One of the villagers proudly told me that he and some other villagers were going to join a tour and travel abroad. Seeing these amazing changes, my father said that he would go back to my hometown as soon as he retired. As for me, I strongly supported his idea.

寒假里的某一天，我吹着口哨，哼着轻快的小调，麻利地将一个平底锅架到灶台上，“啪嗒”一声点上火。又打开冰箱，从里面找出一包培根和两枚鸡蛋，转身往滋滋作响的煎锅里扔进一片培根，再次悠悠哉哉地走回电视机前，与里面的主角同呼吸同命运。

不知过了多久，当电视里飘出熟悉的广告词，我这才想起仍在锅中“哀嚎”的培根。

一路上，我已经可以嗅得到那培根独有的香气了，那种诱人的焦黄颜色，那种浓郁的肉香味。可等我旋着舞步飘进厨房，看到的却只是一只冒烟起火的平底锅，一片躺在锅底苟延残喘的培根。我吓得呆在原地，一动不动，过了几秒钟，又突然醒悟：家里着火了！我惊恐的看着锅里的火苗一点一点地蹿高，突然显现出视死而归的决心，冲上前去，把煤气炉开关往右使劲一扭。紧接着抓起右手边的锅盖，“啪”的一声往锅上一盖，火焰立刻缩进了锅里。趁火势变小，我马上拿出百米赛跑的速度，冲进客厅、阳台，把所有的窗户一股脑全开掉。等我心有余悸的回到厨房，火苗已经消失不见，只剩下一片面目全非的培根。望着这块“黑炭”，我真是欲哭无泪！

经历了这次惊心动魄的着火事件，我彻底了解了“三心二意”危险性。看着几乎被烧焦的平底锅，想想刚才惊险的一幕，我又想起了那句话：如果三心二意，必将一事无成！

一眨眼，寒假就快要结束了，回想快乐的寒假生活，就好像一个泡泡乐园，每一个泡泡都承载着一段美好、开心的小故事。瞧，这些调皮的泡泡精灵们飞过来啦！

说起大年三十这一天，我早早地起了床，直奔奶奶家，因为我要去贴春联，这种“重大事情”怎能少得了我呢？

我跨进家门，奶奶正在调制糨糊呢。准备工作就绪了，我便一迅雷不及掩耳之势，伸出“鸡爪”，拿起对联，取出一张，用刷子蘸上粘稠的糨糊，跑到大门前，往门上一贴，接着又贴上另一张。看着自己的“杰作”，我不禁仰天大笑：“我真是天才！哈哈哈！”“天上的蠢才！”突然一个脑瓜崩无情地敲在我的头上。原来是姐姐，她指着这副对联说：“糨糊抹得不均匀，你看有的地方都挤出来了，而且上下联反了！”“反了？可这上下联该怎样分呀？”我一脸疑惑。姐姐装出一副老先生的样子，说：“这个嘛，我来告诉你。古人对对子讲究‘平’和‘仄’，‘平’就是现在的第一声和第二声，‘仄’就是第三声和第四声，一般上联的最后一个字是‘仄’声，下联的最后一个字是‘平’声。”哦，原来“国有国法，家有家规”，贴春联也有规则呀！我竟把上联“福门吉祥千财旺”和下联“家顺人和万事兴”这哥儿俩弄错了位置，变成了“左上右下”啦！唉，我这糊涂虫真是丢人丢到家了！

接下来，我在姐姐的指导下又一次“再创辉煌”！我小心翼翼地拿起沾满糨糊的刷子，从上到下，不紧不慢地均匀地涂在对联反面，由于动作不娴熟，小手上也沾满了乳白色的糨糊，变成了花猫爪，然后我笨手笨脚地将上联“绿柳舒眉辞旧岁”贴在右边，用手轻轻抹平，把挤出的糨糊擦去。嘿，上联大功告成了！按照这样的方法，又将下联“红桃开口贺新年”安家落户。哇！看着自己的劳动成果，我好有成就感呀！

