姥姥一边在每个汤圆上扎小孔一边说：“因为汤圆放到油锅里受热会膨胀，如果不扎小孔让汤圆里面的热空气排出来，汤圆会很容易在油锅里爆炸，就会溅到人的脸上，手上，很危险的。扎了小孔，汤圆受热膨胀，热气会从小孔排出去，炸汤圆的人就会避免受伤了!”太有意思啦，姥姥咱们快炸汤圆吃吧!”我已经迫不及待地想要吃炸汤圆了。

姥姥系好围裙，往平底锅里倒上油，打开火，等油烧热了把汤圆一个一个放进锅里，不一会汤圆就开始变大，变成金黄色，果然没有一个炸开的，香味弥漫了整个厨房，我的口水都要流出来了。

姥姥将炸好的汤圆捞出来盛到盘子里，叮嘱我说：“汤圆虽然好吃，但是不能多吃，因为吃多了不容易消化，还有得等汤圆凉一下再吃，因为刚出锅的太烫了，会烫伤你的小嘴巴的!”我忍不住夹了一个放到嘴巴里，炸汤圆真是太好吃了，比煮的汤圆还酥脆香甜呢!

炸汤圆之前还要在汤圆上扎小孔防止汤圆在锅里爆炸，这还真是一件新鲜事啊!

我每天早上8点半起床，吃完早餐后开始读英语课文、认读单词、记句子，看课外书，至少在寒假里要看4本课外书。然后我开始做数学：3页口算，数学本来没有作业的，还是做一做比较好。我上午就干这些事情了!

中午，就是我看电视的时间了，我看的是非常搞笑的“海绵宝宝”。搞笑的动画片看完了，就该在床上舒舒服服的睡午觉了。

另外，妈妈准备1月29日带我去电影院看“喜羊羊与灰太狼之虎虎生威”这部电影。1月31号，我就要爵士鼓考级了，一定要考过呀!爸爸妈妈还打算2月7日带我去远近闻名的、美丽的台湾宝岛去旅行，我非常期盼这一天的到来，因为我是多么想去台湾的日月潭游玩啊!

这天阳光明媚，我和妈妈便来到这西安著名的美食文化街区——回民街。回民街的街区由北广济街、北院门、西羊市、大皮院、化觉巷、洒金桥等数条街道组成。街道两旁大量的美食店铺，有近300多种特色小吃，每样都让人垂涎三尺，欲罢不能。我和妈妈是从北广济街进去拐到西羊市，再转到大皮院，最后再拐到北院门街。现在就让我由南向北开始陕西特色美食之旅吧。

首先来到北广济街南口的“文吉锅贴馆”，这儿的口啤一直很好，一大早好多坊上附近的人都来他家排队吃锅贴，他家在做锅贴时特别讲究要求，每个锅贴皮都擀的薄如纸，馅料更是讲究牛肉配韭黄，包好锅贴个个都像江边飘荡的竹筏，放在大大的平底锅中慢慢地煎等两面都煎成金黄色就可出锅了，轻轻咬一口外酥里嫩特别好吃。

沿着大皮院向东走有家“小贾八宝粥店”听店主说：“八宝粥一词源于中国南宋文人周密撰《武林旧事》说：”用胡桃、松子、乳覃、柿、栗之类作粥，谓之腊八粥。“这家的粥味香香甜甜，糯糯稠稠的，里面加了好多食材，大枣、山楂、百合、莲子、长寿果、葡萄干、花生碎、瓜子仁、杏仁，不但营养丰富吃起来还有一股淡淡的玫瑰香味。

继续向东就来到陕西吃货介绍的彦斌元宵店。这里的元宵纯手工制作，种类有芝麻的、玫瑰的、五仁水果的，各种馅料都切成小方块，他们会根据顾客的需求现场制作，只见他们将切好的馅料倒在圆形的筛子里撒上白白的糯米面粉，不停滚动不一会就滚成一个个圆圆的大元宵。无论你是吃现煮的、还是炸的都有，圆圆的汤圆轻轻咬一口，甜甜的馅便流出来特别好吃。

走到这里我已经吃的很饱了，可回民街却只逛了一小半。妈妈又买了一杯”酸梅汤“递给我说：”喝了消消食“。说起这酸梅汤在回民街也算是一道特色美食饮品，它颜色黑紫、口味酸甜很好喝。再往前走还有很多有名小吃如： 定家小酥肉、刘纪孝腊牛肉、老米家泡馍 老铁家胡辣汤 东南亚甑糕、红红酸菜炒米、等，虽然还有这么多好吃的而我只能过过眼瘾了。我们边走边看，还不时地去询问当地一些美食的做法和典故。

