大家下午好！我很荣幸能有这次机会站在全校三千多名师生的面前，让我第一次真正感受到了黑池中学这个大家庭的庞大！

今天，我演讲的题目是——《奋斗，无悔的青春》。

2013年9月，怀着一颗忐忑的心，我踏上了黑池中学这片神圣的土地，我不知道未来的一千多个日子里我要经历些什么，面对什么？看着那些忙忙绿绿的学哥学姐，我看到了高中的心酸，看到了录取通知书惊喜背后的不容易。不过我没有退缩，我暗暗地告诉自己，既然已经跋涉了十年，最后这两年里再苦再累都要坚持下去，用汗水拼出一番成绩。

高一时，也许是对高中生活的好奇与憧憬，我一直平静不了自己的内心，即便平时很是努力，但成绩却并不突出，不过，我没有害怕，孤军奋战，勤奋刻苦，终于，我以不算好的成绩考入了高二的重点班，很是出乎我的意料，我想，既然上天给我创造了这么好的机会，我便要在自己的阵地上打出一片天地。恰巧我碰到了最会教育学生的侯晓刚老师，在他的谆谆（zhun)教诲下，我学会了不屈不挠，学会了不怕苦，不怕累，更懂得了吃得苦中苦，方为人上人。渐渐地，我培养起了浓厚的学习兴趣，再也不觉得的这是件很难为的事情了，甚至有时候我可以达到忘我。还记忆犹新的记得那个雨天，自习下了很久，整栋教学楼上几乎都没有了学生，我和我的伙伴还在卖力的算着那几道题，当窗户里有柳主任的灯光闪烁时，我们商量着关上了自己的小台灯，一会儿，发觉他走了，我们又打开了台灯，一直做到很晚很晚...高二的第一次考试，我成功了，取得了我进入高中以来从未有过的好成绩，我想，我的努力没有白费，我便要这样一直坚持下去，取得最终的胜利。

整理思维，回头想想，其实我有真正付出了多少，我从未感觉到累，这也许是我不够百分百的最好见证。放远眼光，在我们国家的大学，大学生活相比之下实在是轻松多了。哈佛大学终身教授丘成相说：中国大学生的大学生活相比于美国就太轻松了，我们总是说，中国的孩子为了高考受了许多苦，因此降低了对他们的要求。在美国，随着年龄的增长，一点点加大学习的任务，到了大学时就是最苦的，所有的精英教育全部是必须吃苦的。而中国的孩子到了大学，却一下子放松下来了。我们放松了四年，恰好是美国大学生最勤奋的四年，这是积蓄人生能量的黄金四年。所以，美国的科技人才一直是世界最多的。同学们，我们口口声声说着要报效祖国，可是，没有一身真本领，我们用什么来履行我们的诺言，用什么来使这个国家变得强大？

我们总会浮躁，总会厌倦，总会放不下自己那三分钟热度，我们总在说，别人都在玩，我们为什么要那么努力？对，这就是我们一事无成的原因了。

哈佛是一种象征。人到底有怎样的发挥潜能？人的意志，人的才情，为什么只有在哈佛才能兑现？哈佛的餐厅，很难听到说话的声音，每个学生端着比萨可乐坐下后，往往边吃边看书或者边吃边做笔记，没有那些学生是边吃边聊的。哈佛的餐厅不过是一个可以吃东西的图书馆。甚至到了哈佛的医院，也是同样的宁静，同样的不管有多少候诊的人也无一人说话，无一人不在阅读或记录，医院仍是图书馆的延伸。于是，哈佛产生的诺贝尔奖得主有33位，哈佛产生的美国总统有7位。

同学们，我们有时候会抱怨父母对自己的期望太高，抱怨父母不理解自己的努力，看看这些，我们又真正付出了多少？年少的放纵与轻狂，必将是要用以后的奔波和劳累来弥补的。其实有时候生活就是这样，你要么努力的向上爬，要么烂在社会最底层的泥淖里。请记着，当领导觉得你可有可无的时候，你已经站在了被抛弃的边缘。

哈佛的校长在一次校会上告诉全体学生：如果你想在进入社会后，在任何场合，任何时候都能得心应手并且得到应有的评价，那么，你在哈佛学习期间，就没有晒太阳的时间。

同学们，老师们，珍惜眼前的一分一秒，对我们每个人来说都非常重要。哈佛的这句话实际上揭示了一种人生哲学，那就是，人生要以珍惜的态度把握时间，从今天开始，从现在做起。

同学们，高考是人生的一道路栏，没有高考，就没有未来。高考是一块试金石，通过高考，掏摸出来的金子才会闪闪发光。这是一场需要顽强毅力才能跑到终点的马拉松；这是一场需要奋力拼搏才会赢得的百米短跑竞赛；这是为每一个不屈服于命运斗争的孩子们准备的最公平的决斗场，更是为新时代学子无悔青春奏响的命运交响曲。

我的梦想是当一名优秀的老师。因为我觉得当一名老师是幸福的。当看到自己的学生离开学校，在各个岗位上展现自己的人生;当看见他们成功的建立起自己的事业：当看见他们拥有和睦的家庭;当看见自己的学生在各自的赛场，获得一项项荣誉……这种感觉就像看见自家的果园里，一颗颗的果树开花结果，“桃李满天下”这就是当老师的幸福。这也是我立志想当老师的原因。

为了完成梦想，我要在好好学习的同时，大量的阅读各类书籍，增加自己的知识面。另外我要多多参加各类公益活动，培养自己的耐心和爱心。为了这个梦想，我决定从现在开始。
