在今天冲果汁的时候就没热水了，没有热水冲的果汁怎么会好喝呢?我没办法只好接了一些冷的饮用水。水没有那种使手感到热的温度，所以果汁自然没有完全溶解。我端起杯子，轻轻的呷了一口，又酸又涩，完全没有用热水冲泡出来的那种口感。我看着杯子里的果汁，突然注意到杯底厚厚的一层还没有被冲开的果汁，于是我便小心翼翼的摇晃着杯子，想让着酸涩的味道尽快消失，可是杯子里的水太满了，怎么也摇不到杯底，无奈，我只好继续品尝那酸涩的味道。

由于杯中果汁的下降，果汁浓度开始提升，果汁也开始略带一丝田塍味，还不错，蛮香的。这是我想起刚才的工作，便又拿起杯子晃晃，杯里的果真随着水流缓慢的上来了，我忍不住撮了一口，好浓的香橙味!于是我摇的更加起劲了。我边喝边摇，突然觉得这样和要比用开水冲的满杯都是一个味的要好喝的多。虽然刚开始是酸涩的，可是经历的酸涩多了，甜味便不请自来了，这不就是苦进甘来吗?如果用热水冲开的话，从头到尾都是一个味道，恐怕就体会不到先苦后甜的美好滋味了吧。

想想我们的生活，与一杯果汁又何尝不是这样呢?如果我们一开始就选择一个方便 、舒适的生活环境，就算到死，生活也是平淡无味、

没有起伏的;但如果一开始为自己选择的就是一条困难重重 、布满荆棘的道路，我们才会为自己的最终目标而努力奋斗。这样的生活才是有价值的有意义的值得回味的。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. 可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

During weekdays, I am busy, because I must go to school. I usually get up

at 6:30 a.m.. And then I do some washing. After that, I will have my breakfast

at 6:50. I usually go to school at 7:15. Now, I can go to school and come home

by myself. I have four classes in the morning and three in the afternoon. I have

my lunch at home. I study Chinese, math, English and some other subjects at

school. At night, I can watch TV or play computer. But I have to finish my

homework first. I usually go to bed at 10:00 p.m..

This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. 遥闻那宋时文主走进了园里，最先前见的却不是满园春色，而是紧闭的柴门与阶上的苔，于是便有了“应怜展齿印苍苔”的情感来，那一团团翠色而饱满的苔在春风温柔照拂后与诗人相见，激起了一片对春色的怜爱来。又如那一方陋室前青葱的草色与蔓上阶的苍苔，在许久无人探访后生长到覆满了院落，它是寂寞的吗?我想应非如此，那样甘于平凡的苔生长着，那陋室中的人便坚守着那样孤寂却满是傲气的灵魂。于是苔就这样伴着诗人度过了无数个难眼的苦雨长夜。

于是便悟了苔的生存之美，不苟且、不同俗、宠辱不惊、去留无间。它生长在这世界上任何一个角落，任何时期，于是海棠谢了，它还在。天所转暖新叶生发，它依然在。这又何尝不是我们所需的生活智慧!那样平凡而又显得卑微的生命，却在岁月更迭后苦守着心的净土，才使得灵魂于方寸之境中突围，才使得春去春回，总有一片生机得以留存。

