2、城市用水的依赖性强

城市由于用水量大、供水要求高，所以，单纯依靠城市区域的供给和开采往往难于满足城市发展的需要，因此，大众城市往往需要从城区周边或外地调水来满足城市的用水需要，“引滦入津”、“南水北调”就是这样的举措。

3、城市水环境脆弱

与区县减排工作挂钩，把COD削减量考核指标纳入到区县水环境治理目标体系中，明确各区县污水处理率、污水处理厂运行负荷率等量化指标。切实保障三个达标，即污水处理率必须达标、污水处理厂的运行负荷率必须达标、COD的减排必须达标。合理安排资金，对节能减排效果明显，有一定经济基础，技术条件成熟，符合国家和行业产业政策的项目优先考虑。

4、治本方针

突出截污治污。河道沿线村镇、企业密集，污染来源复杂。为此，河道治理将坚持“先截污、后清淤、先治理、后换水”的原则，周密排查河道沿线污染来源，大力实施清淤、截污、生态护坡、河岸绿化等措施，加强河道水体自净和生态修复功能;在突出截污治理的同时，各区县还将坚持污水处理厂、配套管网同步建设，大力提升现有污水处理厂运行负荷率，妥善解决污水出路，切实提高河道水环境质量。

市水务局于去年成立了河道水环境考核办公室，将清水工程已治理河道纳入考核范围，各区县按照属地管理原则在本辖区内建立水环境管理机构和相关管理机制，有效巩固水环境治理成果。此外，目前市政府已正式批准本市河道水环境实施“河长制”管理意见，即将公布全市主要河道“河长”名单，构建完善的河道水环境管理长效机制，为今后本市水环境由加强治理向强化管理转变打好基础。

生物净化技术是充分利用天然水体自净的功能,采用人工措施,创造更有利的环境有利于微生物的生长和繁殖,并培养出大量的微生物从而增强水体净化能力,以提高纳污水体氧化降解有机物能力的一种净化方法。目前国内外最常用的生物净化技术是曝气技术、生物膜技术与投菌技术。生物净化技术,其成本低,对环境的影响小,能够有效降解污染物,是水体污染处理的最佳选择之一。生物净化技术及产品的开发,特别是分解菌株的培养也将被筛选到河流水污染控制技术之中,是未来城市水污染防治和治理的发展趋势。将具有特殊分解能力的菌种添加到河边,能够将水体中有毒有害物质分解为无毒无害的物质,从而加速有毒物质的分解、转化,不仅可以提高河流的净化能力,而且也实现了河流的生态修复。生物产品的运用将成为人工增氧、底泥疏浚等现有防治技术的有益补充。

四、结束语

综上所述，我国的城市河流和湖泊污染情况是非常严重的,城市河流水有不同程度的富营养化问题。目前,在城市河流污染环境下,需要完善城市管线网络,并建设污水处理厂,具体的水污染防治技术措施有:底泥疏浚、人工增加氧气、引水排水水质改善、植物修复、湿地水净化技术等河流强化净化技术。能够应对不同的城市的污水状况,使得城市河流水污染的情况得到了有效的控制,促进城市河流的健康发展。

We cant live without water, but now the water was polluted.It is the biggest problem.It influences our daily life.So we should find a way to solve this problem.Water is important resources.In our daily life, we often leave the tap on after cleaning hands.Sometimes we often drop litter in the river.So the water was polluted by us.I think we could use a bottle of water two or three times.We have to turn off the tap after cleaning hands.

Lets try to form a good habit and save things around us.Lets do it from now on!

Water is very important to us.We cant live without water.But the drinking water is less and less.Because we waste a lot of water in our daily life.And some of us often throw rubbish into the rivers.So the rivers are polluted seriously.

as so many excellent students sat around me. I felt the great motivation to move

Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious all over the world. With the development of industry and agriculture, cars make great noises and give off poisonous gas. Finally, it was time to be busy for two months. So I got up early and quickly packed my things to school.

The long-awaited accommodation has begun. We had long wanted to get rid of our parents, and we were so excited about the dormitory that we started to be independent when our parents left. We can live the way we want to live without our parents long-winded lessons. But obviously, were all wrong.

Our fantasy dorm life is wonderful because we didnt think about doing things on our own. In the past, we didnt know much about the word independence. Teachers say junior high is where you learn to be independent. So now, we have to do everything ourselves, and we cant rely on anyone else.

In the first day or two, I was not very comfortable, because the people in the dormitory were very strange, and I couldnt find the topic of chatting at first. But I was glad that I soon joined the group and got along well with them. It was a great comfort to me because my mother said that if I didnt talk to you in the dorm, it would be very lonely and very hard.
