Iwas happy on tuesday because i went to chimelong paradise with my classmates and teachers. There were 8 groups in my class and 5 people in each group. We enjoyed ourselves.

First, we went there by bus.It took an hour to get there and once we were there we took pictures in front of the gate of chimelong paradise.The pictures were very beautiful. Then we went inside. First. my group went to the screaming zone. We rode the 10-inversion roller coaster. We were excited when we rode it. When the ride was over we were stiff and drank some drinks to relax. This choked the emperor off. The emperor suddenly Changed his countenance and declared the meeting over. All the civilian and military officers at court were breathless with anxiety for fear that Ji An might bring disaster upon himself because of this. After returning, Emperor Wudi said to the people around him that Ji An was a little too rude and too straightforward.

For this reason ,Ji An was never promoted again. When he was the commander in charge of the appointment and dismissal of the local officials, both Gongsun Hong and Zhang Tang were low -ranking lfficials of little importance. Later ,they were promoted continuously. Gongsun Hong became the prime minister and Zhang Tang became the imperial censor. However, JiAns post remained thesame. One day, Ji An said to Emperor Wudi that the way the emperor used his ministers was just like piling up firewood, which meant that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers. Of course, Emperor Wudi could see that Ji An was complaining. So,turning to his ministers, Emperor Wudi said, "It is true that no one can stop learning.You see, Ji An is making more and more indiscreet remarks."

This story comes from The Historical Records. Later generations use the set phrase "the latecomers surpass the old-timers " to indicate that successors can cxcel the predecessors, which is quite different from the original idea when Ji An said that the latecomers surpassed the old-timers.

My topic today is “ to Be a Confident Person.”

What is confidence? Confidence is to trust yourself. Confidence is to look

还记得，我刚刚升入初中时，面对新的环境，面对那么多的新的课程和学习内容，我对自己失去了信心，逐渐产生了自卑心理，成绩不断下滑，是老师和妈妈及时帮助我、鼓励我，让我重新找回自信。渐渐的，我的学习成绩及各个方面都有明显进步，逐渐适应了初中的生活。

这只是我成长中的一件小事，却让我体会到了那份烛一无二的爱，我也因为有这样的父母而自豪。

看些书，做些读书笔记;每天适当的做一些寒假作业;看看新闻，了解一下国家大事、社会新闻;每天运动一下，锻炼自己的身体;去图书馆、科技馆、新华书店等处，获取一些学习的机会，拓宽自己的视野;帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事……

看书。为了能让自己看一些有益的书，我早早的来到书店。书店里的书各种各样，我挑选了一些我爱看的书，把家里的书柜装得满满的。这样就不怕没书看了。我又跑到文具店里买了一本厚厚的、漂亮的笔记本，在寒假里，我一定要把它写得满满的。

运动。运动是健康的来源，可以加强我们的心肺功能;可以帮助我们防止骨质疏松;可以缓和并控制我们的情绪……每天运动三小时，锻炼自己的身体。跳绳、踢毽、短跑、长跑……每天做一项运动，让自己的身体变得更健康。

帮爸爸妈妈做一些力所能及的事。帮妈妈洗洗碗、扫扫地，在妈妈感到劳累时，给妈妈泡一杯茶，让妈妈休息一会，代替妈妈做会儿。爸爸白天工作累了，回到家，给爸爸捶捶背、捶捶腿……

顺着幽雅的小路来到我家。坐在小院里，首先映入眼帘的是院边几棵郁郁葱葱的杨树。它们高大挺拔，像一个个卫士保护着我们的家园，谢谢你们，可爱的杨树。透过杨树的空隙望去，是层层叠叠的梯田，绿油油的秧苗正在茁壮成长，田间的农民伯伯正在除草，他们在炎炎的烈日下挥汗如雨。为了秋季的丰收，他们不辞辛劳，我的心里默默地升起一股敬佩之情。

庭院左侧是清澈的荷塘，荷叶上顶着一朵朵盛开的荷花，荷叶下一条条小鱼在追逐嬉戏;荷花里藏着一朵朵莲子，多么想摘一朵呀!“小娃撑小艇，偷采白莲回。不解藏踪迹，浮萍一道开。”白居易笔下的《池上》浮现在我的脑海里。我多想做一次白居易笔下的小娃，去尽情享受荷塘里无边的清香。

庭院右侧是厨房，厨房后有一片茂密的竹林。蝉不知在哪里，只听见“知了，知了”一片叫声。

抬头仰望瓦蓝的天空，低头看看院落前清澈的小溪，侧耳倾听鸟儿的啼叫，真是“人在画中游”啊，家乡给人的感觉真好!
