can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

Today, as the development of the technology, people live a much better life than before, the average wage is promoted highly. The economy develops at the cost of polluting the environment, we can see the pollution everywhere, like the river water is dirty, the situation is so serious that we must take some action to control the environmental pollution. First, we should not throw away the rubbish, whenever we have rubbish at hand, we should keep the habit to throw it into the dustbin, sometimes the garbage can be recycled. 摘要: 随着经济快速发展，城市生态形势压力也与日俱增，水环境问题已成为制约社会发展的大问题，环保基础设施建设严重落后，城市生活污染物未得到有效控制，工业污染源未得到严格治理，农业污染日益突出，部分河段水质受污染严重，河水发黑发臭，完全失去水质功能。本文主要对城市水环境治理及污染防治对策进行了分析探讨。

城市生态环境是城市宜居水平评价和城市经济发展的重要因素。作为城市生态环境的重要组成部分，城市水环境对生态环境的治理和改善有着重要的影响。受传统经济发展理念的影响，我国城市水环境污染情况不容乐观。而且在城市扩建过程中还造成了大量周边湿地的消失，造成了城市生态环境、水环境的进一步恶化。针对这样的情况，我国近年来加大了城市生态环境治理力度。从城市规划与发展的角度出发，恢复城市周边湿地环境、改善城市水环境与生态环境。

一、城市水环境的基本特点

1、城市用水的特点

生活用水和生产用水是城市用水的主要类型，由于城市人员密集、工业化生产程度高，所以，城市用水需要较高的质量、较大的供水量、稳定的供给，这对城市采水、供水和用水来说有着不同于农村的特点。

2、城市用水的依赖性强

城市由于用水量大、供水要求高，所以，单纯依靠城市区域的供给和开采往往难于满足城市发展的需要，因此，大众城市往往需要从城区周边或外地调水来满足城市的用水需要，“引滦入津”、“南水北调”就是这样的举措。

3、城市水环境脆弱

在我国北方，城市生活和生产用水大都在简单处理或未经处理就直接排放到环境之中，在日积月累的大量污染的影响下，城市水环境受到了严重破坏，并且这一现象有蔓延和恶化的趋势，造成水环境的脆弱和生态的破坏，影响城市深入地发展。

4、城市地下水环境恶化

城市地下水环境恶化来源有两个，一是，城市生产和生活中大量污染源渗入地下，造成对地下水资源和水环境的破坏;二是，城市地表硬化导致城市地面下渗量的减少，在大量开采地下水的同时，没有必要的补充，出现水环境的恶化。

二、城市水环境综合治理方法

1、以人为本，科学发展

把维护广大人民群众的根本利益作为第一点，把群众最关心、最直接和现实的水环境保护问题为重点，转变发展观念，重视生态文明建设，加快建设资源节约和环境友好社会，走科学发展道路。

2、优先保护饮用水源

合格的安全饮用水源是人民生活的必需品，水环境治理应突出重点，优先保护饮用水源，确保群众饮水安全。

3、强化节能减排、效益原则

与区县减排工作挂钩，把COD削减量考核指标纳入到区县水环境治理目标体系中，明确各区县污水处理率、污水处理厂运行负荷率等量化指标。切实保障三个达标，即污水处理率必须达标、污水处理厂的运行负荷率必须达标、COD的减排必须达标。合理安排资金，对节能减排效果明显，有一定经济基础，技术条件成熟，符合国家和行业产业政策的项目优先考虑。

4、治本方针

突出截污治污。河道沿线村镇、企业密集，污染来源复杂。为此，河道治理将坚持“先截污、后清淤、先治理、后换水”的原则，周密排查河道沿线污染来源，大力实施清淤、截污、生态护坡、河岸绿化等措施，加强河道水体自净和生态修复功能;在突出截污治理的同时，各区县还将坚持污水处理厂、配套管网同步建设，大力提升现有污水处理厂运行负荷率，妥善解决污水出路，切实提高河道水环境质量。

5、加强协作，落实责任

市水务局于去年成立了河道水环境考核办公室，将清水工程已治理河道纳入考核范围，各区县按照属地管理原则在本辖区内建立水环境管理机构和相关管理机制，有效巩固水环境治理成果。此外，目前市政府已正式批准本市河道水环境实施“河长制”管理意见，即将公布全市主要河道“河长”名单，构建完善的河道水环境管理长效机制，为今后本市水环境由加强治理向强化管理转变打好基础。

三、城市河流水防治和改善技术的应用

1、底泥疏浚和河床微生态系统修复

在河流洪水、蓄洪功能上,底泥疏浚主要体现在河流利用水面变化增加行洪、蓄洪能力。作为沉积物沉积,有的湖泊水的深度可以被调整,从而减少其调节和存储功能。增加城市河湖疏浚河道水容量后,以确保顺利排出这些河流洪水,保障人民群众的生命和财产安全,也避免了洪涝灾害。底泥疏浚是水环境综合整治的一项重要措施,滇池、巢湖、太湖等水环境综合整治已被广泛使用。可见,合理的疏浚清除污染物,对于生态系统的恢复和重建具有非常重要的作用。

