regrouping

This semester, we should have a new face, so the teacher lets us change the new group and contact the new team members. When the teacher sends out the list, I cant: the three boys in our group are monsters, and the girls are a little unsatisfactory. Look at the other groups. Its the same expression. The group leaders brows were locked, and his eyes were disappointed. Looks like everyone has a problem! Hope the new team members will be more positive in the future!

Team members wave

One wave is not flat, and one rises after another. The teacher has a new assignment... Decorate the wall. My excitement has been brought up again, again can with a group of students to show their talents! I chose the wall early, and discussed the design plan with the team members. Why, how can each one be listless? No matter. No matter what, I told the team members what the teacher had told me. Let them think of a way. But what I heard was: "you can do these things yourself. Why should we plan any more?" Myself? Arent we a group? I said patiently, "in the future, we will be together in a group. We will work together to make our group well and learn to make our group the best in the class. Do you have an idea for this wall, I have an idea, so that you can work together more perfectly? I earnestly to speak, but team members is indifferent, my heart my heart.i have come up to the top, I tried, I think: Im not perfect, in a group, you should get along, united as one, so that we could improve the spirit of collaboration and unity will! I feel the group is lazy, I dont know what they think? Is it so hard to make a contribution to the group? Why should everyone pass the buck? Why cant all be united in one group? One of my enthusiasm was poured cold water with ice! Let me cool to the foot!

Reflection after going home

"When a good student is difficult, when a good leader is more difficult, it is even more difficult to be a good leader." I have realized the meaning of this sentence, or the old saying, reflect on yourself. Hope they can be positive later!

秋冬已过，同样逝去了一切快乐与烦恼的上学期。春节已过，留不下酸甜快乐的寒假。又是一个新学期，开学了……

重新分组

这个学期，更要有新的面貌，老师便让我们换新组，接触新组员。等老师发下名单来，我就焉了：我们组的三位男生都是搞怪大王，女生也有点不尽人意。再看看其他组，都是一样的表情。组长们的眉头都紧锁着，眼神中也都有些失望。看来，大家都有难题喽！希望以后新的组员更会积极向上！

组员风波

一波未平，一部又起。老师又安排了新的任务……装饰墙面。我的兴奋劲又提起来了，又可以与一组同学大展身手一番了！我早早的选好墙面，就与组员们讨论设计方案。咦，怎么一个个都无精打采的？不管了，先说吧！不管三七二十一，我把老师给我讲的内容一五一十的告诉了组员们，让他们想想办法。可我听到的是：“这些事你自己就能办了呀，何必我们再出谋划策？”我自己就可以？难道我们不是一个组的吗？我耐心的说：“以后大家同在一个组，咱们团结一心，把咱们的组搞好，把学习搞上去，让咱们的组成为班里最优秀的组。这次的墙面大家你一个点子，我一个点子，这样大家不就能齐心弄得更加完美了吗？”我苦口婆心地说着，可组员就是无动于衷，我的心里无名火已经上到嗓子眼了，我强忍着，我想：我也不是十全十美的，同在一个组，就应该好好相处，团结一心，这样才有可能提高大家的协作精神和团结的意志啊！我感觉到组员的懒惰，我不知他们是怎么想的？难道为小组做一点贡献就这么难吗？为什么都要推卸责任呢？为什么都在一组就不能团结一心呢？我的一片热心被当头浇了一盆带冰的冷水！让我从头凉至脚！

回家后的反思

“当一个好学生难，当一个好的组长更难，当一个好组长好学生更是难上加难！”我算深刻明白了这句话的含义，还是那句老话，也反思反思自己吧！希望他们以后能积极向上！

我的生日

My Birthday

My birthday is on##.My parents and friends celebrate it to me every year.On that day,we usually hold a small birthday party at home and invite my friends to come for a dinner.We chat,watch TV or play games together that we really enjoy ourselves.When we are playing,my parents prepare a delicious dinner.My friends and I like the dishes very much.Of course,I can get some gifts from parents and friends.I am very happy because they always know what I want and need.But,on the other hand,when the birthday comes, I am a year older,so that I must be more sensible and independent.Last but not the least, it’s also a time to show my appreciation to my parents.They work hard and do their best to bring me up.