通过这次美食体验，不仅让我过了足嘴瘾而且更加深了对回民街历史的了解。心想今后我要多出去走走看看，用自己的双眼去观察和发现我们古城西安的美，并用自己的语言和行动去传播这种美，让全世界都能感受到我们古城西安魅力不仅是食美、城美、这里的人更美。

说起大年三十这一天，我早早地起了床，直奔奶奶家，因为我要去贴春联，这种“重大事情”怎能少得了我呢?

我跨进家门，奶奶正在调制糨糊呢。准备工作就绪了，我便一迅雷不及掩耳之势，伸出“鸡爪”，拿起对联，取出一张，用刷子蘸上粘稠的糨糊，跑到大门前，往门上一贴，接着又贴上另一张。看着自己的“杰作”，我不禁仰天大笑：“我真是天才!哈哈哈!”“天上的蠢才!”突然一个脑瓜崩无情地敲在我的头上。原来是姐姐，她指着这副对联说：“糨糊抹得不均匀，你看有的地方都挤出来了，而且上下联反了!”“反了?可这上下联该怎样分呀?”我一脸疑惑。姐姐装出一副老先生的样子，说：“这个嘛，我来告诉你。古人对对子讲究‘平’和‘仄’，‘平’就是现在的第一声和第二声，‘仄’就是第三声和第四声，一般上联的最后一个字是‘仄’声，下联的最后一个字是‘平’声。”哦，原来“国有国法，家有家规”，贴春联也有规则呀!我竟把上联“福门吉祥千财旺 ”和下联“家顺人和万事兴”这哥儿俩弄错了位置，变成了“左上右下”啦!唉，我这糊涂虫真是丢人丢到家了!

接下来，我在姐姐的指导下又一次“再创辉煌”!我小心翼翼地拿起沾满糨糊的刷子，从上到下，不紧不慢地均匀地涂在对联反面，由于动作不娴熟，小手上也沾满了乳白色的糨糊，变成了花猫爪，然后我笨手笨脚地将上联“绿柳舒眉辞旧岁”贴在右边，用手轻轻抹平，把挤出的糨糊擦去。嘿，上联大功告成了!按照这样的方法，又将下联“红桃开口贺新年”安家落户。哇!看着自己的劳动成果，我好有成就感呀!

“哦!我点燃了!点燃了!”我欢呼雀跃。这是怎么回事呢?原来大年三十这一天晚上，一向胆小的我，看着姐妹们放烟火，手心痒痒的，可却不敢放。姐姐仿佛有火眼金睛，看透了我的心思，笑着递给我一根：“别怕，放呀!”我接过一根烟火棒，可心中还是止不住地害怕，一个劲儿地伸长胳膊，用大拇指和食指捏紧烟火棒的“小尾巴”。虽然烟火棒的头离我的身体已经很远了，但我一想到那火花四溅的情景，拿着烟火棒的手还是不由自主地微微颤抖着。姐姐看到我胆小如鼠的样子，鼓励我说：“不要害怕，不会烫着的，试一试!”我壮起胆子，打着打火机，缩着脖子，把打火机慢慢地靠近烟火棒。近了，近了，火心刚触到烟火棒的头，我就立即松开手，生怕火星溅到我手上。唉，失败!!第二次，我鼓足勇气，又一次将打火机靠近烟火棒。“滋——”烟火棒着了!我迅速缩回手，五颜六色的小火星像天女散花般四处飞溅。此时，喜悦彻底战胜了内心的恐惧，我把手中的烟火棒一个劲儿地在半空中划出一个个美丽的弧线。我快乐地跳着，喊着。姐姐伸出大拇指，说：“Very good!”

