第一、目标要明确、适当。因为每位同学的基础各异，接受新知识的能力不同，所以选择目标一定要切合自己的学习实际，要正确估计自己的知识和能力、估计能够自己支配的时间，了解自己学习上的缺欠和漏洞。目标既不能定得过高，也不能过低，“跳一跳就能摘到果子”，便是最佳目标。

第二、要合理安排常规学习时间和自由学习时间。常规学习时间主要是用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的新知识。自由学习时间是指完成老师布置的学习任务后归自己支配的时间，这一时间可用来预习、复习功课，查缺补漏和进行课外阅读、训练等。

第三、计划要全面，要符合素质教育的基本要求。中学生不能成天只讲读书，智育只是人追求全面发展的一个方面，除此，还有德、体、美、劳等。因此，在制定计划时还要安排锻炼身体的时间、娱乐的时间以及充足的睡眠时间等。

我们有一位特别搞笑的英语老师ashiley。

他是一个英籍老外，头发黑黑的，眼睛是棕色的，长方脸，戴着一副长方形镜框的眼镜。我并不是说他长相搞笑，而是他的行为特别搞笑，不信我就来给大家讲讲吧：

有一次，我拿一根笋干给他吃，ashiley装作被吓着的样子，用怪腔怪调的中文说：“啊！蛇，蛇！”看见他这样，我马上叫来兴趣班的同学一起拿笋干给ashiley吃，看见他怪模怪样，逗得我们捧腹大笑。

ashiley上的课课堂气氛很活跃，大部分时间都是在游戏中度过的。他经常让我们玩“吊死鬼”的游戏：每个同学读单词，若读错了，他就在黑板上划两条线，直到最后划成一个吊死鬼的模样，他就会宣布谁是吊死鬼，这时同学们就会一起说：“吊死的不是我，是ashiley！”在游戏过程中我们学会了很多英语单词。

we do?Our classmates had a discussion about it.

Firstly,we can work as a volunteer during the games.And we may plant more

trees in order to protect the environment.Also we can learn English well so as

to serve the foreigners.

At last,we should be polite to everyone and have good manners.

We mustn’t spit everywhere.We mustn’t speak dirty words in public because

it can leave a bad impression on others.We mustn’t pollute the

environment.Finally,we mustn’t do anything bad to our country because we are

Chinese.

We know it is difficult to learn English. My English is very good. I learn English like this.

I Listen to the teacher carefully and write the important points down on my notebooks. After class I revise the lessons. Before class I prepare new lessons to find out the questions. Then I will listen carefully in class.

I also listen to the tape, and speak English with my classmates in the classroom and on the playground. It’s to improve my listening and speaking.

I keep a diary every day to practise my written English.

Besides this, I often read English newspapers and magazines to enrich my knowlege on English culture.

We will learn English well so long as we learn it hard.
