项羽留刘邦在鸿门举宴，期间范增的举玦暗示被项羽“默然不应”，项庄舞剑被项伯拦下。气氛一度紧张，刘邦如坐针毡。而后樊哙出场又是一顿言语，依旧“攻打”项羽的情义这一块，说得项羽哑口无言，只能以一“坐”字回应。最终刘邦逃跑，明智的留下有勇有谋的张良善后献礼，因此项羽也并没有因刘邦的不辞而别而感到不愉快。鸿门宴就此结束，而楚汉之争也就此开始，而这场宴会中楚汉两方的表现，似乎也正是宣布了最后四面楚歌的结局。

刘邦武力不及项羽，性格不及项羽，处处不及项羽，可他唯一能够战胜项羽的正是他能够看清自己的不足，勇于面对它们，敢于战胜它们。这也正是一个领导人最该拥有的，因此不管世人如何批评他的种.种不足，他自己又是如何的机关算尽，可胜了就是胜了，是谁也无法改变的事实。我们不应只看到刘邦不好的一面，也需要多看看刘邦的智慧。

那天，我和妈妈、顺宝弟弟一起去堤上放风筝。

我来到堤上，手拿着风筝飞快地跑了起来，风筝也慢慢离开地面，飞了起来，越飞越高，不一会儿就冲上蓝天了。我见风筝飞上蓝天了，我也懒得动了，就站着仰望风筝。

范仲淹三岁丧父，跟着母亲改嫁，之后在醴泉寺苦读。据说在这段时间，他每天晚上煮一锅粥，等第二天早上凉透了。冻成块时，就切成四块，早晚各两块，配上各种捣碎了的腌菜来吃。这就是“划粥断齑”的由来，从中可以看出范仲淹年少时的艰苦，却也反衬出他刻苦与努力。

长大之后，范仲淹就跑到应天府书院求学，在这里努力读书，立下了大志向。一次皇帝本人经过书院，同学们全部都跑出去看，唯有范仲淹还坐在座位上纹丝不动，继续看书。同学们问他为啥，他说：“以后见他的机会，多的是!”别说，这还真没吹牛，他26岁就考中进士，从此步入仕途。

范仲淹从基层干起，啥都干过，样样尽职尽责。后来还应邀回应天府书院当老师。此时他以身作则，治学严谨，让书院风气焕然一新。从此他名声越来越大，被举荐到中央做官，开始了职场生涯。

范仲淹刚到京城，看到皇帝仁宗还年幼，刘太后把持朝政。可等仁宗长大了，刘太后也丝毫没有交权的意思。这可让大臣们很不爽，又不敢说。这时老范突然上书怒怼，虽然意向很好。结果却很严重，这是激怒了皇太后，老范被贬出京城。人们赞扬他“此行极光”。

要说范仲淹大公无私的性格绝对是好的，不过也容易得罪人。于是以后的日子就不断被贬，又不断被召回。虽然职场不顺，在老范从来都保持着忧国忧民之心。他这一时期的作品《江上渔者》“君看一叶舟，出没风波里”就能体现他当时的处境。也许老范之后就这样当一个正直的大臣，没什么变化。不过金子总能发光，机会来了。

话说宋朝可谓“战斗力弱的报表”，这不，西夏、辽国全都把宋朝一顿暴打。皇帝想来想去，找到了范仲淹。就这样，范仲淹来到边塞。他整顿军务提拔人才，很快让边塞面貌焕然一新，实力顿时“levelup”，名将狄青就是他提拔的。这段时间他创作了千古名词《渔家傲·秋思》，这首词描写了边塞将士的苦劳，更体现了北宋艰难的军事形势。终于，老范立了大功，被召回京城，这一次回京，他决定干一票大的。

因为北宋当时实际已经陷入了内忧外患之中，范仲淹看到此情此景，决定实施庆历新政。改革主要就是整顿官员队伍，“考核、打卡、末位淘汰”样样不能少。可这也得罪了一大帮人，他们天天打小报告。结果可想而知，庆历新政失败，新法被废，参与者被相继贬出京城。

至此，范仲淹决定安心做地方官，造福一方百姓，没过多久便去世了，享年64岁。

春姑娘来到河岸旁，用柔软的双手去抚摸着那光秃秃的柳条，不一会儿，那柳条上便抽出了鹅黄色的嫩叶，远远望去，那挺拔的柳条就象一位亭亭玉立的少女;春姑娘又来到了一片枯黄的草地前，她轻轻地撒下了春的气息，顿时，小草从地底下探出了嫩绿的小脑袋，好奇地张望着这个世界。草地一下子焕然一新，就象披上了一件绿色的外套，漂亮极了

小花儿也不甘示弱，张开了一朵朵含苞欲放的花蕾，一阵微风吹过，小花摇摆起它那婀娜多姿的身体，淡淡的清香引来了勤劳的蜜蜂和美丽的蝴碟，它们围着花儿翩翩起舞，为大地那绿色的外套上添加鲜艳的花纹。春姑娘继续向前走，走啊走啊，它看见了田野里冬眠的青蛙，于是春姑娘用她那神奇的“魔法”唤醒了睡梦中的青蛙，青蛙便开始用它那特有的歌喉，响亮地唱起只有它自己才能听懂的歌曲。青蛙的叫声吵醒了小鸟，一下子，大地热闹起来，“叽叽叽，叽叽叽”，小鸟也唱起了美妙的“歌曲”，从这个树枝上，一下子又飞到那边的树枝上，为大地增添了不少的生机。