我们在朦胧的夜色中，尽情地挥舞着五光十色的烟火棒，那美妙绝伦的焰火，仿佛在向人们展示它所有的风采，成为夜色中一道亮丽的风景线。

今年我们是回大伯家过的节，哥哥嫂嫂都慷慨解囊，购置了一大堆鞭炮放在屋角，我们小孩见了，总不忘翻翻看看，摸上几下，一会儿这好，一会儿那好，议论纷纷，离过年还有一些天的时候，各自的鞭炮分配便列出了帐单。

可我们还能忍的住诱惑，不至于大叫大嚷，我们极力在大人面前作出急不可待的样子，好让他们心动，带我们飙一回，可这些大人们就像故意逗我们玩似的，视而不见。

但也没人敢当面提出，那样就免不了一顿数落，于是我们铁了心，专拣那些小玩意，不易察觉的小盒炮，藏在布袋里，跑远远的去偷放，我们都珍惜着呢!谁都把10几根擦炮藏在最隐蔽的布袋里，互相不停得说：“先放你的，你的多。”“我已经没有了，不信你搜身。”

“说话算话，搜出来给我。”“那可不行。”“那就放你的。”“猜拳谁输放谁的”每一根炮都免不了这样叽叽喳喳的争论，争得烦了，也就各自拿各自的，自己到一边放去了。从布袋里小心翼翼的摸出一根，再往地上瞅半天，生怕不小心带出来掉在地上。确认没有以后，便拿出擦盒，猛擦几下，擦跑一头刺出了火焰，一甩手，人的远远的，然后捂住耳朵，目不转睛的顶着那一股冒烟的炮，只待啪的一声，便高兴的直跳，过了一会儿，在地上炸腻了，便四处找水，想在水里见识见识炮的威力，好不容易找到一处小水坑，“这是我找到的，你们别抢”。

“不是你，是我”这时又免不了一番讲理，接着，不知谁喊了一声，“点火了。”人便都往后退，待说话人点上火，扔进去，索性连耳朵都不捂了，啪一声，水溅得老高，这边便又大叫起来，可这在水里放炮不像在陆地上放那样容易，这是需要经验的。我曾仔细看那有经验的放炮，只见他擦燃后，并不直接就扔，而要燃烧半秒再扔进水里，这样便会屡扔屡炸，不然便会在水中熄灭，那样就会大大的浪费鞭炮，这可不是我们愿意的。

这样游戏过几天后，便到了大年初一，那时，那些打得新奇玩意儿就要出场了，我们那时的兴致更高，到时候，千家万户都出来放炮，那阵势，简直跟战场没有两样，我们穿梭在中间仔细寻找没有炸的剩余，那是非常幸运才能找得到的，但我们仍不放弃那0.001%的希望。

待到大年初二，鞭炮声忽的全停了，那么整齐，那么不约而同，偶尔有一两声零碎地响，又更加让人感到寂静，空虚，大年初一这么快就过完了，是的，确实过完了，就那么一瞬，我们的工作，便只有等待，等待下一个遥遥无期的春节。

今天是1月30日，我因为闲得无聊，便随手拿起一本书看了起来。当我看到书中有一篇文章《巧分生、熟鸡蛋》时，不禁疑惑起来，咦？书中说只要随便地把鸡蛋转几下，就能辨别鸡蛋的生、熟，真是这样吗？我不由地想试一试。

说做就做。于是，我找来鸡蛋，取出两个，放进锅里就开始煮了。不一会儿，鸡蛋就煮熟了。我就把煮好的两个鸡蛋往放生鸡蛋的米箩里一放，看了又看，我实在看不出生、熟鸡蛋有何区别。我想，除非有老孙的火眼金睛，否则谁也看不出来。接着，我就照着书上说的，随意地拿起一个鸡蛋，在饭桌上旋了起来，这个鸡蛋真没有用，只转了几下就倒了下去。书上说这样的应该是生鸡蛋，于是我就把刚才转的那个放在生鸡蛋的队伍里。可是，哪两个是我刚才煮熟的呢？放进去的时候我还记得，一转眼，我都搞不清楚了。我只好把米箩里的鸡蛋挨个拿出，转了一个，还是很快就倒了，这是生的。我一连转了三个都是生的，这时我有点心虚了，如果找不出那两个熟的，可能要挨骂了。没有办法，事情已到了这地步，只好硬着头皮干下去。于是我又拿了一个，开始转起来，没想到，这个鸡蛋挺听话，连续转了八、九圈才倒下，看样子，这个就是熟鸡蛋。就这样，我把米箩里的所有的鸡蛋都转了一遍，终于把那两个熟鸡蛋找了出来。然后，我就随意找一个熟的，小心地敲破（真怕判断失误），一看白色的固体蛋白呈现在我面前，哈哈，真是熟的。于是我把另一个熟鸡蛋也剥开了，结果一样。我兴奋极了，把两个鸡蛋津津有味地给吃了。

