一、指导思想

(三)渗透情感与学生建立良好的师生关系

情感具有迁移作用。亲其师，则信其道。学生对老师的情感能改善学生对所学学科的倾向性。只要师生建立起相互信赖的感情，学生对老师所提出的要求就容易接受。我们的教学活动能就比较顺利地开展。学困生并非自然固有。学困生渴求得到尊重与关心，信任与理解。教师只有用真诚的爱才能使他们感到温暖，消除自卑，树立信心，才能使他们自尊、自爱、奋发进取。我认为，对于学困生，只要我们真诚地给予关心和帮助，他们也会以爱和敬意来回报我们。他们是不会让老师失望的。

always hear my parents said when they retired, they could carry out all kinds of

their plans and enjoyed the life. In my opinion, when we are young , we shuold

enjoy our moment and chase our dream. It is a little to carry out the plans when

we are old. Youth is the advantages.

卢老师，我想对您说：“从前，我总以为干部好当，可是，从您上周去开会开始，我就不这么认为了。”

上周四，我在黑板上出小测题，虽说难了点儿，但是只要认真看书，都能会。我刚出完题，还在回座位的路上时，不知是谁先开始，大家都说：“你出的题，你肯定都会！不公平！”我没吱声，强忍着泪水回座位了。

还有一件事，上周五，体育张老师让想写作业的留在班里，我因为要判小测，也留在班里。张老师让我看纪律，我想都没想就答应了。可是，有些同学趁老师走了，便开始“大闹天空”，我实在管不了了，于是，把说话人的学号写在了纸上，告诉了老师。老师下课时把他们召集在一起，也没批评他们。但是老师走了，他们中好多人哭了，还说我：“不公平，你也说话了，就没记你自己！”我一边哭一边说：“我……还有许多人没记呢！”最后实在说不过他们，我只好和由冰宸一边哭，一边回班了。

卢老师，您说我该怎么办呀？我好纠结呀！
