求我补课，由我自己安排学习时间，我早早写完寒假作业，开开心心过大年。

每年寒假都逢着过大年，我最喜欢过年，因为能穿新衣服、吃好的、还能放烟花鸣爆竹、看春节联欢晚会、猜谜语、玩游戏快快乐乐。并且等待着亲朋好友发放压岁钱红包。十点过后，激动人心的时刻到了，首先外公给我200元红包，后来亲朋好友又陆陆续续给了我红包共计有二千多元。十二点过后，我们开始放烟花，鸣鞭炮，放完后便关门大吉。

第二天是正月初一，我高高兴兴和爸爸妈妈一起去逛大街，拿着压岁钱买了一辆摇控汽车，漆黑的颜色，我爱不释手。充满电后，便在广场上痛痛快快地玩了起来，只要打开开关，摇控器一指挥，车子就飞快地跑起来。和别人的车相比起来我的车总是名列前茅，勇夺贵冠。

寒假生活十分短暂，我却非常开心，因为我有小汽车陪伴，又过了一个新年，我又长大了一岁，今年的寒假对我来说是最最快乐的。

When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. 在我小的时候，我喜欢吃很多东西，但是我有一个习惯，我不会把东西吃完，我喜欢浪费食物。当我的妈妈看到这些，她对我感觉不好，她告诉我所有的食物都是农 民辛勤劳作的，我不应该浪费食物。想到这些，我对自己的坏习惯感到惭愧，我决定吃完所有的食物。浪费食物应该受到谴责，特别是在大城市，人们喜欢浪费食 物，他们想要保持苗条，只吃小部分。现在，政府提倡人们光盘，这个做法得到了大众的肯定，越来越多的人意识到不浪费食物。

“天才就是百分之九十九的汗水加百分之一的灵感。”汗水指的就是努力、勤奋。而我们眼前的寒假就是努力勤奋的好时机，我们要把握住好时机。

“时间就是生命，时间就是速度，时间就是力量。”时间掌握好，成功就离你就离近了一步。有的同学说：“寒假放松是必不可少的。”当然，紧张的学习阶段过去了，是该有一个放松的时间。但是过度的放松就是放纵了。要安排好学习和放松的时间。要做到学习时专心致志、一心一意，认真的对待每一道题。不虚度光阴。轻松时快乐的玩。合理的利用好时间，并遵守定下的时间。让快乐和知识并得。让这个假期过得更充实、更有意义。

寒假，每个人得到的都是同样的时间，可是给勤勉的人带来的是智慧和力量，给懒散的人留下的只是一片悔恨。