我能想象，这样的苔，任时序交替岁月变迁，只要有一方栖身之地，汛期过后便能不息生长。这是俗世间少有的大智，是千千万万水陆草木之花所难得的从容与淡然。

在这样兵荒马乱的年纪，我仍坚信着，面对生活需要智慧，需要这样长远而深邃的智慧。

幼时记趣

童年的小巷是我们的天堂，还记得每每冬日的阳光洒下，古朴的街道也因此蒙上了温暖的气息：昔日的石砖石瓦虽刻上了年迈的皱纹，却也富有浓厚的气息；红木大门上贴着早已泛黄的门神，无一不被时光烙上了逝去的印记。漆红色的木门前立着两只呆笨的石狮子，冬日的暖阳铺天盖地洒在她的身上，那只石狮似在懒洋洋地打着瞌睡。偶尔会有一辆叮叮当当的三轮车歪歪扭扭的驶过，这时总会传来阵阵荡在小巷中的吆喝声。门前残残的石阶上懒洋洋晒太阳的老猫，或是挠着痒或是温顺地眯着眼静卧的小猫，无一不是小巷中最安静的风景。这时的我们总会欢快地跑过，惊醒了老猫不满地皱起眉头。我们热衷于在凌乱的石墙上涂鸦，在阳光下跳房子、丢沙包，在地缝中抓蚂蚁，经常弄得灰头土脸，不到天黑绝不回家。最爱玩的还是躲猫猫，有时藏在泛着阳光的水缸中，有时躲在覆着厚厚灰尘的木板下，有时躲在别家犄角旮旯的柴房里，一边百般聊赖地数着墙角的蜘蛛网，一边充满期盼地等待伙伴的寻找。一天天大多时光都是如此，平平淡淡却充满乐趣，让我感动。

爷爷说：“这就是生活啊。”

爷爷说这句话时正靠在大门前，微眯着眼睛，嘴角翘着一只古木烟斗，脸上满是幸福和知足，吐出的烟圈飘到了空中。

How to adapt youself to college life

There are obvious differences between high school life and college life. First,college students will live in the dormitory with classmates who come from various places, and who may have different living habits. Second,college teachers ,instead of explaning in detail how to solve every problem, might only tell different approaches to the problem, and leave students to study and solve problems independently. Finally, in college,there is more free time for students to spend on.

However how should the college freshman adapt himself to these differeces. First of all, he should learn to be tolerant and consider more for others,which is necessary for group living. Moreover he should take active part in collective activities and make more communication with classmates and teachers. It will help he be smoothly integrated with your new environment. Besides,as to study,he should develop a good habit of self-teaching and learn to arrange study independently. Nowadays peoples life develops quite rapidly. Many things have changed

over the last century. Old buildings are relaced by skyscrapers. Telephone,

air-conditioner, TV, digital camera, computer and the Internet have taken their

place in our life. We have stepped into Information Age. We are always enjoying

the newest digital products. With all these hi-tech products, people are leading

a more and more colorful life. They are enjoying life more than ever in their

How different the present life is from the previous one when people couldnt

even feed themselves. Whats more, it differs a lot as well in transportation.

Various modern means of transpot have taken the place of human feet and horses.

People can take aeroplanes, subways, even maglevs and so on. They offer people

much convenience. That is to say, people neednt feel worried for wasting a

great deal of time travelling any more. However, while people are enjoying the

changes caused by hi-tech, something still remains the same. For example, those

traditional customs and festivals, especially the custom that people gather to

have dinner as well as ethical culture forms like Peking Opera, ancient

architecture and traditional food. Peking Opera is spreading throughout. As to

ancient architecture like Siheyuan and Hutong, people are still preserving them

well as the symbol of the whole nationalitys historical culture. As for

traditional food, people are still used to eating it. Even though the world has

been extremely highly developed and there are many foreign cultures are pouring

into China, traditional food is still the mainstream. So, I think, although

those hi-tech products bring along unprecedented creature comfort, traditional

cultures will stay unchanged and they will develop further. And on the original

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer vacation.They areboth seventy years old and live in the country happily. Summer view of thecountryside is very beautiful. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning breathing the fresh airlistening to the birds singing and enjoying the green trees red flowers and the river. I like fishing with my friends. When night comes I sit under the tree with my grandma listening to her telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. When I have to go backI am always reluctant to go. I really feel happy living in the country.

