Now i will introduce myself briefly

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2007.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2007, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2007,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

为更好地团结年轻力量，更好地开展团组织工作，2015年5月4日，四川人民出版社团组织开展了“中国梦青春梦”户外交流学习活动。参加这次活动的人员为四川人民出版社28岁以下的青年。

这次活动的目的在于交流和学习。首先是了解出版工作新动态，学习行业发展新内容。通过这次活动，大家进一步了解了出版行业，进一步明白了工作任务和使命。活动的重点是进行交流，大家自由谈论工作感悟，提出各自面临的挑战，畅想未来的工作发展方向。最后，大家积极在倡议书上签名，承诺积极配合四川人民出版社的图书宣传活动。

一、了解出版工作新动态，学习行业发展新内容

参加活动的都是四川人民出版社的新鲜血液，有待在工作中打磨与成长。作为年轻人，急需了解当前出版工作的新形势。大家从各个渠道了解出版工作发展的新动态，在活动中集中进行学习。

二、交流日常工作的心得，为适应新形势做准备

在了解并学习了出版工作的新形势、新内容后，大家积极交流工作心得，畅谈日常工作中学到的知识、遇到的挑战，并各抒己见，讨论年轻的出版人应当怎样适应出版工作新形势，使自己尽快地成长。

三、顺应图书出版新要求，参与社图书宣传活动

在热烈的讨论之后，大家感到个人力量是有限的，年轻的出版人需要团结在一起，共同迎接新挑战、探索新思路，才能获得更大的进步。最后，大家积极承诺配合图书宣传活动，为四川人民出版社的发展尽自己最大的力量。

I have a dream that a lot! But some may cant do but I heard: "a person, have a dream, have goals, have goals, there is power; a power; has the power, life is full of meaning." So Im going to like the words of one layer upward, become a successful person!

From third grade I have a dream is to have been admitted to the university department of insects, or other subjects about biological, although this road is tough, but I believe that: "as long as have a dream can come true in all things." So I try to efforts to try again upwards.

I have this very big dreams, because I have a passion for biology and insect, love, I think every one of us must have complete mission in the world, and I came into the world should be dedicated to the insect world.

Anyway, everyone has goals and dreams he will be very try my best to make their own dreams, no matter adults, children and old grandpa and grandma must have been his dream, but someone has died still unfinished, so be sure to cherish their own dreams, let him not only the big dreams, but most true eternal dream, every one of the world must come on!

我从小学三年级就有一个一直以来的梦想就是考上大学昆虫系，或其它关于生物方面的科目，虽然这条路蛮艰辛的，但我相信：“只要有梦想凡事都可成真。”所以我要努力努力再努力向上。

我之所以有这个非常远大的梦想，是因为我有一股对生物以及昆虫的热情、热爱，我觉得每一个人来到这个世上都有必须完成的使命，而我来到人世应该就是要奉献给昆虫世界。

反正每个人有目标和梦想他自己一定会非常尽力去自己做成自己的梦想，不论大人、小孩和老爷爷、老奶奶一定有他的梦，只是有人还未完成就已过世，所以一定要珍惜自己的梦，让他不只是大梦，而是最最真实的永恒之梦，这世界每一个人一定要加油!

夏日的傍晚，蝉声如织。接到文学社约稿时我正在家整理着堆积成山的书桌。忽然，一张照片从一本旧书中飘落，我俯身拾起，三十多张笑脸蓦然闯入我的视线。一张高一入学时的合影使得记忆的闸门悄悄开启，时光开始倒流……

小学成绩并不突出的我却意外考进了九中的实验班，这一待，就是六年。从初中到高中，从天真懵懂的少年到眉眼坚定的青年，从对前路迷茫惶恐到向着梦想勇往直前……九中的人，九中的事，九中学习生活中的点点滴滴组成了我明媚灿烂的青春。

