It was sunny and warm day. I got up early. After breakfast I went to ..Mountain with my friend Li Lei. It took us about an hour to get there by bus. There were thousands of people. On the other hand， reading is another kind of traveling. It can bring me to the places where I can not go for the time being. Books are the best friends of human being. Books make my eyes and imagination enjoy the beautiful scenes through writhers’ wonderful description.

I have been to Beijing， Nanjing， Shandong， Hangzhou， Suzhou and other places. At the same time，I have been reading many books of different world-famous writers. The places I’ve been to and the places I only travel on books both impress a lot on me.

“汤圆汤圆送汤圆，香香的汤圆是圆又圆……”，这是一首过元宵时唱的《汤圆》。因为，大伙儿都说吃汤圆，梦也圆，所以，阿姨唱，叔叔唱，伯伯唱，大伙儿唱。

在放假的几天中，我最快乐的一天，要属元宵节了。那天，伯伯来我家吃饭，伯伯刚坐下就问我：“凡琪，你放过烟花吗”我回答道：“放过一两次。”伯伯接着说：“那你还想放一次吗”我说道：“当然想啦!可是妈妈偏说说放烟花有危险!不让我多放。”伯伯说：“不用怕，我跟你妈说，她会同意的!”我高兴得蹦了 “三千尺”，我大喊道：“又可以放烟花了!又可以放烟花了!”我扭过头对伯伯说：“还是伯伯最爱我!”伯伯对我笑了笑，又回头看他的报纸去了。

吃过饭后，伯伯给了我一大袋烟花，和三根香，就让我和妈妈下楼去放。到了楼下的石头椅子旁，我先把烟花管放在地上放好后，然后用点燃的香将烟花管旁的引子点燃，没过多久，烟花像火箭一样“嗖”的一声，飞上了天空，然后，“碰”的一声在天空散开了，真像一朵花开了!后来，我看了看，有红的，有黄的，有紫的，有绿的，各种各样，各色各异，真好看!

后来，我回家后，妈妈端上了一碗汤圆给我吃，啊!元宵节我真喜欢你!

圣诞节前夕也就是俗说的平安夜，当晚，全家人会团聚在客厅中，围绕在圣诞树旁唱圣诞歌曲，互相交换礼物，彼此分享一年来生活中的喜怒哀乐，表达内心的祝福及爱。在这天晚上都会看到一群可爱的小男生或小女生，手拿诗歌弹着吉他，一家一家的唱着诗歌报佳音。到底佳音队这种节日活动是怎么来的呢?

耶稣诞生的那一晚，一在旷野看守羊群的牧羊人，突然听见有声音自天上传来，向他们报耶稣降生的好消息。根据圣经记载，耶稣来是要作世人的王，因此天使便透过这些牧羊人把消息传给更多的人知道。

后来人们就效仿天使，在平安夜的晚上到处报人传讲耶稣降生的消息，直到今日，报佳音已经变成圣诞节不可缺少的一个节目。

通常佳音队是由大约二十名青年人，加上一备装扮成天使的小女孩和一位圣诞老人组成。在平安夜晚上大约是九点过后，开始一家一家的去报佳音。每当佳音队去到一个家庭时，先会唱几首大家都熟悉的圣诞歌曲，然后再由小女孩念出圣经的话语让该户人家知道今夜是耶稣降生的日子，过后大家一起祷告再唱一两首诗歌，再由慷慨大方的圣诞老人派送圣诞礼物给那个家庭中的小厅子，整个报佳音的过程就完成了!整个报佳音的活动大约要持续到第二天凌晨四点左右才结束。
