Consequently, we need to eat some food in the morning to get enough energy and nutrient to support our body. If we dont have breakfast, then we have no enough energy to do our work efficiently.

Secondly, people who skip breakfast will get weight easily. If you dont have breakfast, then you will eat more food at noon and in the evening. 我看到灶台上的锅中间黄黄的，就把它拿到水槽中清洗，用钢丝球刷了几次后，水便已经浑浊不堪了。我把水倒掉后又冲洗了好几遍，然后再把水接满，放到灶上开火，就完成了第一步。

在等待的过程中，我突然想到鸡蛋还没煮，就问妈妈：“妈妈，我烧水时没把鸡蛋放下去，要不要紧?”妈妈说：“没事，多煮一会儿就好了。”听完后我从冰箱里拿出4个鸡蛋，把它们拿去水槽轻轻地清洗干净，再把它们放入了锅中。

然后我回到客厅静静地等着，当我再度过去时水已经烧开了。我走到冰箱前，把冰箱的最底层打开，拿出汤圆倒下去了十四个。我再把剩下的汤圆放回了冰箱，回到厨房看时汤圆表面已经变紫了，随后我又回到客厅开始了漫长的等待。

过了一会儿，我去厨房看了下，汤圆已经浮起来了。这时我把火关了，将汤圆与鸡蛋捞了上来。我吃了一口，汤圆外皮硬硬的，但有些还是煮好了的。这次做的早餐失败了，下次加油吧!我在心里默默地鼓励着自己。

这次早餐的汤圆没做好，问了妈妈原因，是因为时间不够，而且将汤圆放下去后没有搅拌，下次我一定会记得这些地方!
