我的家乡是一个小镇，但过节的气氛也十分热闹，特别是过春节的时候。

家乡的春节差不多从腊月十七就开始了，冷清的大街上一下子人来人往，车来车往。菜市场的人更是难以插入一根针。连烤鸭店的门口都排起了长龙。

腊月二十四过小年，这下全家就聚到了一起。这天晚上，按照老人们的规矩，这一天要把列祖列宗请回来：把桌子横过来，再把大鱼大肉端到桌子上，最后烧点纸，就算请回来了。

小年过后，花炮铺子，一会来个玫瑰红，一会来个冲天炮，虽然老板忙的团团转，但一天下来，腰包已经鼓鼓得了。

比起小年，更加热闹的就是大年。家家赶做团圆饭，到处都是饭菜的香味。家家户户的门上都贴上了红红的对联，还有的人还在大门的两边各挂上一个灯笼。吃完团圆饭，就该串门子了。这家停一下，那家停一下，人就一大班子了。等到九点多钟，就马不停蹄的往庙里赶。

正月初一就开始拜年了，基本上都是三五个人约好一起去亲戚家。初一的讲头也十分多，不能扫地，不能生火，规矩多得很。

元宵上市，春节的又一个高潮到来。正月十五，家家煮汤圆，意思着团团圆圆。

我们这儿的春节在腊月二十七左右开始，这两天，人们开始准备各式各样的年货，有糖果、饼干、猪蹄。。。。。。还有许多琳琅满目的食品。农村与城镇不同，他们有的食品是自己制作的，他们在这两天里要打出一些白果、红粿之类的，在除夕前一天还要杀一头猪放着，除夕要抬去宗祠祭拜。

除夕那天人们要除尘，这项工作全家都参与，两小时左右，家里就变得焕然一新，就像刚入住时一样。接着就要准备年夜饭，这份工作除了小孩子其他人都会来帮忙。晚上，一家人会团圆在一起吃年夜饭。到了8点，家人坐在一起收看春节联欢晚会；10点，绚丽的烟花冉冉升起12点，午夜钟声敲响，所有人都过了一岁，有的小孩子高兴得活蹦乱跳：我又长大一岁了！

到了正月初一，人们也是特别忙，男人要出去拜年，女人在家里接客，但小孩却特别高兴，为什么呢？又可以收压岁钱了！春节的后几天几乎所有的人都没在家吃过几顿饭，都是去亲朋好友的家吃，每家至少要请一次客。
