那是一张极其平凡的照片。照片上一个女子抱着一个胖胖的娃娃，眼中满是宠爱，我看出来了，那是作为母亲独有的爱怜目光。而坐在旁边一个满眼都是幸福的男子正微笑的注视着这对母子，那微笑中饱含着太多难以言尽的爱。温暖的晨曦轻轻的斜射在这一家三口上，使得这个场面更加温馨。正是这照片中流露出的爱与温馨气息，使这张平平无奇的照片此时却像是渡上了一层金色的光芒，是那样伟大，那样耀眼。这张照片正是我小时候和父母的合照，原来，爸爸妈妈年轻时真是郎才女貌啊！我不禁感叹道。只是，岁月无情。这十几年来，父母为了我四处奔波，昔日的青春早已不复存在，取而代之的是脸上都已添刻了许多“生”的辛苦的条纹。

往日父母关心我的镜头在脑海中如幻灯片似的循环播放，那些以前自己觉得啰嗦的话语，现在听来却是如此的温暖。虽说现在已是初冬，天气微寒，可我身体里却似乎在流动着一股巨大的暖流，温暖着我的全身，直渗心田。

继续翻动着那本厚厚的相册，那些我成长的点滴，此刻全部展现在眼前。爸爸妈妈为我的每个成长阶段留下了不少印记，此时，我也更是能够体会他们的良苦用心。

我们人类一定要节约用水因为水是我们生活在这地球上的每一个人，每一只动物，每一根植物的生存的基础生命的之源。水是地球上最普通，最常见的物质之一，不仅江河湖海中含有水，各种生物体也有含水。哪么这里说的水污染问题是谁造成的呢?这是一个很简单的问题，也许每一个人都知道的问题之一。

这里的水污染问题的来源是;一些工厂，人类。如果人类不断地把废物扔进大海，河流乱扔垃圾的话只不仅仅污染水，污染环境还要伤害我们自己了所以为了自己的健康保护环境。

生命的孕育和维系需要水;人类的日常生活和工农业生产离不开水发电利用的是水。生活的各个方面都用水甚至生物体内都含水地球上的生物种类千万差别，但有一个共同特点;体内总之量之比一般都在百分之六十以上。

接下来我们来说一下;成年人，水母，藻类，鱼类香蕉，生菜等物质人体内水的质量吧!成年人内的水质量65和70左右哪么我们来说一下生物体内的吧?水母，藻类的水质量百分之九十以上。鱼类的从百分之七十九到八十左右，香蕉蔬菜百分之九十以上。上面这些数据表明生活在这地球上的每一个生物体内都含着水一定的水质量。

水是一切生命体生存所必须的物质人类和社会经济的可持续发展，我们必须爱护水资源，一方面要节约用水，另一方面要防治水体污染。哪么水体污染的危害是什么?水体污染不仅仅影响工农业，渔业生产，破坏水生生态系统，更重要的还会直接危害人体健康。因此对这些问题必须采取各种措施，预防和治理水污染，保护和改善水质。如工业上通过应用新技术，!合理使用化肥和农药。生活污水也应逐步实现集中处理和排放。

哪么节约用水的方法有哪些呢?农业和园林可以改大水漫灌为喷灌，滴灌分别可以节水百分之四十和百分之七十以上。那么在家怎样节约用水呢?节约用水的方法有哪些呢?在家可以一水多用，一水多用指的是什么呢?是指比如说;淘米的水可以洗菜，洗菜的水可以洗拖把，洗拖把的水可以冲便池这些就指一水多用。

虽然这时的早点已经凉了，但是那一份热气腾腾的"早点"却在我心里留下永恒。在阳光的辉映下，那向日葵依然变得更加充满生机，活力四射。

没有了诚信就像花儿没有了雨露的滋润；就像汽车没有了方向盘，一切将会变得迷迷茫茫，无所适从。最宝贵的不是财富，而是做人的诚实守信。

最近这段时间，低碳成为了我们热议的话题。因为近期世界气候以及地质环境变化的剧烈频繁，使我们的心里充满了恐惧。就象书上所说的，如果我们继续不加节制地开采那些无法再生的资源，那么终究有一天，地球会变得无法让人类居住。那样子的话，最终我们害的还是自己。虽然现在污染已经很严重了，但是也不算太晚。现在就开始保护环境的话，也会给人类带来不少的好处。

