Last summer vacation,my family and I went to Qingdao by train.There was always sunshine and fresh air,which made us so comfortable.We went to the seaside,the sea was as blue as the sky,and bathing in the sunshine on the beach, was really an enjoyable thing.I also picked up a lot of colorful shells with my little sister.

There we bought many interesting souvenirs,I was planing to send them to my friends.We ate many tings there,such as fish,prawn,and so on.They are very delicious.Then we lived in a clean and tidy hotel,and the price was not so expensive.I like Qingdao very much,and if I got a chance,I hope to come here again,it is such a beautiful and interesting place.

清晨的日出，预示着美好一天的开始。我们吃完早餐，就开车去香港迪士尼乐园玩。

经过几个小时的车程，终于到迪士尼了。我兴高采烈地狂奔去“明日世界”玩，我们玩了太空飞碟，这里的人可真多啊!我们驾驶着飞碟，在“明日世界”的高空上，就像在星际中遨游。

玩过了明日世界，我们就来到“幻想世界”。我们观看了米奇金奖音乐剧，这出音乐剧出现了迪士尼所有最受欢迎的电影人物，有米奇、泰山、花木兰、扮嘢小魔星等动画人物。它们一出来，台下就响起了热烈的掌声和欢呼。

紧接着我们来到米奇狂想曲剧场，这是一部5D卡通电影，戴上眼镜，观看着精彩且搞笑的剧情，一个个逼真的画面出现在眼前。随着剧情的发展，我们感受到唐老鸭飞在空中被风的抚摸，以及被泼水时身体感觉的清凉。突然，坐在旁边的弟弟吓得手舞足蹈，急匆匆的把眼镜摘掉，原来是因为戴着3D眼镜，情景逼真，感觉好多乐器向我们冲来，弟弟的表情逗得我们哈哈大笑。

已经临近中午了，早已饿得头晕眼花的我们狼吐虎咽的吃了一顿美味的午餐。

酒足饭饱之后，我和姑姑、奶奶还玩了疯帽子旋转杯，弟弟因为害怕不敢玩，留下姑丈与他作伴。队伍很长，我们以最快的速度赶过去排队。终于轮到我们了，游戏开始我们疯狂的旋转着转盘，转得奶奶头晕眼花，最后还要姑姑搀着她走下来!

来到“来到反斗奇兵大本营”，坐上转转弹弓狗，体验疯狂旋转的快感与乐趣!“灰熊山谷”，那里有灰熊急速矿车，惊险又刺激，飞速的矿车时而上升，时而向下俯冲，人们发出阵阵尖叫声，令人不忍直视。这么可怕的过山车，我们都不敢去体验，真佩服那些人的勇气。

灰熊山谷过后，我们就来到了迷离大宅。登上了亨利博士制作的电磁车厢，欣赏着那些来这世界各地的奇珍异宝。突然，那些宝物像被赋予生命般，在我们面前张牙舞爪，挺吓人的，却有那么一种诡异的美感。

天色不早了，我们告别了好玩的迪士尼乐园，恋恋不舍的踏上归途，结束这一次奇妙的迪士尼之旅!

对于一个住在大陆的人，是很难见到海的。今天，我终于有机会目睹大海姐姐的芳容美貌。

平静的大海可以让你耐不住性子，而咆哮的大海却又让你胆颤心惊。这是我对浪花弟弟的评价。正如我所说。平静的浪花可以让海面纹丝不动，即使有风吹草动，也不过眼前浮云罢了。而发起威的浪花却又大的一个接一个，把海里的人弄得东倒西歪，把岸上沙滩洗刷的干净发亮。有时，我又觉得大海并不是一个整体。假如东面的海浪大，西面则可以做到纹丝不动。

海水和海浪则是两个不同的“人”。海水妹妹清澈无底。凉凉的海水透着宝石般的蓝色，有时又如一颗美丽的珍珠在太阳的照耀下莹莹光无尽。在海水的旁边镶上了一圈银白色的花边，如果在月光的照射下会显得十分美丽。海水妹妹总是打扮的花枝招展，引得海鸥纷纷前来。细细观看，在纯净的海水上还有一些白色的小精灵，她们就是保护海水妹妹的重要功臣——盐。要是你不幸呛了一口海水，那你可就倒霉咯！

