七月八月是学生们的假日！

放假后，我在家里度过了七月份，在这一个月里可想而知我过得有多无趣，但是八月份的到来让我重新找到了暑假的真正意义。

我们准备回家时，听见哥哥他们传来喜音:“啊哈哈！钓到了两条大鱼，今天吃鱼咯！”我好奇的过去看了看，真的有两条大鱼哎！我羡慕死了！我试着碰碰运气，十几分钟过去了，有鱼上钩了！我赶紧让哥哥帮我拉上来。虽然是只小鱼，但是我已经很满足了。大家一起高高兴兴的回家咯～

中学英语教学大纲中明确指出：“写是书面表达和传递信息的交际能力。培养初步写的能力，是英语教学的目的之一。”在近年的高考中英语写作也占有相当比重。因此，在高中阶段教师应在指导和组织学生进行英语写作上下功夫，在平时教学中应有计划有目的地去训练和提高学生的写作能力。

一、学生能充分认识英语写作的重要性是写作能力提高的必要条件。

英语写作能力的提高需要持之以恒的长期训练。如果学生对写作重要性认识不够，他们就不能积极主动地去配合老师搞好写作训练，甚至产生逆反心理，产生对立情绪，英语写作就会半途而废，达不到预期目的。

在平时教学中，老师要经常性地有意识地对学生进行写作重要性的教育。学生一进入高中就要让他们了解初中和高中英语教学要求的异同。

我给学生找几份中考和高考题，帮助他们了解中考和高考英语试题对基础知识和基本技能要求的相同之处和不同之处，引导他们转变观念，更新和完善学习方法，要让他们了解到英语写作在高考中、实际运用中以及对将来继续学习英语的重要性。

我还联系在过去高考中英语取得优异成绩的毕业生，用书信介绍学好英语的方法，特别是在英语写作方面的成功经验和英语写作对他们当时及后来英语学习的重要性。这些毕业生有很大的感召力，很有说服性，尤其对那些有逆反心理的学生。

二、指导写作应注意的几个问题：

1．教师要有明确合理的教学计划和教学程序，组织系统规范的有序训练。

2．帮助和要求学生养成积极主动地坚持英语写作的良好习惯。

3．坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……

4．分程度要求。对学生的要求不能一刀切，对学习好的要求要高，对学习差的要求要适当低一些。要避免有些学生轻而易举垂手可得，而有些学生又可望而不可及的情况发生。

5．注意讲评。要经常指出优点，以利模仿，指出缺点，警示避免。

6．鼓励优秀，耐心帮助差生。充分利用板报、专栏进行优秀作文展览，或者也可采用传阅方式进行。但不能放弃或岐视差生，要经常帮助他们树立信心，掌握写作方法和技巧。

7．基础知识和能力并重，听说读和写并举。教师在平时教学中应充分利用一切可以利用的机会启发引导学生提高自己的写作水平。如遇到优秀的句、段或篇提示学生注意欣赏作者的表达法，把它们作为范例，在自己写作中加以模仿和运用。又如遇到英汉表达方法不同之处，提示学生注意英语的正确表达法，切忌出现汉语式的英语。要帮助学生养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。

8．要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的风气。

三、训练写作的常用方法。

写作训练应考虑循序渐进的原则，采取逐步提高的形式进行。

1．用学过的词、短语或句式，模仿课文中的表达法造句。2．换课文中的人物、时态、语态或体裁等改写课文。3．看图作文。4．填补式作文。5．写课文复述材料或写心得体会。6．将打乱顺序的句子按事件发展的时间顺序或逻辑关系等整理成一篇完整的短文。7．教师给出题目和提纲让学生写作。8．写日记或周记。9．材料作文。教师给出汉语提示让学生用英语表达。

四、注意纠正学生英语作写中容易出现的错误。

学生最初写作时，教师要给予必要的指导，使他们少犯错误。教师还要经常性地例举错误的表达法，提醒学生注意避免。在批阅作文时教师要随时标出学生错误之处，还要随时记录学生所犯错误，把学生的错误加以归类总结，把普遍性的错误提出来，让学生集体改错，使他们的语言表达尽可能地规范正确。

The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

我的家庭是一个温暖的家庭。是个六口之家，成员有在我学习上严格生活中开朗的爸爸，有天天在厨房洗衣机旁忙碌的妈妈，有每天在电脑前又长的很帅的哥哥，有内向长的很漂亮的大嫂，还有一个四个月大，长相斯文，脾气却很大的侄女。当然，还有那个活泼可爱的我。

最小的家庭成员是四个月大的侄女——依雯，她两眼大大的，头发黑黑的，体型胖胖的，显得很可爱，一次半夜四点多，大家都在睡梦中，突然，我被一阵“哇——哇——”撕心裂肺的哭声吵醒了，唉！我这个侄女就是一个特可爱又特能闹的小宝宝。

