我们在除夕那一晚，来到外婆家，在客厅坐了一下，我得舅舅也在那，收了几封利市，舅舅得孩子便吵着要放鞭炮。刚好我们也买了些炮过来。妈妈对我说“你上去跟他们一起放，看好他们。”我兴奋地说：“好啊！”其实我比他们还要高兴。

我们飞快地走了上了天台，迫不及待得撕开了装鞭炮得胶袋，不过我看到鞭炮得种类也真不少：冲天炮、轰炸机、地老鼠、降落伞。最常见得火柴炮和沙炮也有，烟花也有不少。

我先让他们点几枝香过来，免得到时用火机时烧到手。一切准备就绪以后，我们便可以开始放了。“先放什么好呢？”我正在沉思。突然，我妹妹对我说：“先放‘降落伞’吧。我还没看过呢！”其他孩子也表示赞成。“好！”我装着一副“孩子王”得样子说。

接着我把“降落伞”放在平地上，点燃了导火索，便走到一边去。只见“降落伞”“吁”得一声就飞到了天空中，就是“啪”得爆了，最有趣得来了：一个玩具小人拿着降落伞从天而降。就好像是日本人来侵略中国得战斗机爆炸了，大家看到这个情形都高兴得连拍手掌。

跟着放“地老鼠”吧！我把香递给妹妹，让她来放。只见她把炮放在空地上，小心翼翼地点燃了以后，便走得远远得。“地老鼠”马上开始分散，到处乱窜，还闪着不同颜色得火光，可一会儿便熄灭了。我不禁感慨：它得“生命”虽然很短，但它也对人们做出了贡献，给人们带来了快乐！

正在我思考得时候，妈妈上来了，高兴地说：“大家一起放烟花吧！”“好啊！”很明显他们以耐不住性子了。就这样，在黑夜中，他们拿着各自得烟花，在欢快地走着、跳着。我不禁笑了起来！

每天，只要家人把水用完，我和弟弟不管在做什么，都先放下，提着水罐去装水。我们绕过家家户户、走田埂、一路小跑着来到山脚下的一个储泉眼的池时，已是气喘吁吁，上气不接下气。泉眼已经给村民围了起来，看着清澈的泉水，顿时有一种想捧起来一掬开一饮而尽的感觉。泉水是从山上的泉眼冒出来的，被人们发现以后，用管子接下来，然后用一个非常大的缸安地面上来接水，避免泉水浪费，上面还盖了盖，防止赃物掉进泉缸，污染了泉水的清澈。山泉就是这样一滴一滴地储存下来。由于泉眼很小，所以它滴下来的时候是一滴一滴非常慢。真所谓“水滴石穿、物稀为贵”。当滴满一大缸时，打开盖，你可以看到清澈无比的水就像一面镜子一样，仿佛品尝到了水的甘甜，顿时，心旷神怡。

我们提了七八个大大小小的水罐，有的罐子口很小，需要用漏斗才能把水灌进去。于是我和弟弟分工合作。我小心翼翼地用勺子从缸里打水，他负责把住漏斗对准水灌的口，然后，我小心的把水通过漏斗灌倒水瓶里。因为水非常的珍贵，我和弟弟十分配合，尽量不浪费一滴水，老师常说水资源是非常宝贵的，虽然是山泉，但我还是不舍的浪费。一个百事可乐大瓶装大概需要两勺的水，一分钟就搞定。这样计算下来，十五分钟就可以把所有的瓶子灌满。我和弟弟在配合打水的时候，说说笑笑，很快就把所有水瓶灌满了，我们就这样满载而归。在回来的一路上，我们虽然提着沉重的水瓶，但是踏着轻快的脚步，一步一步的走回家。虽然我们年纪小，可是，我们也是家里的一份子，帮忙做家务也是非常开心的一件事情。

我抽到了“揉面”，父亲抽到了“擀面”，母亲抽到了“包馅”。接到任务后我立刻行动起来。我先把面粉倒进盆里，边倒水边搅拌，然后我不断的揉、挤、压，最后把它揉成面团，交给父亲擀面。我帮助母亲一起包饺子。我把面皮摊开在我的手心上，然后把馅子放到面皮上，再把面皮两边合拢，把边缘捏紧，这样一个饺子就包好了。但是我发现我包的饺子不如母亲包的好看。我包的饺子老是“睡觉”，躺在母亲包的饺子上，像是懒惰的人躺在沙发上舒服地睡觉。母亲说：“别灰心，你只要有耐心、用心就一定会包好的。”于是我又包了一个，可这次馅太多了饺子合不上嘴了。但是我并没有气馁，继续学着包。我按照母亲说的方法去做，最后我包出了一个个站直的饺子，像一排排等待着检阅的士兵，真神气！我特别开心，因为我学会了包饺子。