沙滩也是海的亲戚。但越靠海岸的沙滩越受海的欺负。这是为什么呢？原来是调皮的海浪弟弟推了海水妹妹一下，海水妹妹一个踉跄便摔在了沙滩上。不过也正让热得发烫的沙滩有了一丝凉意。说到底，还得感谢海浪弟弟呢！

接近黄昏，太阳好像掉进了海里再也看不见了。天边的余霞为海水撒上了一层金粉。原来是海水妹妹就要参加聚会了，请求余霞姐姐为她打扮。我也该走了，看着眼前这情景，我想起了普希金的一首诗：

attracted by this big old country. They come here and want to know about the

traditional culture. However, Chinese young people dont show much interest in

小时候，和同桌坐在一起的时候，两人都会在中间画一条“三八线”。如果有其中一个人超过线了，那么另一个人就会非常用力地打一下越线的人。而现在，长大了之后，大家慢慢地不在意那条“三八线”了，不知道从什么时候起，那条划定楚河汉界的三八线也已经消失了。

小时候，亲戚家的弟弟、妹妹来家里做客时，如果有什么好吃的，我是坚决不愿意分给他们的，总是会死死护住自己心爱的零食。万一有哪一样我喜欢的被他们吃掉了，我都会吵闹半天;而现在，长大了之后，我总是会把零食都摆放在沙发上，让弟弟妹妹们自己拿。自己喜欢的零食，即使只剩一个了，我都会留给小弟弟、小妹妹。

“太阳光，金亮亮，雄鸡唱三唱……”我哼着小曲，赶往世纪公园。为了帮山区贫困孩子筹集善款，我们小队组织了一项有意义的活动——卖报。到达世纪公园门口，分发好各自要卖出的报纸，我们开始工作。

“公园里人真多呀!该往哪儿开始呢?”我左顾右盼，无从着手!这时，人群中跃出一位年轻女子很是抢眼——褐色长发飘逸，脖颈、手腕配饰华丽，金属铆钉长筒靴更彰显她实力不凡。我暗自揣测，这位姐姐定会慷慨解囊，买下第一份报纸!

深吸口气，一路小跑上前：“姐姐早上好!我是为贫困孩子筹集善款的……”“什么善不善的”话未说完就被无情打断：“骗子!”这位小姐极不耐烦地嘀咕道，加快步伐从我面前闪过。第一次卖报就被泼冷水，出师不利啊!

鼓足劲再来!往林荫道上搜寻目标，却发现一边的长椅上坐着位年迈的老者。向这位爷爷推销报纸，让他晒晒太阳、看看报纸岂不美哉?欣喜地凑前，孰料老人家见我手持《环球时报》，遗憾地摆手，他家有订阅!

第二次出兵又受阻，自信心倍受打击，我有点沮丧，甚至有些后悔当初一时冲动加入这项活动。可转念又想，我是在做善事，为了贫困孩子，我这点委屈算啥，其他同学不也同我一样在努力吗?想到这儿，心情顿觉舒畅，不禁咧嘴吆喝：“卖报啦，为贫困孩子义卖啦!”……

吆喝声吸引众多目光。这时，乐颠颠跑来一位年幼的孩子，她踮脚取走了我手里的一份报纸，塞给我5元钱就跑开了，我要追还给她找零，她却挥挥手，奶声奶气地说：“给山里姐姐念书!”小妹妹的言行让我备受鼓舞：嘴里的吆喝变嘹亮，脚下的步伐更矫健。

又走来位叔叔，笑眯眯地买下了两份报纸，他说他的女儿也为做善事当过报童，看到我们义卖觉得格外亲切……在游客的认可、鼓励、相助下，手里的20份报纸很快销售一空!

反观做报童这件事，我想有信心才是成功的开始。当初若选择放弃，我也就体会不到最后的成功与愉悦。或许上天就是为了坚强我的意志，才设置了美女姐姐和老爷爷拒买报纸的障碍。但开端不顺，并不意味着结局惨淡。其实只有努力尝试，超越自己，才能拥有成长的历练，拥有成功的喜悦!