我的哥哥今天二十四岁了，虽然有时候也爱吃零食、玩电脑、看动画片，但在工作上从不含糊，经常受到单位领导的表扬，是一个精力充沛富有激情的时代人。

My winter holiday was very interesting.As that day i got back to my native hometown,cousins and cousines took me to ski.My skiing skill isnt good,got down for 15 times,they laughed at me behind,i cant help smiling， too.The day of Spring Festival was the most happiness day,we had meal for the first,a table of delicious food,that made me so glad.Then we played the fireworks.The childrens waving the lightening ticket while watching the adults playing the fireworks.That was so beautiful!Like the stars rainning down the world.At the end,it was time to get the red bag.we were very exciting,and satisfied.Sometimes,we also went shopping and bought something we like. 每个人都有自己的生活方式，不乏有人总模仿别人，身边有这样的一个人，我们称她为N姑娘。N姑娘在做许多决定的时候，常常瞻望别人，举棋不定，别人不做她绝不会去涉足，别人做她必跟随，随后便总吐槽和埋怨，说悔不当初，说受罪。我们不否定人有时候会口是心非，但对于N姑娘来说，口是心非已成家常便饭。最深刻的一次是，老友聚会时，大家相互邀请和约定，她借口说出门在外赶不及，让我帮她圆场，我理解她不喜聚会，也帮她圆场，毕竟这是他人之愿。当我准备起身赶往聚场时，她说了句让我大吃一惊的话，她说，和没有感情的人聚在一起也没有意思，浪费时间和金钱，绝不会出席。听后，我也无语。当我到达会场时，她也来了，打听到聚会的地方，假装匆忙赶来。原因很简单，不用花钱的聚会，不来白不来。她总无时在抱怨，损人无底限，也对八卦感兴趣，时常打着关心的旗号窥探别人的隐私。面对别人这样的问题，我们避他人之短，取他人之长，不要有一天也成为自己曾经讨厌的人，对喜欢的人好一点，对讨厌的人，保持基本的礼貌，不刻意去区别对待。

别人帮你是情分，不帮你是本分。

大概生活里，有很多的事情就是自以为理所当然，要别人帮忙还理直气壮。家庭作业自己没有了解清楚，抱怨同行的人没有告知；与他人借东西，没借到还理直气壮在背后吐槽；···生活中这样的例子很多，都发生在我们身边，很多时候，许多人似乎将有求于人和得到别人的帮助两方颠倒过来，被帮人说话一点也不客气，态度一点都不诚恳，别人不帮你是本分。

时间和金钱，钱重要还是时间重要？l

许多时候，为了省钱，我们失去时间去做更有意义的事情。比如为了抢购打折品，熬到半夜去参加抢购，结果牺牲了休息时间，有可能还收到不满意的抢购品。

当金钱和时间权衡好，两者会达到质的变化，也会让我们得到意外的收获。

There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share their lives or planes.Some will play games or hang out to have some fun.

On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet.Children can get lucky money from relatives.In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them.In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.

通常，我们会在除夕夜吃一顿丰盛的晚餐，之后家人团座一起，分享一年以来的生活以及新年计划。有的人则会玩游戏或者出去玩。大年初一，人们通常会早起，会与见到的人说吉祥话。孩子们会得到压岁钱。在接下来的几天里，人们会带上新年祝福互相串门拜年。总之，春节是一个欢聚一堂、供人享乐的日子。

Since we went to school, we have been educated to be polite, no matter to

the young or old people. People follow the manner rules and have a nice

communication between each other, but some people ignore the rules and they

treat their rude behaviors as something cool. Today, people advocate the

individuality, so the young generation wants to do something different and catch

peoples attention. For example, they dont care other peoples feeling and

criticize others as they like, or just interrupt when other people is talking,

they just show what they want to say and they believe they are special and cool.

This is very rude behavior that they dont respect others and have the wrong

idea about individuality. We can do something special on the base of respect

others and follow the rules, or we are just the rude people.