暑假期间我经常去看望我的爷爷奶奶，他们都已经70岁了，住在乡下。夏天的乡下非常漂亮，我可以在那里做很多有趣的事情。我习惯一大清早起床，呼吸新鲜空气，聆听鸟儿欢唱，欣赏绿树红花和门前的小河。我还喜欢跟伙伴们一起钓鱼。夜幕降临时，我就坐在树下，听奶奶讲动听的故事。我也会给她讲一些城里的新鲜事。每次该回城时，我总是恋恋不舍。我确实喜欢乡下的生活。

好吧，这两年都是最关键的。不过这句话貌似有点逻辑上的问题。

高一，老师看着满脸憧憬、青涩的众学生，语气沉重：当你们迈入高一，你们就面临着高考。众生骇然，且深以为然。

高二，青苹果成了老油条，众生慵懒地靠在桌子上，老师见状，语气更沉重了几分：高考就在你们眼前，已经在向你们招手了，这点时间眨眼就过去了，你们时日无多。众生换了个更舒服的坐姿，无悲无喜，神色淡然。

好吧，每一天，高考都近在咫尺，都迫在眉睫，都火烧屁股，都千钧一发。它在我面前晃了一年，并且还将继续晃下去，再招两年的手。

招这么久的手，它不累我们也眼花，真诚希望它最后一年再蹦出来刺激我们的心跳。

Recently, a Chinese student who studied abroad delivered a speech at the

graduate ceremony. Her speech soon became the hot issue, because she criticized

Chinese air pollution, which was a great threat to her health. Though her speech

had exaggerated the problem, it is true that China has faced many pollution

problems. The haze in Beijing is famous around the world, which is the

punishment for human to ruin the environment. It needs time to fix the problem,

but there is no need to deny our country. Even for the developed countries, they

have once faced such problem before. We can do something in the daily life to

protect it, such as do not throw away the rubbish.

What do you do when you are sad? Do you cry or find other ways to vent? I think you can read books, and when you see people who are more miserable than they are, and they are strong and brave, your mood may be better. You can also listen to music, so that you will forget about the sad thing, and be absorbed in the beautiful music. It doesnt matter what makes you happy. What matters is that you need to have a positive attitude to face life and overcome the pain!

[生活态度英语作文

军训生活终于来到了，我们怀着好奇又兴奋的心情来到了部队农场的军训生活基地，虽然只有短短的4天生活，我却学会了不少本领。

一、叠被子困难多多。

下午，我们学习了叠被子，在这里被子可不能像在家中叠那么简单。只见教官拿着一条被子，放在毯子上，他拿着被子的一角，朝里叠了三分之一，反它铺平，接着对折一下，把中间线信而有征一个记号，把它拱起来，就放成一个椭圆形的大长条。然后，该弄旁边了，两边先对折，留一厘米，也把它拱成一个圆，对折一下，最后是一个总折，这时你要小心，万一叠散了，前面的功夫就白费了。结果下来，同学们叠得有的好，有的不太好，我也叠的一般，教官叠得是又有棱角又端正，同学们对教官是佩服的五体投地。

二、站军姿让人脚酸。

我们有一个训练项目是站军姿，10秒中调整军姿。“开始”只听得一声令下，同学们手贴裤线，站得跟松树一样挺拔。而且要保持十分钟，同学们脚酸的受不了了，只听见老师吹了一声口哨，大家总算松懈了下来，脚都抬不起来了，还好，老师让我们休息了一下，我在站军姿时，我一直是站不直，摇来?e去的，还好老师没发现，不然老师一定会很凶的。

三、就寝纪律让人烦。

晚上，我们九点钟就要熄灯睡觉，平时在家里我要到九点半才睡，现在这么早又不能让人说话，这可真让我觉得烦恼，很多人实在睡不着，杨柳青和许逸舟开始了讨论，听着听着我才慢慢地睡着了。

四天的军训生活很快就过去了，大家都学到了很多本领，我觉得最大的收获是我们端正了自己的态度，做到了严以律已，给我们今后的生活带来了很大的帮助。

When you come, we can enjoy traditional Chinese food together, and then put up Spring Festival couplets. As a traditional custom, the couplets are always posted on the door of a house. Written on red paper, a couplet is composed of two lines of poetry, which rhyme with each other. Not only do the couplets add some joyous atmosphere to the festival, but also they express people’s wishes for a better life.
