My Favourite Festival

My favoruite festival is Mid-Autumn Festival. On that day, I can get moon cakes, fruit and many other delicious foods. The moon cakes are round like the moon. They are delicious. They are different inside. On Mid-Autumn Festival I see my elder brother back from work. We get together. We talk and watch the moon! How happy we are!

From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I didn’t. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I’m unlucky on the playing too. I played firecracker but I hurt my finger with the fire. I ‘m careless to kindle the firecracker, so I’m very unlucky.

I still unlucky on my friend’s party. In the morning, I wanted to get up early but I woke up at 10:50. After ten minutes, the party would start! So I only eat a piece of bread then I go to my friend’s home! And I stay at his home for a long time when I came home. My mother and father were very angry and they scolded me!

I’m worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term, I was 48 kilogram but now I am 51 kilogram! I must to do banting!

But most important, I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium, I want to go there very much because I want to see the horse, the monkey……in the sea. Now I’ve done it . It is a bright dot in my Winter Holiday.

My father is a man of devotion. Every morning he gets up the earliest to make breakfast for us. In the evening, he is always the late to come back home. 好不容易迎来了暑假，本以为可以好好放松放松，谁知道这日子还不如读书。在这暑假里，早早就完成了作业，之后便没有事情了，玩耍的兴趣一天不如一天。终于，外公让我走出了家门，体验一把劳动的乐趣。

接着，便是到了挖地的时候。在除草上失败了，想在洼地上赢个漂亮仗。于是，鼓足了手劲。上次挖地是两年前的事了，但我依然有信心把这一次做好。拿起锄头，挖下了第一锄，感觉还不错。凭着我以前的经验，一口气挖了十多米，终于，赶上外公了。外公见我赶上了他，便夸我有力气、有干劲。

在外公的鼓励下，我再一次鼓足了劲，做最后的冲刺。我和外公不相上下，一会儿我领先，一会儿他领先，胜负难分。好不容易到了终点，竟和外公打成了平局，我高兴极了!高兴之余，发现手上又多了几个亮晶晶的泡，火辣辣的，但我觉得这是值得的。

最后轮到播种的时候了。我当了一名播种员，负责将种子放进挖好的坑里。这不算难，不一会儿便完成了任务。于是，便扛起锄头回家了。

晚上，睡在床上回想当天的老大，我感动收获不少。看着手上的泡，虽说有点痛，但也算不上什么。

老大，让人类生存了下来，它富有挑战，让人学会坚持。想起那天的事，我还学会了坚强，也懂得了珍惜。因为劳动很辛苦，劳动成果自然也就来之不易。

我喜欢活着，生命是如此充满了愉悦。

冬天的阳光不摇，不晃，就那么直逼着，一桶一桶地倒下来。我正坐在沙发上看电视，妈妈站在阳台边玩手机。“赵倩，外面阳光特别好，你坐到阳台上来看会书吧。”妈妈喊到。“我不要，我要看电视。”我大声回复到。妈妈走到了我的身旁，语重心长的说：“你不要看电视了，你要多看点书，你语文本来就不好……”她又开始唠叨了。我不耐烦的听着。她见我没反应，直接把电视关了。我怒了，就感觉无缘无故的有一团火在往上窜。没有理由。

我走进了房间，把门锁起来了。妈妈就像扩音器一样惹得我心烦。我走到阳台边，看着外面的风景。突然有一种想法传入我的脑中：如果我从这里跳下去，会不会到另外一户人家，他们会不会对我更好?头往下仰，二十多层楼的高度，跳下去必定不会活着，我有点害怕。站在窗边好一会儿了，寒风吹得刺骨。我突然清醒到：万一我从这里跳下去，寒假过后同学们肯定会知道，我可不能让他们拿我当反面教材，我顿时放弃了这个想法。

冬天的阳光如琼浆，只管成桶地往下倒。蜡梅们也都开的差不多了。一树一树，枝枝丫丫，分不清了。

离开阳台后。我躺在床上想了好久，觉得自己实在不该与妈妈发脾气，就写了一张纸条向妈妈道歉，从门缝里塞了出去。过了一会儿，妈妈喊到：“赵倩，去学校拿成绩报告单啦!”是哦，今天要去拿成绩的，我怎么给忘了?打开房门，发现妈妈没有什么异常，我也就跟着出去了。

“瑞雪兆丰年”，年年步步高

鼻梁上架着一副眼镜，标准的瓜子脸，仔细看看，嘴唇上方的小绒毛渐渐加密，这应该是进入青春期的标志吧。最让人喜欢的还是他那张只在我面前能说会道的嘴巴，一会儿“娘仔”，一会儿“母后”，叫得我心里甜滋滋的。瘦瘦的身板配上一米七二的身高，就构成了一个阳光又稳健的孩子——他，就是我家小儿——闫丰年。