六年的时间太长太长，给予了我无数美好的回忆。犹记得运动会上我们穿汉服亮相时周围惊叹的目光；犹记得英语比赛时大家默契配合引起的阵阵掌声；犹记得班级后面墙上挂着的木牌，上面写满了梦想。六年的时间太长太长，当了六年的英语课代表，喜欢外语几乎成了一种习惯。考上北外，这个外语学习的殿堂也逐渐成为我心中唯一的念想。整整高三一年，在我面对堆积如山的试卷，做不完的习题时，在我夜晚瞌睡连连却又不得不提起笔时，在我挣扎在成绩退布的泥沼中时，考上北外的梦想不断激励着我重拾信心，继续前行。在梦想的陪伴下，高三这一年，我们走的辛苦而快乐，过的充实而美丽，我们流过眼泪，却伴着欢笑，我们踏着荆棘，却嗅得万里花香。

六年的时间又太短太短，短到我来不及将这些珍贵的回忆小心收藏细细品味就一晃而逝。那清风飞扬的校园，那些被风吹过的夏天，那一页页浸透泪水与笑靥的临别赠言，那一双双明亮眸子传达的信任与希冀，还有那一句句老师的鼓励，同学的调侃“老师相信你没问题”“考北外对你来说还不是小意思”……这一切都驻足在毕业分别的那一刻，结束在英语考试结束铃声响起的那一瞬间，见证了我们一起走过的岁月。

雏鹰经过风雨的洗礼，终将翱翔于广阔的蓝天。纵然万般不舍，我们也还是踏上了开往“大学”的列车，迈向新的生活。在九中的这六年不仅仅是心底最温暖的回忆，也是面对未知的前路最坚实的底气，自信而成熟，勤奋且坚韧。我们一路微笑，一路高歌，心怀对母校和老师的感恩，以九中学子的身份在全国各地的高校里大放异彩！“此去需怀报国志，不忘春风化雨情”。

上初中的时候，我有一个梦想，我希望自己能成为一名尖子生;回到家能受到家人的表扬;在学校能受到老师们的肯定;在同学之间能有鹤立鸡群的表现。但是，渐渐的，我发现实现这个梦想并不能靠要耍耍孩子气。之后，我学会了奋斗。

忙忙碌碌一天加上晚自习后放学回家，真是又困又累，吃夜宵都没有味道。这样的日子很单调，也许有时候想念许多小学同学，有时候赶着上课还是一双朦胧的睡眼。讨厌死板的校服装，从不穿着它到处走。星期六、星期天的时间真很短，孩子脾气真想犯，慢慢懂了做人的辛苦和梦想真是太难，还好我会努力，看每一个人都在为了生活而起早赶晚，把握自己不再松散。

John Milton, stimulated always by his ambition that aimed at writing some “mighty lines” which England would unwillingly forget, had in due time secured his position as the second Shakespeare in the history of English literature.

In the second place, ambition can bring one’s potentials to the full. Ambition may well serve as a catalyst activating one’s dormant potentials. Without ambition one’s potentials will remain slumbering like a dormant volcano. A case in point is Ms Zhang Haidi, a Chinese Helen Keller. It was her ambition to be a useful person has turned the almost paralyzed Zhang Haidi into a well-accomplished figure whose achievements would dwarf those of some normal people aim at the sun, though, at worst, they may probably land on the moon.

Influential as it is upon us, however, ambition must be channeled in the right direction. If wrongly directed, one’s ambition may bring havoc on him and others. Hitler, whose ambition was to conquer Europe by whattever evil means, finally turned him into a demon. It was this demon that almost cast Europe into an unfathomable abyss of anguish and suffering. Another case is Macbeth whose ambition was to become the king of Scotland. However, his ambition was materialized by the murder of King Duncan. To sum up, ambition can benefit us tremendously if wisely and correctly channeled, otherwise it may ruin others and ourselves. As it is known to us, Ping An was chosen to perform on the CCTV Spring

Festival Gala with his melodious and strong voice. Also, he had a great

achievement on this dream stage. Although he hadnt gain the popularity among

the audience at the beginning, he always kept his dream in mind and never gave

it up. It is his success that brings home to me the power of dream.

A life without a dream is a life without a sun. Therefore, in no

The International Childrens Day (ICD) is celebrated in numerous countries, usually (but not always) on June 1 each year.