“哦！我点燃了！点燃了！”我欢呼雀跃。这是怎么回事呢？原来大年三十这一天晚上，一向胆小的我，看着姐妹们放烟火，手心痒痒的，可却不敢放。姐姐仿佛有火眼金睛，看透了我的心思，笑着递给我一根：“别怕，放呀！”我接过一根烟火棒，可心中还是止不住地害怕，一个劲儿地伸长胳膊，用大拇指和食指捏紧烟火棒的“小尾巴”。虽然烟火棒的头离我的身体已经很远了，但我一想到那火花四溅的情景，拿着烟火棒的手还是不由自主地微微颤抖着。姐姐看到我胆小如鼠的样子，鼓励我说：“不要害怕，不会烫着的，试一试！”我壮起胆子，打着打火机，缩着脖子，把打火机慢慢地靠近烟火棒。近了，近了，火心刚触到烟火棒的头，我就立即松开手，生怕火星溅到我手上。唉，失败！第二次，我鼓足勇气，又一次将打火机靠近烟火棒。“滋——”烟火棒着了！我迅速缩回手，五颜六色的小火星像天女散花般四处飞溅。此时，喜悦彻底战胜了内心的恐惧，我把手中的烟火棒一个劲儿地在半空中划出一个个美丽的弧线。我快乐地跳着，喊着。姐姐伸出大拇指，说：“Verygood！”

为了要把寒假生活的丰富多彩，杨老师要求每位同学去回民街品尝陕西的特色小吃，感受古城西安深厚的文化底蕴。

这天阳光明媚，我和妈妈便来到这西安著名的美食文化街区——回民街。回民街的街区由北广济街、北院门、西羊市、大皮院、化觉巷、洒金桥等数条街道组成。街道两旁大量的美食店铺，有近300多种特色小吃，每样都让人垂涎三尺，欲罢不能。我和妈妈是从北广济街进去拐到西羊市，再转到大皮院，最后再拐到北院门街。现在就让我由南向北开始陕西特色美食之旅吧。

首先来到北广济街南口的“文吉锅贴馆”，这儿的口啤一直很好，一大早好多坊上附近的人都来他家排队吃锅贴，他家在做锅贴时特别讲究要求，每个锅贴皮都擀的薄如纸，馅料更是讲究牛肉配韭黄，包好锅贴个个都像江边飘荡的竹筏，放在大大的平底锅中慢慢地煎等两面都煎成金黄色就可出锅了，轻轻咬一口外酥里嫩特别好吃。

沿着大皮院向东走有家“小贾八宝粥店”听店主说：“八宝粥一词源于中国南宋文人周密撰《武林旧事》说：”用胡桃、松子、乳覃、柿、栗之类作粥，谓之腊八粥。“这家的粥味香香甜甜，糯糯稠稠的，里面加了好多食材，大枣、山楂、百合、莲子、长寿果、葡萄干、花生碎、瓜子仁、杏仁，不但营养丰富吃起来还有一股淡淡的玫瑰香味。

继续向东就来到陕西吃货介绍的彦斌元宵店。这里的元宵纯手工制作，种类有芝麻的、玫瑰的、五仁水果的，各种馅料都切成小方块，他们会根据顾客的需求现场制作，只见他们将切好的馅料倒在圆形的筛子里撒上白白的糯米面粉，不停滚动不一会就滚成一个个圆圆的大元宵。无论你是吃现煮的、还是炸的都有，圆圆的汤圆轻轻咬一口，甜甜的馅便流出来特别好吃。

走到这里我已经吃的很饱了，可回民街却只逛了一小半。妈妈又买了一杯”酸梅汤“递给我说：”喝了消消食“。说起这酸梅汤在回民街也算是一道特色美食饮品，它颜色黑紫、口味酸甜很好喝。再往前走还有很多有名小吃如： 定家小酥肉、刘纪孝腊牛肉、老米家泡馍 老铁家胡辣汤 东南亚甑糕、红红酸菜炒米、等，虽然还有这么多好吃的而我只能过过眼瘾了。我们边走边看，还不时地去询问当地一些美食的做法和典故。

通过这次美食体验，不仅让我过了足嘴瘾而且更加深了对回民街历史的了解。心想今后我要多出去走走看看，用自己的双眼去观察和发现我们古城西安的美，并用自己的语言和行动去传播这种美，让全世界都能感受到我们古城西安魅力不仅是食美、城美、这里的人更美。

好不容易熬到了放寒假的时间，可是寒假有三大特色，那就是冷，把这个寒假都弄成“冰天雪地”了。唉!谁让“寒假”中有一个“寒”字呢，就是这个寒字，把我折腾得连“寒假作业变变脸”也变不了。

现在我就为你们介绍一下这三大特色吧!