丰年和姐姐瑞雪是一对双胞胎，仅仅差姐姐五分钟，就只好当弟弟了，这个弟弟当的是相当的郁闷——小时候还好，个头不及姐姐高，叫个姐姐还不觉得怎么“掉面子”，现在呢，个头比姐姐高了半头，还再叫姐姐，总觉得有些不自在。于是和我商量，说是前十年他叫瑞雪“姐姐”，再十年瑞雪叫他“哥哥”，后面的年份都只称呼名字，我看他那一本正经的样子，忍不住想逗逗他，于是便答应了，但要求是必须征得姐姐和爷爷奶奶的同意。这一来小儿可高兴了，先是苦苦恳求姐姐，姐姐不耐烦了，不吭声算是默许了；谁知到了爷爷奶奶那儿却行不通了：“谁大谁小天注定，怎么能说改就改！”在我们家爷爷奶奶是权威，这一下子算是彻底灭了儿子想当哥哥的雄心，又不愿意再叫姐姐，无奈之下给姐姐起了个别称“佛哥”，起初姐姐是不答应的，可他天天叫，时间一长姐姐也就很顺口地答应了，“佛哥”的名称就此正式成立。

年儿的生活趣事一箩筐，今天呢，咱们花开两朵，单表一枝，我想想说说他对待学习的态度。

从上小学一年级开始，他对待学习就非常认真，总不愿落在人后，但那个时候的他，还没有真正理解学习，没有真正把学习当做朋友，和学习牵手共进共退，是在他上初中以后。

进入初中一年级，在小学“玩”惯了的孩子陡然间增加了压力，也增加了更多的竞争对手。一个年级增至20个班，20个班里的每一个人都是他的竞争对手。也不知道他哪儿来的一种豪情，进入初中的第一天，他就对我说：“妈，我现在是入班是第三名，期中考试我就要成为班级第一！”那个时候，或许他认为班级第一就是最好的成绩吧。

于是，我看到平时爱玩爱闹的孩子沉稳了许多，开始把更多的精力放在了学习上，果然，期中考试时，他实现了自己的心愿，成为班级第一，继而在又一次考试时，成为年级第一。可是他这个时候却找到了自己的不足：“妈，我觉得我这是在死学，这种为了考试而学习的感觉让我很厌烦，我甚至找不到自己的方向了！”“那就不为考试而学习，不为名次而学习，就为喜欢而学，怎么样？”我疏导着他的心理压力，同时又调侃道：“我要一个征服学习的孩子，不要一个被学习征服的孩子！”

儿子的眼睛亮了。从此，他果真不再死学，晚自习到家，他开始摆弄钟表，拆了装，装了拆；他开始做实验，什么光路演示，什么电路等等，他的房间开始不让我打扫，否则他重要的实验用品就会被我当做垃圾给丢掉；他在做实验的过程中开始遇到一个又一个的问题，他就开始查阅资料书甚至是下学期的物理课本；后来，他干脆在百度贴吧建了自己的问题库，就是这样，他渴求的知识开始源源不断地进入他的领地，他不再把所有的精力都投到学习上，却在学习上收获满满：进入八年级以来，他三次考试都是班级第一，获得一等奖学金。

当我满怀欣慰地问他学习的诀窍的时候，他说：“我哪有什么诀窍啊，就是自己找到了适合自己的学习方法而已。对于副科的学习，我是学一课记一课，而主课呢，就是平时多做些练习，把同一题型的解题方法归纳总结一下罢了！”这小子，口气还不小，但我知道其中包含着他的用心。从他的身上，我明白一个道理：学习，贵在得法；“不做学习的奴隶，只做学习的主人”，就一定能提高学习成绩！

有一晚，它突然被人弄开了，然后那人拿走了柜台的钱。它明白那人是小偷，但它无能为力。第二天，当老板发现钱不见后，立刻叫人把它拆了下来。它被送到了郊外的堆填区，但它很快乐，每天都能和小鸟玩，每天都能看白云飞翔……

Elephant is the largest animal on land today. It weights some ninety kilograms and is about one metre high when born. When it is 12 years old, it studs over three meters and does not grow any more. Elephant is usually grey in color, having a long trunk with large ivory tusks protruding from each side of its mouth. Usually moving in groups and caring for each other, Elephant is know to be a very and gentle creamre. For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. Elephant has been and is a vital tool for people to do many things that would normally be imposs-ible. Now people can talk to others by telephone or on the Internet at home .When they are free ,they watch the news and other programmes on Tv .Some families are rich enough to send their children to school in their own cars .