我的生日是#月#号.我的父母和朋友每年都为我庆祝.那天,我们通常在家举行小聚会,邀请朋友到家里吃晚饭.我们聊天,看电视或者一起玩游戏,大家玩得很开心.当我们玩的时候,我父母给我们准备了可口的晚餐.我和朋友都很喜欢那些菜.

当然,我也从父母和朋友那里得到了礼物.我很高兴,因为他们总是知道我想要和需要什么.但是,另一方面,每当生日到来的时候,我又长了一岁,因此我必须更敏感,更独立.最后但也同样重要的一点是,这也是我向父母表达感激的时候.他们努力工作,尽他们最大的努力抚养我.

This is the first diary I’m writing in the youth summer camp.

Everything is new to me, new class, new teachers and new classmates. My

classmates are all good students and they can speak English well. I think I can

learn a lot from them, and I can make friends with them.

The teacher from china is full of emotion when giving a class. And her

class is very interesting. To my surprise our foreign teacher can speak chinese

very well, but in my opinion, her class is a little boring. She should have made

the class more active.

Compared to my school, Zhejiang University seems so big that it takes us a

few minutes to commute between the classroom and cafeteria.

I wish myself good luck and have a good holiday here!

这是我在青年夏令营写的第一篇日记。

一切对我来说都是新鲜的，新的班级，新的老师和新的同学。我的同学都是好学生，他们英语讲得很好。我想我可以从他们身上学到很多，我可以和他们交朋友。

这位来自中国的老师讲课时感慨万千。她的课很有趣。令我惊讶的是，我们的外教汉语讲得很好，但在我看来，她的课有点无聊。她本该让全班更活跃。

与我的学校相比，浙江大学似乎太大了，我们从教室到食堂之间要花上几分钟的时间。

祝自己好运，在这里度过一个愉快的假期!

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

严重的水灾

长江是中国最长的河流。它对我们中国人十分重要。但现在长江给我们带来了严重的水灾。

许多村庄被洪水冲毁于。洪水使成千上万的人失去了家园，亲戚和朋友。许多孩子不能与平常——样去学校了。现在洪水引起了全球的注意。国外的人也给予了援助。在中国，上百万的战士忙于与洪水搏斗。他们努力工作，许多人在救村民时献出了自己的生命。

尽管我们不能帮助他们抗洪，但我们可以帮他们重建家园。我们可以捐出零花钱和衣服。我相信在不久的将来大多数人会回到家乡。

随着科技的高速发展，人类对资源的需求越来越多，致使南极北极冰雪融化的速度加快、海平面日渐上升、南极出现臭氧空洞、北京的沙尘暴、雾霾天气不断增加、日本大地震后造成的核泄漏污染……

当我们在享受美好生活的同时，是否想到保护环境的重要性呢?

那么，请同学们关注一下我们的校园，看!操场上、校门口、楼梯过道上漫天飞舞的纸屑、食品袋、饮料瓶;瞧，雪白的墙壁上那些张牙舞爪的涂鸦……这些都是和我们校园文明不和谐的一幕啊!

同学们，如果我们大家都行动起来，争当环保的主人翁，不乱扔纸屑、果皮，不乱涂乱画，随手捡起地上的纸屑垃圾，爱护环境，把我们的校园装扮的漂漂亮亮。当我们在绿树成荫的校园小道上漫步时，一定会感到心旷神怡;当我们在窗明几净的教室里读书时，一定会全神贯注;当我们在整洁优雅的环境中学习时，一定会心情舒畅。

优美的环境，让我们懂得珍惜，学会爱护;优美的环境，让我们知书达理，更加文明;优美的环境，让我们学会谦让，学会做人;优美的环境，让我们道德高尚，使我们的学习更加进步!

Novak Djokovic is one of the top tennis players in the world. He has won

many grand slams, which is the greatest honor for a player, but there is only

one grand slam he hadn’t achieved—the French Open. In the last three years, he

was so close to the champion, but was defeated by the final winner. In order to

fulfill career Grand Slam, he practised so hard and never felt depressed. This

year, he came to the final match again, everybody wanted him to win the match,

for they knew how important the champion was to him. At the first game, he felt

a little nervous and lost, but in the second and third game, he found his pace

and controlled the match. At last, he beat his rival and finally fulfilled his

career Grand Slam. The dream was not easy to realized but insistance helps him

wins.