这次包饺子让我明白了一个道理：世上无难事，只怕有心人。无论遇到什么困难，都要坚持下去，你就会不断成功。

在新年来临之际，包饺子莫过于中国最传统习俗了。但对我这南方孩子而言，新年的饺子甚至能与那些燕窝鲍鱼相媲美。今天可是喜庆的大年初一，我也终于能如愿以偿，不仅能尝到美味的饺子，还能亲自过一把包饺子的瘾儿。

我们一家子五口正在厨房里热热闹闹地准备饺子的原料：新鲜的肉末、绿油油的韭菜末、糯软的粉丝、片儿薄的皮子，还有盐、味精等调料。这些原料经过了爷爷的烹炒、加工，终于摇身一变成为一盆香味四溢的肉馅。

接着，待我向奶奶“拜师学艺”后，就轻松地包起了饺子：我先操起一张雪白的皮子摊在手掌上，用筷子夹了些肉馅放在皮子中央；接着再将皮子的边儿紧紧捏拢，使肉馅密不透风地躺在睡袋一般的皮子里；为了美观，还要将皮子边儿捏得凹凸有致——这下，一只小巧玲珑的饺子就制作完成。虽然它看起来大腹便便、站立不稳，但毕竟是我亲手报的第一个饺子啊。接着，我捋了捋袖子，又一丝不苟地包起第二只、第三只……没过多久，满满一桌小饺子便陆续跳下了铝锅，在热水里欢快地上下翻腾。

不多时，一股肉香扑鼻而来，一碗碗热腾腾的饺子争先恐后的上了桌。垂涎三尺的我抵挡不住诱人的香味，迫不及待地夹起一只饺子，津津有味地品尝起来：这饺子皮薄馅嫩，饱满多汁，简直就是“山珍海味”啊！这次包饺子既让我一饱口福，又使我亲身体验了包饺子的乐趣，真是一件趣味无穷的乐事啊！

每年的正月十五我都会吃上好吃的汤圆，可今年吃汤圆却吃出了一件新鲜事!

十五这天一大早，姥姥就去市场买来袋装汤圆和散装汤圆两种，以前姥姥都只买袋装汤圆，我觉得很奇怪就问：“姥姥，你怎么买了两种汤圆呢?”姥姥笑着说：“袋装汤圆是煮着吃的，散装汤圆是炸着吃的，今天我给你做炸汤圆，怎么样啊?”“太好了，太好了，我还没吃过炸汤圆呢?”我开心地跳了起来。

姥姥把汤圆放到桌子上，对我说：“汤圆买回来之前是冻在冰柜里的，我们要让它先解一下冻，等汤圆有点变软之后用牙签在每个汤圆上扎两个小孔，才能放锅里炸。”我有些不明白了：“为什么要在汤圆上扎小孔呢?”

姥姥一边在每个汤圆上扎小孔一边说：“因为汤圆放到油锅里受热会膨胀，如果不扎小孔让汤圆里面的热空气排出来，汤圆会很容易在油锅里爆炸，就会溅到人的脸上，手上，很危险的。扎了小孔，汤圆受热膨胀，热气会从小孔排出去，炸汤圆的人就会避免受伤了!”太有意思啦，姥姥咱们快炸汤圆吃吧!”我已经迫不及待地想要吃炸汤圆了。

姥姥系好围裙，往平底锅里倒上油，打开火，等油烧热了把汤圆一个一个放进锅里，不一会汤圆就开始变大，变成金黄色，果然没有一个炸开的，香味弥漫了整个厨房，我的口水都要流出来了。

姥姥将炸好的汤圆捞出来盛到盘子里，叮嘱我说：“汤圆虽然好吃，但是不能多吃，因为吃多了不容易消化，还有得等汤圆凉一下再吃，因为刚出锅的太烫了，会烫伤你的小嘴巴的!”我忍不住夹了一个放到嘴巴里，炸汤圆真是太好吃了，比煮的汤圆还酥脆香甜呢!

炸汤圆之前还要在汤圆上扎小孔防止汤圆在锅里爆炸，这还真是一件新鲜事啊!