春姑娘就这样走啊走啊，它走遍大地的每一个角落。在春姑娘所走过的地方，立刻就呈现出一片生机盎然的景象，那就是春姑娘留下的足迹。

青春的这一支插曲，将会给自律的人带来机遇。——题记

提笔，今已是延期开学的第48天。整整48天，在人生的海洋中看似只是沧海一粟，对我来说却更像一只突如其来的插曲，打乱了青春前进的步伐……

线上学习免不了与电子产品打交道，父母老师强调的“自律”“自控”，在几首音乐、几条资讯中消失得无影无踪。直到我读到雨果的一句话“谁虚度了年华，青春就将褪色?”这句话像是在心里敲响了警钟，我一遍遍问自己：“你虚度了年华吗?”紧张、不安，焦虑的情绪像小兽撕咬着我的心。我不能因为插曲的出现，打乱了青春的步伐。

一听完课，就收起电脑;一考完试，就收起手机。复习旧知，预习新课，前面落下的副科知识还等着我去攻克，刚学的新知也等着我去巩固。担心小测的到来，却同时渴望考出精彩。好像这一切的一切都比线下课程要累的许多。记得前段时间我也会去钻研数学题了，虽然翻了好几页工具书，写了满满一页页的草稿，但收获的喜悦远远超过付出的累，那一刻我才发现，这支插曲带来了努力向上的机遇。听说开学会有开门考。也算是检验学习成果吧，一旦是“考”都会紧张、担心，但这种情绪鞭策着我努力、坚持在插曲中把握机遇，调整步伐。就像加缪所说：“对未来的真正慷慨，是把一切都献给现在。”

为了更高效的自律，我和闺蜜相互监督学习任务是否及时完成。直到深夜11点，相互加油鼓励为对方打气。总有坚持不下去的时候，但想到因为“插曲”而负重前行的抗疫天使们，他们不顾自身安危从死神手里抢人的画面，像电影一样一帧帧在我心里播放，受到鼓舞的我又能充满电，继续坚持了。

落笔，原来青春前进的步伐，不会因为插曲而打乱，反而会因为自律带来更坚定的力量、更厚重的成长。

巍巍泰山，苍茫云海。在这五岳之首的泰山中，有一群人，他们为了山上人们的需要，夜以继日，一刻不停地向山上搬运物资，却每次只能得到菲薄的工资。他们就是我所尊敬的搬运工人，也就是我们常说的——挑山工。

在一次偶然的机会，我了解到泰山的雄伟，也领略到了这群身世卑微的人的酸苦。

上山的路上，我们偶遇到了一位挑山工。他脸色苍白，双目呆滞;头发稀稀落落的乱成一团，好像刚打过架一样;身体佝偻，被常年的工作给压得变了形，身上穿着烂布衫，衣衫褴褛。在与他相处的上山路上，我了解了他的故事。

他叫阿天，住在泰山脚下，过着贫苦的生活。小时候家里很穷上不起学，整天流浪在村里、田里，干着琐碎的农事。长大了成了家里的顶梁柱。不得不干起了挑山工的这份生路。于是他就背上了扁担，开始了上山之路。每天他要上山下山两个来回，每次要挑两三箱物资，这都是我们无法想象的。刚开始时他根本无法承担，每天一趟都能把他压垮。为了家庭的生活，他不得不跟着伙伴们学习，掌握了很多技巧，渐渐地也就经得住了。

听了他的这段故事，我感慨万分，对着那位挑山工说：“叔叔，你们每次能赚多少钱?”挑山工说：“二十元左右吧!”我异常气愤，大叫道：“这些黑心商家，跑一个来回才二十元?每次把这些人累的眼珠泛白，才二十元?”那位挑山工说笑着对还在发怒的我说：“孩子，别嚷嚷，我们也想多要点钱呀，可是没有呀!你们一定要好好学习，千万不能和我一样呀!”我目光坚定地说：“好的，将来一定会用自己的力量来造福你们呀!”那位挑山工听了和我道了声别，飞快的上山去了…

望着那位挑山工佝偻的背影，想起了那被劳累给压垮的身体，回忆起了他对我的期望。望着那段长长的山路，我想，我一定会帮助你们的!

这就是我最尊敬的人!一位平凡而又不平庸的挑山工，一位满怀壮志而又身不由己的挑山工，你用你的辛劳给大家带来了方便。未来的山路，你们一定会发现，一定会更短，更亮，更有爱!

Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to form a small

group, each group was made up of five students, the groups need to do a

research, it is about how much people know about foreign country. In my group,

there are three girls and two boys, at first, we did not know what to do, then I

suggested our group take the cooperated work. As I and the girl are good at

writing paper, so the two of us decided to design the questions, and the other

At the Chagan Lake, people are skiing, skating and motor racing on the frozen terrain. The lake is located near the city of Songyuan.