2、人工增氧技术

人工增氧技术是基于城市河流水污染后缺氧的现象,人工的向水体中注入空气或氧气,从而加速水体复氧的进程,提高水体的溶解氧水平,恢复和提高在水中好氧微生物的活力,使河流水的污染物净化,从而改善河流的水质。河流氧气一般使用固定和移动站充氧平台两种形式。河道人工增氧技术的应用,能够使得水质不同时期达到消除黑臭、减少水体污染负荷、促进河流生态系统恢复的目的。

3、调水引流水质改善技术

贯穿城市的内河河网水系,因为控制结构的限制,使得河流水不能够连接到外部的水体,造成水处于静止的状态,当天气炎热的时候,溶解在水中的氧气浓度就会降低,容易导致水质变坏。通过改进水域水动力条件,提高水体污染物的稀释能力,增强局部水体的自净能力,许多城市在水资源利用和部署中,通过跨流域调水工程,解决空间分布不均的问题。

4、植物修复技术

对于河道河流自然恢复应采取生态化措施,主要是通过恢复河岸植被、恢复天然湿地,在河岸种植芦苇、浮萍、睡莲、水生植物和其他湿地植物,以提高水体的净化能力。种植水生植物的城市河流水,一方面能够通过植物的根系的吸收,从而降低和遏制富营养化趋势;另一方面通过种植水生植物,可以也起到美化水体环境,提高城市的景观的效果。

5、生物净化技术

生物净化技术是充分利用天然水体自净的功能,采用人工措施,创造更有利的环境有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,并培养出大量的微生物从而增强水体净化能力,以提高纳污水体氧化降解有机物能力的一种净化方法。目前国内外最常用的生物净化技术是曝气技术、生物膜技术与投菌技术。生物净化技术,其成本低,对环境的影响小,能够有效降解污染物,是水体污染处理的最佳选择之一。生物净化技术及产品的开发,特别是分解菌株的培养也将被筛选到河流水污染控制技术之中,是未来城市水污染防治和治理的发展趋势。将具有特殊分解能力的菌种添加到河边,能够将水体中有毒有害物质分解为无毒无害的物质,从而加速有毒物质的分解、转化,不仅可以提高河流的净化能力,而且也实现了河流的生态修复。生物产品的运用将成为人工增氧、底泥疏浚等现有防治技术的有益补充。

一、指导思想：

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung cancer. In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution. Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the action of protecting the environment. River Pollution

Chinese people are now face to a serious problem--pollution. And this problem is a little bit different from others--the goverment can not solve it by themselves. We need everyone to protect our environment. But we also know that it is very hard to call everyone to join us to protect the environment. But it seems that they have found the way to let everybody know it. In a report, Anhui Daily called on residents to help protect the river against pollution. I am so glad about it. presently, the world is faced with serious water problems. but these problems witt become more intense and more comple in the future. our increasing population witt tremendously increase urban waters, primarily sewage. on the other hand, increasing demands for water witt decrease substantially the amount of water available for diluting wastes.

rapidly epanding industries which involve more and more comple chemical processes will produce large volumes of liquid wastes. many of thesewitt contain chemicals that are poisonous. to feed our rapidly epanding population, agriculture will have to be intensified.

this will involve ever increasing quantities of agriculture chemicals. from this, it is apparent that drastic steps must be taken immediately to develop corrective measures for the pollution problems.

there are two ways by which these pollution problems can be lessened. the first relates to the treatment of wastes to decrease their pollution hazard. this involves the processing of solid wastes "prior to" disposal and the treatment of liquid wastes to permit the reuse to the water or best reduce pollution upon final disposal.

the second approach is to develop an economic use for all or part of the wastes. farm manure is spread in fields as a nutrient. wastes from sewage disposal plants are used in some areas both for irrigation and for the nutrients contained.

liquid wastes from other processing plants may also be used as a supplemental source of water. only by doing these promptly now can we epect to solve the serious water problems in the future.

Now in some places of our country， a number of people have been cutting down the trees in the forests because they need wood and more farmland. The areas of forests are getting smaller and smaller. Some scientists say that there will be no vast forests in 20 or 30 years. It is really a terrible thing. Where the forests disappear， dust storms will occur occasionally. The weather will get hot and dry. The whole earth will become a big desert. A lot of plants and animals will disappear.Crops will not grow anywhere. Life will be difficult for everyone. The human beings will be punished for their forest-destroying activities.

Therefore， we should realize the importance of taking care of our forests. We should do our best to protect our living environment and keep our mountains green，the water clean， and the sky blue.