兴奋劲过后我又思考起来，为什么鸡蛋随便一转就可以辨别生、熟呢？这到底是怎么一回事？这一连串的问题不断地在我大脑中浮现，好奇心促使我再次打开了书。原来熟鸡蛋的内部因为加热温度升高，所以凝固了，它的重心就下移，所以旋转起来就不容易倒下；而生鸡蛋的内部是液体，在旋转过程中，蛋清四处乱撞，重心不稳，所以很快就倒了。

这个有趣的实验使我明白了一个道理：知识总在生活中。我们只要处处用心，就有收获。

寒假里我们雏鹰假日小队组织了一次活动，地点是上海科技馆。我们整整参观了一天，令我印象非常深刻。

一大早，我就出发，前往集合点。上午9点，我们准时到达上海科技馆。上海科技馆是上海市政府投资兴建的重大公益性社会文化项目，面积 9.8万平方米，是一座由12个主题展区，4大科技影院，6大媒体剧场，2个艺术浮雕长廊和1个蜘蛛展馆共同构筑起来的现代化科技乐园。

我们参观了智慧之光、儿童科技园、机器人世界、视听乐园等展馆。最令我印象深刻的是电磁炮。这种炮不需要用火箭，真是太神奇了!玩法是：把一个小银球放进洞里，瞄准墙上的红色区域，按动按扭就可以发射了，但是按动按扭的力道跟炮弹的力量有关联。我和小队的同学说：“我们一人三发，看谁射的准，射中的次数最多，怎么样?”“好啊。”大家异口同声地说。我头两发都里目标差一点。最后一发了，我的心“扑通扑通”地跳着，我瞄准目标，用力按下按扭，“砰”一声，炮弹发射了出去。“耶!”我欢呼着，我打中了!旁边的管理员姐姐也鼓起掌来。我还不是最强的，一位同学更牛，他竟然连中三发!时间过得真快，太阳已西斜，我们就依依不舍地回家了。

上海科技馆以“人，自然，科技”为主题，以寓教于乐的方式，让我们在赏心悦目的互动体验中，接受现代科学、技术和艺术的熏陶。我爱上海科技馆!

寒假过得真快，一转眼还有一周左右就要开学了。这个寒假我过非常快乐，去奶奶家过年，爬山，看电影，看花灯，与同学聚会……让我觉得最开心最有趣的还是去滑雪。

滑雪那天，阳光灿烂，照得人暖暖的，正是适合滑雪的好天气。我们来到大厅，换上雪鞋，那笨重的雪鞋让我走起路来都有点困难，再穿上雪板，天呐!我怎么觉得我随时都要摔倒一样。我在妈妈的搀扶下，就像刚学走路的孩子一样，小心翼翼的挪动着步子，刚进雪场，看到好多人都已经在滑了，白茫茫的雪被阳光照得分外刺眼，我赶紧带上滑雪镜，有点跃跃欲试，同去的姐姐给我讲了讲动作要领就迫不及待的去滑雪了。我站在原地默念着滑雪的动作要领“停下是内八字，稳住身子要半蹲……”，重复了好几遍我才在妈妈的照看下，慢慢的一步一步的往前滑，生怕摔倒，妈妈说：“你别怕别紧张，稳住，摔倒也是正常的。”第一圈在妈妈的看护下有惊无险的完成，我觉得也没那么害怕那么紧张了，而且觉得很有意思，走上传送带开始第二圈。这次慢慢的找到感觉，妈妈也只是在一边看着我，不再扶着了，我很小心的滑了下去，当我安全到达时，才发现妈妈被我甩在了后面，这次的顺利让我信心大增，让妈妈不必再跟着，自己来到雪坡上，用雪杖助力，飞快的朝着坡下滑去，眼看着马上到底了，我得意极了，心想：我太厉害了，不用妈妈扶着也滑的很好啦!正在我得意地时候，看到前面有人，我赶紧做出内八的动作想停下，可是由于太匆忙了，两块雪板的后面碰在了一起，我悲惨的摔倒在雪地上，想自己起来，可是起了好几次都因为脚上的雪板太滑，根本起不来，还是妈妈过来把我扶起来。我重拾信心，又开始了新一轮的练习，虽然后面又摔了几次，但是我一点都没气馁，一遍遍的练习，让我滑的越来越好。当时间到点时，我才恋恋不舍得脱下雪板，心里对自己说：等明年再来时，一定要挑战一下中级道。
