我的脑海里一直有一件让我印象深刻的事情，记得那是两年前的“五一”节，我和我的队友们来到萍乡，参加了江西省第二届轮滑公开赛。赛前，吴教练为了让我们具备最好的状态参赛，对我们进行了密集的魔鬼训练，50圈100圈的跑是常态，队服干了湿，湿了又干;脸上的汗水，眼角的泪水，已经分不清了，但是所有的队友都坚持了下来，没有一个说放弃的。

终于等来了期待已久的比赛。女子少儿组5000米组别的比赛马上要开始了，扩音器里报了我的名字，同时出现的还有我的老对手--邓欣晨。只见她一边做着赛前热身，一边用凶狠的眼神扫视着我和队友，好像在说：“等着瞧吧，我一定要把你们南昌超音速杀个片甲不留!”邓欣晨是位很有实力的选手，我以前跟她交过几次手，我的体力耐力是不如她的。虽然我心里有些害怕，但是我表面上装出镇定自若的样子，心里安慰自己：我也有我自己的优点，妈妈说我是比赛型的选手，比赛状态好，发挥稳定，不容易摔跤。这样想着，我心里的害怕就消除了许多。

Dragon Boat race Traditions

At the center of this festival are the dragon boat races. Competing teams drive their colorful dragon boats forward to the rhythm of beating drums. These exciting races were inspired by the villagers valiant attempts to rescue Chu Yuan from the Mi Luo river. This tradition has remained unbroken for centuries.

Tzung Tzu

Many Chinese consider this time of year an especially dangerous time when extra efforts must be made to protect their family from illness. Families will hang various herbs, called Ay Tsao, on their door for protection. The drinking of realgar wine is thought to remove poisons from the body. Hsiang Bao are also worn. These sachets contain various fragrant medicinal herbs thought to protect the wearer from illness.

Making Every Day Earth Day

Now the earth is in bad condition. For example, in some places, the air and water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths. At the same time, many animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their habitats.

Luckily, we human beings have realized the problem. On April 22nd, millions of people across the world do something good for the earth. Some clean up beaches and water, some pick up rubbish, others give speeches to call on more people to take action. But can we save the earth only by one day’s work? Early in the morning, I opened my computer and read the news.

There was the news about a driver had the heart disease attack when he was driving the bus, there were more than 40 people in the bus.

The driver stopped the bus off the road and then stopped his breath.

I was so touched by the driver, in the emergency situation, he considered the passengers’ lives in the first place.

Because the society becomes more and complicated. Thereare some people will make traps for the kind people.

For example, you see anold lady falling on the ground and you would like to help her. However, you maybe charged for pushing her down and ask you to give money for seeing a doctor. Yeah,this things often happen.

But helping others is the traditional for ourChinese, we should carry it out on any condition. Helping others will not onlyhelp other people but also help yourself.

在我的日记本里有一片枫叶，红色的叶片像一只伸开的小手，叶片已经变得透明，上面清晰的脉络像它的血管，它是去年秋天我从一座大山里带回来的，是一个穿着花布衫的小女孩送给我的。

小朋友，你收藏过树叶吗?你关注过你身边的这些生命吗?它春天萌生，夏天成长，秋天凋零，它或许每天都在你的窗前晃来晃去，你却对它视而不见;它或许在你上学的路上一遍遍向你招手，你却与它擦身而过;它或许在操场边为你加过油，你却没有听见……

作家贾平凹先生曾经写过一篇文章《落叶》，他先描绘了春天窗外法桐的叶子：

“它长满了叶子。枝根的，绿得深，枝梢的，绿得浅;虽然对列相间而生，一片和一片不相同，姿态也各有别。没风的时候，显得很丰满，娇嫩而端庄的模样。一早一晚的斜风里，叶子就活动起来，天幕的衬托下，看得见那叶背面了了的绿的脉络，像无数的彩蝴蝶落在那里，翩翩起舞;又像一位少妇，丰姿绰约的，作一个妩媚的笑。”

作者常常坐在窗里看它，感到温柔和美好。然而到了秋天，“叶子并不再长，反要一片片落去。法桐就瘦削起来，寒伧起来，变得赤裸裸的，惟有些嶙嶙的骨，而且亦都僵硬，不再柔软婀娜，用手一折，就一节一节地断了下来。”

在对比中，我们看到了生命由盛到衰的过程，不由人不伤感。而作家却从大自然的变化中得出了“欢乐到来，欢乐又归去，这正是天地间欢乐的内容;世间万物，正是寻求着这个内容，而各自完成着它的存在。”这样深刻的对生命的理解与感悟。

从今天起，放慢你的脚步，也去仔细地观察一片叶子吧。你可以从上向下近距离地仔细观察它的形状、色泽、脉络，也可以站在树下看阳光透过叶片，像照X光一样，看到叶子内部的秘密。你就像摄影师那样，一会儿把镜头拉远给全景，一会儿把镜头拉近呈大特写，一会儿俯拍，一会儿又仰拍。你还可以观察它在风中摇摆的身姿，或从空中飘落、在地上滚动的样子。总之，你要从不同角度去看，要动静结合地看，然后，把你观察到的写下来。

随着你的细致观察，你会发现你与它之间似乎有了某种联系，你仿佛看到了它童年的嫩绿，壮年的墨绿。此刻，到了它生命最绚丽的时刻，那就把它夹到你心爱的日记本里吧，制作成树叶标本，在旁边记下你为它写的文字，以后无论什么时候看到它，你都会想起这一年的秋天，它为你留住了这个秋天的记忆。

Recently, the movies about the old people happen to have the magic and then

come back to their 20 years old time are very popular. The old people do all

kinds of crazy things that they never have the chance to do. These movies tell

people that given another chance, they will do whatever they want to do. I

always hear my parents said when they retired, they could carry out all kinds of

The boys and girls start to realize the gender difference, there will be some awkward moments between them.

The troubled adolescent annoys many teenagers, because they have problems all the time. For the girls, they want to look as beautiful as the commercial models, so they go on a diet and struggle with hunger.

For the boys, they want to be as cool as the heroes in the TV, so they pretend to care about nothing and go against the school regulations.

The troubles teenagers meet are very typical, they can talk to their teachers or go to see the psychologist. They need to take the right attitudes towards these problems, or they will go the wrong way.

高中生来到了敏感的阶段，他们的身体快速成长，思想不得不跟上这样的变化。男孩和女孩意识到了性别的不同，他们之间会存在尴尬的时刻。烦恼的青春期困恼着很多青少年，因为他们总是会有问题。