春节期间，一天晚上我和我的妈妈回家时顺便去买桔子。

精挑细选后付了钱回到家，我的妈妈说：“尝尝这砂糖桔好吃吗”我将塑料袋递给我的妈妈，不一会就听到我的妈妈用疑问的口气问我：“你是怎样挑的？怎么这么多坏的？”我也很奇怪“没有啊！我挑的都是好的.，怎么能有坏的呢？”于是，我拿过袋子仔细察看，一包桔子竟然没有一个好的。我对我的妈妈说：“就算再是天黑，也不至于全都挑成坏桔子啊！”一种愤怒的心情油然而生，“这个卖桔子的心太黑了，趁着晚上这样骗人，走，我的妈妈，我们去找他！”

可谁知，突然，“嘭”的一声，车一震，窗外只见一辆电动车甩在一旁。我们在车上的人一惊，忙下车看。驾驶座那边的门上多出好几道刮痕与撞痕，左后灯也撞破了，旁边站着一个男的，还牵着一条狗，他应该就是电动车的车主了吧。爸爸见了，生气极了，这大过年的，谁都不愿意发生这种事，车都还没熄火呢，停在那都被撞。

我听那个男的说，是因为电动车有问题，突然失控了，才撞了上来。当他去扶车子的时候，车子也不受控制的冲了起来。就因为这件事，耽误了不少时间。不过好在，大家没有因为此事而取消原本的计划，处理完这事，便出发了。

由于家里没人去玩过，到了星子，我们只能一路上问一些住在附近的老人家。我们到了一家饭店前，妈妈下车问方向，回车说到，一直往前走，到红绿灯往这边转……“往哪边？”小姨问道。“这……”这个对话打破了车里的沉寂，大家都笑了，爸爸只好继续往前开。路旁群山环绕，忽然一个耸立在山腰中的金光闪闪的佛像引起了我们的注意。“到了到了，就是这了。”不记得是谁说了一声。

来的人可真不少，门口都是车。爸爸在旁边好不容易找到一个车位，停好车，我们慢慢向上走。向上的路尽管没有楼梯，却依然很陡，爷爷婆婆受不了，只是在中间的亭子内等我们。我们继续向上走，往大佛的路被封了，我们只能在底下远远地观望。照了几张相片留念，我们便回家了。

回家的路，爸爸从另外一条路走，来回相当于绕着庐山脚下转了一圈。去的时候大概用了40多分钟，回来的时候就不知道了，我在车上睡着了……

在同学们眼里，寒假是一年中最快乐的假期，它似树叶，轻轻一飘就拂袖而去了，它又似小溪，一眨眼就流过去了，在这短暂的日子里，我有过“惊涛骇浪”，也有过“风平浪静”，比如说，大年初一放1000响的鞭炮、十五看放花，这些都属于“惊涛骇浪”，总之，这次的寒假生活太愉快了，让我回忆不止，其中有一件事让我更感到了寒假的愉快—放花。

十五的那一天晚上，我们全家早早地吃完饭准备去看放花，由于迫不及待，我拽着爸爸先去看放花，开始放花时，全村的人几乎都到了，年轻的搀着老的，抱着小的，真是热闹极了！“丝！丝！”咦！这是什么声音？噢！原来放了个“花窝窝”，只见“花窝窝”开始放时，还有点儿害羞，不出头，渐渐地，渐渐地，它又不陌生了，越刺越高，从远处看，它像一个金色的喷泉，“喷泉”衬托得更加美丽，村民们个个仰视，嘴里赞叹不已，这时，“花窝窝”放完了，有个人说：“嘿！咱们的前程就像这花一样，越升越高，所向披靡！”这个人的话博得众人的喝彩，接下来放了一个“降落伞”，这个“花”一开始就不陌生，“嗖！”地像“神舟”五号一样，飞到了天空中，待了两三秒，又“啪！”地一声，在天空形成了一个似降落伞的花，一个个倒载葱地往下跑，这时，又有人说：“好兆头！这预示喜从天降呀！”大人们赞不绝口，小孩儿也拍起巴掌来，又蹦又跳，这个“降落伞”在天空中像飞溅起的浪花，又像无人看管的树木，四处蔓延，接下来又放了一个……

从这件事中，我领悟到了科学技术的飞速发展，我国的聪明才智，我想，中国技术就像这“花”一样，越来越高，越来越美丽。

啊！愉快的寒假生活，既漫长又短暂，这也是我小学时期的最后一个寒假了，我会加倍珍惜，将这个寒假成为小学中美好的回忆。
