The eyes are the window to the soul, is important way to obtain all kinds of knowledge. Around me, there have been more and more students take the "small glasses son", my eyesight also gradually decline, doctors diagnosed later pseudomyopia. 到底是什么让戴眼镜的人飞快增加呢?这个问题在我的脑海里不停地转悠。后来，我观察了很长的时间，也从网上查了资料，最终得出了结论。第一大原因：不用科学的方法去保护眼睛。有的同学长时间的看书、上网、看电视，使眼睛经常处于疲劳状态，并且不注意眼睛卫生。虽然我们学校要求同学们都要按时做眼保健操，但一部分同学还是不好好做，有的还躲在桌子底下。第二大原因：基因遗传。有的父母是近视眼，并遗传给了自己的孩子。不过这种情况好象不多，“小眼镜儿”往往是因为不爱惜眼睛造成的。

最后奉劝大家：我们一定要爱惜自己仅有的这一双眼睛，使我们的每一天都充满光明!

An Accident

One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!". I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling. I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank. the boy said he was trying to catch a fish near the river bank and carelessly fell into the water. My Friend-我的朋友

John is the most diligent student in our class. He is one of my friends. As a matter of fact, he gets along with his classmates. He might spend just five to ten minutes talking to you once in a long while, but he talks with enthusiasm and energy, and he likes to share his thinking and ideas with you. He is honest; he does not like to waste his time and energy. He never appears sleepy and tired in the classroom. He always hands in homework on time and also does well in his examinations, yet he has time practicing playing football and his violin skill. I admire him. I hope I can be as diligent as he is; John is persistent, attentive, and energetic.

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

I like holidays because I have enough time to relax. Last year, my

father and I went to Singapore by plane, there is a beautiful place, the four

seasons pleasant climate, there are many Chinese immigrants in Singapore, and

there are lots of Chinese food, like noodles, dumplings, rice, very delicious,

we shopping there, watching the scenery, and taste a lot of delicious food. It

was a very enjoyable