我还记得我们去年做过一次垃圾分类的研究报告。我们很仔细的做了准备，准备好了相机，并走访了社区。但是调查出来的数据却让我们大吃一惊。一个社区每个月所要处理的垃圾，数量巨大，需要耗费不少的人力、物力和财力。这还只是一个社区的数量。杭州有那么多的社区，如果叠加在一起的话，杭州会制造出大量的垃圾。而且我们也知道，垃圾的处理过程是非常的繁杂，所以，减少垃圾是从最根源处减少垃圾的污染。

塑料袋是从去年的六月一日开始全面禁止免费发放。去超市只能自带环保袋，或者购买塑料袋。虽然带来了许许多多的不方便，但也是卓有成效的。可以看到，那些不容易降解的塑料袋在人们的手上渐渐消失，随之取代的是美观实用的布制、纸制环保袋。看着也十分的舒服，无疑是一道靓丽的风景线。而且最重要的是，真正起到了环保的作用。

我们做了环保车和低碳生活卡，还看了《后天》，看着电影里那些因为环境污染造成的灾难，我们对于环保的意识也是越来越强烈。科学老师给我们放《后天》的时候，我们一方面为巨大灾难所震撼着，另一方面也感到了恐惧，感到不敢去设想——“如果”这一切变成了现实，那么我们该怎么办。我真有担心过，地球被毁灭的话，我们是不是要移居到别的星球?现在的趋势十分的危险。如果再不加强这方面的意识，等到真的来临了，世界面临毁灭，人类就没有回头的机会了。

所以，我认为我们从现在就应该开始低碳生活。不用去做什么轰轰烈烈的事情，只要从身边的小事情做起。比如我们每天会喝掉很多的牛奶，剩下的牛奶盒我们就可以累积起来。平时倒垃圾我们也要做到自觉分类，这样就可以增加回收率。各种各样的方法我们都可以尝试，让我们做到真正的低碳生活，让地球能够恢复她本来的美丽，让污染离我们远去。

爱滋病，一个依然挑战人类的可怕病魔，令多少人望而却步。然而2005年除夕之夜，世界再次将它聚焦。我们敬爱的温家宝总理顶着风雪、冒着严寒来到了河南爱滋病村，与爱滋病人共度除夕，使倍受病魔摧残的人们感受到了人间的春风，让干枯的心田又升起了绿色的希望。

如果说温家宝总理的爱滋病村之行，感动了每一位中国人的话，那麽金温铁路上那惊心动魄的一幕，更深深地震撼了每一位中国人的心。河南打工者李学生在两个小孩就要被火车撞着的危急时刻，不顾一切地扑了上去，用宝贵的生命将死神从孩子身边赶走，李学生——这位农民的好儿子，一个普通的打工者，一位平凡的河南青年，用自己短暂而年轻的生命谱写了一曲让世人为之敬仰的绚丽诗章。

人间真情无处不在。湖北神农架的一个偏僻小山村，因为一个人的到来而变得生机勃勃。大学生白亚丽毅然暂停学业，放弃舒适的生活，用自己的爱心行动，使这里的人们感受到了科学知识的力量，因为她的爱心奉献，使这里的人们用科学取代了愚昧，致富驱走了贫穷。

这一位位让我们充满敬意的人，是什麽力量让他们无私的奉献爱心甚至生命？他们奉献爱心又是为了什麽？也许有人不能理解，但是，试想一下，如果生命中少了他们这样的人，世界将是怎样？“送人玫瑰，手留余香。”我信奉这个格言，关爱他人，也是快乐自己，人间因为爱而充满阳光，人们因为爱而幸福快乐，奉献爱心的人，人们也会将他们铭记在心中。我想，作为一个在爱心哺育下成长的少年，我要像温家宝爷爷、李学生叔叔、白亚丽姐姐学习，从小做起，从每一件小事做起，处处关爱他人，将爱心与真情无限地复制下去，让人间洒满爱的阳光，让爱的鲜花开遍世界每个角落！