每一个人都会经历从母亲体内十月怀胎，而后呱呱坠地，直至老，进而到死的过程，而在从生到老这一过程中，难免会生小疾或大病―――这便构成了生老病死这个再平凡不过的自然规律。

每个人都有属于自己的生活，但不一定每个人都满足于眼下的生活。或许，没有谁不渴望幸福的生活。那么，幸福究竟是什么？什么样的生活才算是幸福的？

对于这样的问题显然给不出一个明确的答案，因为每个人眼中的世界都是有所不同的，这说来说去还是受出生背景不同，生长环境不同，受教育程度不同，文化不同，观念不同和性格不同等主客观因素所共同决定。哲学家不是说“世界上没有两片完全一样的叶子”吗？同理，世界上亦找不出两个一模一样的人来，就算是双胞胎，也各自有着独特之处。再者，人们的追求不径相同。

即便关于“幸福是什么”这一问题的答案并不确定，笔者还是想借此机会阐述一下本人的一些微不足道且极为简单的看法：“幸福是有一个爱你的爱人，一份稳定的工作，一帮值得信赖的朋友及时刻关心、牵挂着你的亲人们。”或许，该看法似乎赶不上“潮流”，似乎不够现实，似乎显得有点安于现状，但这正是一种追求简单生活之态度。常言道：“简简单单才是真”、“知足者常乐”。试想：背着陈沉甸甸的包袱容易行得远吗？放下过多的私欲就能活得轻松、快活、自在；而所谓“知足者”，并非一定是不思进取者。一边享受“现在”（因为“现在”的确很短暂），一边拼搏，何乐而不为？

懂得享受现在的人应该是真正热爱生活的人。在此，“享受”绝不含放纵之意，因为真正会享受的人一定是懂得珍惜的人，而不是大肆挥霍光阴的人。真正热爱生活的人懂得珍惜每一分每一秒，并珍惜与每一位亲朋好友一起度过的时光；真正热爱生活的人心胸宽广似海，他们包容一切并勇于献出自己的一片爱心；真正热爱生活的人是绝不会被任何艰难险阻打倒的；真正热爱生活的人从不抱怨，并且敢于承担、敢拼、敢闯；真正热爱生活的人擅于培养自己自学的能力，且从不停止学习，因为学无止境；真正热爱生活的人每天都充满着激情，不仅对自己有信心，也对别人有信心；真正热爱生活的人永远心存感激，感激亲人对自己的养育之恩，感激同学或朋友对自己的关心，感激同事领导对自己的支持和鼓励，感激那一双双伸向自己的援助之手，感激――；真正热爱生活的人敢于信任，而不是选择对身边的人充满无端的猜忌！

做一名真正热爱生活的人并不难，难的是吝啬那一份好的心态！

生活本身确实是单调无味的，但是，热爱生活的人会通过努力，使之变得五彩缤纷。当闲来（感觉无事可做）时，不妨尝试着做一些修养情趣的事情。

漫步在林荫小路上，或是小河边，感受风的抚摸，倾听小鸟儿的歌声，和水里调皮可爱的鱼儿低语―――如此这般，享受大自然的洗礼，洗去忙碌，洗去疲倦，洗去忧愁与烦恼。

听听神圣的音乐，轻快跳跃的音符会使人激情澎湃，缓慢优雅的旋律则使原本烦躁的内心变得宁静无比。

放声歌唱吧！找一个不会打扰别人的时间或地方，抑或同几位“死党”到娱乐场所，尽情地唱，不要在乎自己唱得好不好，想唱就唱，放出歌喉，唱出内心的感受与真情。

练练书法―――这绝不是为了向别人炫耀自己的字有多么好看，而是为了培养一种心境！

写写日记，日记本永远是每个人最忠实的倾听者，将所有的心情，开心也好，惆怅也罢，甜蜜也好，痛苦也罢，抑或一些难忘的事情都统统记到本子里去，不仅可以使内心得以发泄，更重要的是，日积月累，若将这些字迹串起来，便会惊喜地发现，它们已经构成了记录者一生的“线索”。那么，试想：如果你就是这位日记记录者，在你年老后的一天，手捧着清茶，坐在院子里翻看那一本本日记本，此时的你会是怎样的一种心境呢？我想，不论当时记录的是怎样的一件事或是一种心情，在年老的你看来都该是一种无言的感动了吧？那些“线索”会把你带到因时光流逝而早已被你锁定的记忆中，然后深深触动你的灵魂，让你真正领悟到：啊，原来这就是生活！

常看些有意义的书籍，如散文、诗歌、杂文、小品文、论说文、历史人物传记，抑或一些有助于提高自身专业知识技能的书，等等，这不仅能提高自身的写作水平，扎实自身的文字功底，丰富知识，开阔视野，从而提高自身的综合素质，也能陶冶自身的素养情操。

如果条件允许，何不带上亲人出门旅游一番？由此不仅可以一睹祖国大好河山的艳丽面容，体验祖国各地不同的民族风情，同时也可以丰富自己的人生旅程。

总而言之，修养情趣的事情很多很多。但如果单纯的为了做而做，归根结底只能把自己弄得疲惫不堪；而如若能敞开胸怀，用心体验，就会发现：原来，生活也是这般美好！

The first day for me to go to high school, I felt so excited, because I came into the new stage of my life.