特色一：冷。寒风呼呼地吹，吹得小树跳“迪斯科”;吹得衣服跳“华尔兹”;吹得人们瑟瑟发抖;吹得我躺在被窝里出不来。那个冷呀，真是无法形容，家里人要么长冻疮，要么睡大觉，一片懒洋洋，谁让天气那么冷呢?

特色二：雨。外面的雨滴答滴答地下，我说它怎么就是不停呢!大人们也唉声叹气，因为他们的衣服也晒不干，也不能出去干活。过年小孩的最爱——鞭炮，也不能放了，那可是一个最大的遗憾了，就是这个雨，地上滑溜溜的稍不注意就会摔跤。这倒霉的雨几时才能停呢?

特色三：雪。千里冰封，万里雪飘。这雪飘着飘着就去湖南了，飞着飞着就飞到山东了，可以说“马路冰冻，屋顶雪盖”了。不光是这些地区，像我们的首都北京，东北，湖北等地区，也都被冰雪覆盖着。白雪皑皑，整个世界银装素裹，好壮观啊!这个特点是寒假的最后一个特点，也是寒假的最大一个特点。

纸钱烧完了，妈妈和姨妈他们卓在地上痛哭起来，念着姥爷的好，念着姥爷的功。看着他们哭得如此伤心，我不由得也跟着哇哇大哭起来。是呀姥爷是多么痛爱我们，曾经是多么的勤劳持家，曾经是多么的忠厚待人，可现在却……我越想越伤心，越伤心哭的就越痛。最后还是在妈妈跟姨妈地劝说下，才停止哭声。

走在回家的路上，我在心里默默祝愿姥爷在那边过得幸福、快乐!

I have got a happy winter holiday this year. In this year, I have a 7-day winter holiday. In the first day, I went back to my hometown with my parents. When I got there, I saw my grandparents. 春节都是在寒假期间，所以假期较长，每逢佳节倍思亲，所以人们都会选择在春节期间，一是走亲访友拜拜年，二是参观家乡旅游景点，看看家乡的大变化。

春节期间我家来了不少客人，有远在千里之外的南京大学教授——舅公，近处有乡村的表兄妹，他们虽然都是故乡人，但长期在外地工作所以对家乡却一点也不熟悉，于是春节期间顺理成章参观一事便都由我当了一回导游！

首先，我领他们参观的是家乡的汤显祖纪念馆，进门我便学着导游的样子，想在舅公面前表现一番自己的学识和口才。谁知话一出口舅公便说我知道，前面的石雕像就是汤显祖，对吗？那亭子就是牡丹亭，汤显祖是东方的沙士比亚大戏剧家，临川四梦就是他的杰作，是吗？他怎么对汤显祖这么了解呢？参观完后，我又领他们进入了王安石纪念馆，我想他对汤显祖那么熟悉，该不会那么熟悉王安石吧！这下子我学乖了点，没有先说，想让舅公来请教我，可舅公却滔滔不绝对着王安石像讲起，王安石是北宋的改革家、大诗人、政治家，是我们家乡的才子，也是我们家乡的光荣。我站在旁边听了舅公的讲述却哑口无言，无话可说。他的知识那么渊博，我真是蚂蚁和大象比力气——自不量力。接着，我又带他们到迎宾大道参观了新建设的文化博物馆，当他看见雄伟壮观的博物馆和汤显祖大剧院遥呼相应，文化广场上四枝巨笔几米长及博物馆边的大型壁画等，赞不绝口，这就是临川才子之乡的见证。最后我们参观了体育馆，走到临川大道中段时，远远便看见高大气势磅礴设计鸟巢似的体育馆，别有一般特色，里面能容纳几千人观看，外面的广场一马平川，这就是临川人的杰作，临川人才背出，新一代才子层出不穷。

今天的参观我满以为可以当回导游，实际上我只发挥了领路的作用。我惭愧，原本认为自己小小年纪就已经懂得了很多知识，沾沾自喜，现在看来我只是一个知识淡薄的人。与舅公相比，相差甚远，要想建设好家乡不努力学习行吗？想长大成为像舅公这样的人不开始努力行吗？
