《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

With the development of the society, living standards continue to improve, we drink the tap water, use the TV set, refrigerator, heater, elevators, etc. But in life, we constantly in the waste of resources, clean water, watering the flowers in the water, washing water, waste every day. Water for us to be of much use, irrigate farmland water, building water, plants and trees need water, and peoples life water for industrial water, we cant live without water. However, as we waste water was contaminated. If we use wash bowl of water to water the flowers and clean the water to wash clothes, wash your hands when the water is boiling down a little, that how much we want to save water. Electricity, as usual, we open a lamp less per person a day, watch less TV for an hour, less a elevator, how much we want to save electricity. When we are standing on the street, smell the stench, walking in the street is full of garbage, look up at the sky gray, one after another car emissions both in the exhaust, and people in disorderly cut down trees? 随着社会的发展，生活水平不断提高，我们喝上了自来水，用上了电视机，冰箱，取暖器，电梯等。但生活中我们不断地在浪费资源：打扫卫生的水，浇花的水，洗衣服的水，每天都在浪费。水对于我们有多大的用处，浇灌农田要用水，修建房屋要用水，花草树木需要水，还有人们的生活用水工业用水等，没有水我们就无法生存。然而水在被我们浪费，被污染。如果我们用洗碗的水来浇花，洗衣服的水来打扫卫生，洗手时水开小一点，那我们要节约多少水。电也一样，我们每天每人少开一盏灯、少看一小时的电视，少座一次电梯，我们要节约多少电。当我们站在街上，闻到的是臭气，走在大街上到处是垃圾，抬头看天空灰蒙蒙一片，一辆接一辆的汽车都在排放着尾气，还有人在乱砍伐树木?注意观察，仔细想想，我们的环保意识实在太差了。

自然不可改良、生活可以选择 选择绿色生活、环境保护，人人有责。

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.

Today, I went to the grandmas home with my father and mother for the Dragon

Boat Festival. When we entered the door, grandma said, "today is Dragon Boat

Festival. Lets make dumplings." We promised. Grandma said, "bamboo leaves need

to be soaked for a while.

After a while, we began to pack the zongzi. Each of us picked up three

pieces of bamboo leaves, grabbed a handful of glutinous rice with our hands, put

them in the bamboo leaves, and put on some big red dates. And then wrap it into

a cone. Im glad to have a zongzi wrapped up. I said to grandma, "the dumplings

are so simple. Grandma said, "the real bag is not easy!" After finishing the

package, the dumplings were cooked.

Our whole family is very happy to eat sweet rice dumplings.

On the weekend I like to spend time in library. I like reading books. There

are many people in the library, but it is very quiet. Nobody talks in the room,

only the sound of page turning. I’m very interested in the space, so I read a

lot of books about space. Recently, I read the book Martian. It is about an

astronaut Mark left on the Mars alone, he did many things to keep himself alive.

After 549 solar days his crew mates came back to take him home. Mark is very

tough to survive in Mars, he is a big hero. In the library I can read so many

story and see the bigger world. I like library.