1、审题：审题是做到切题的第一步。所谓审题就是要看清题意，确定文章的中心思想、主题，并围绕中心思想组织材料。

2、进行构思，列出简单的提纲，打造文章之骨架：审好题、立好意后，就要写提纲，打造文章的骨架。文章布局要做好几件事：安排好层次段落，铺设好过渡，处理好开头和结尾。

3、扩展成文：根据字数多少扩展成篇。扩展的内容一定要紧扣主题，千万不要写那些与主题不相关的内容。展开的方式包括：顺序法、举例法、比较法、对比法、说明法、因果法、推导法、归纳法和下定义等。可以根据需要任选一种或几种方式。

在这一步骤中还需注意三方面问题：

1、确保提纲中段落结构的思路与各段主题句的一致性。只有这样，才能保证所写段落不偏题、不跑题。

2、要综合考虑各个段落的内容安排，避免段落内容的交叉。

3、用好连接词，注意段落间、句子间的连贯性。要做到所写文章层次分明，思路清晰，文字连贯，就需要在句与句之间、段与段之间架起一座座桥梁，而连接词起的正是桥梁作用。

在扩展的过程中也有些窍门，以下几点可供参考：

1、在整篇文章中，避免只是用一两个句式或重复用同一词语。英语中存在着极为丰富的同义词，准确地使用同义词可以给读者清新的感觉。同时要灵活运用各种句式，如倒装句、强调句、省略句、主从复合句、对比句、分词短语、介词短语等，从而增加文章的可读性。

2、使用不同长度的句子。如果一个意思用一句话写不清楚的话，通过分句和合句或用两句、三句来表达，增强句子的连贯性和表现力。

3、改变句子的开头方式，不要总是以主、谓、宾、状的次序。可以把状语至于句首，或用分词等。

4、学会使用过渡词。递进furthermore，moreover，besides，in addition，then，etc ;转折however，but，nevertheless，afterwards，etc ;总结finally，at last，in brief，to conclude，etc ;强调really，indeed，certainly，surely，above a11，etc ;对比in the same way，just as，on the other hand，etc。

5、确定文章用第几人称写，基本时态是什么。使用人称时人物不能张冠李戴或指代不明。时态要尽量保持一致。

检查修改：要检查复核，不要写完了事。

要留时间通读全文，修改可能出现的错误。检查上下文是否连贯，句子衔接是否自然流畅。检验的标准主要是句子是否通畅，该用连词的地方用了没有，所用的连词是否合适，是否有语法错误，主谓是否一致，动词的时态、语态、语气的使用是否正确，词组的搭配是否合乎习惯，是否有大小写、拼写、标点错误等，还有就是注意卷面整洁。

可归纳为：中心突出，主题明确;层次清楚，条理清晰;表达

昨天下午，我去静安晶华园打乒乓。顾名思义，静安晶华园是个“大花园”，其实是个居住小区啦!嘻嘻。那里百花齐放，植物长得枝繁叶茂，胡蜂、蜜蜂等在灌木丛上追逐嬉戏，美妙极了。

我快步跑入静安晶华园的会所，穿过服务台，路过健身房，进入乒乓球室。乒乓球翟教练早就到了，在沙发上悠闲地躺着。我叫了他一声，他终于从悠闲中“醒”过来了。他先告诉我今天打什么球——以前我跟他学过的五种基本拍式：正拍、反拍、反拍搓球、正拍搓球和扣杀。他还告诉我每个球的目标：“正拍打到15个，打反拍;反拍打到15个，就打正拍反拍;正拍反拍打到15个，就打反拍搓球;反拍搓球打到5个就打正拍搓球;正拍搓球打到5个，剩余的时间练扣杀。”

“游戏”开始了。

第一类是正拍。我站在左边，把左脚放在前面，右脚放在后面(其他的都是这样，除了正反拍搓球，它们是右脚在前，左脚在后)。把拍子和桌子放平行(其他都这样，除扣杀以外)。最后把球拍放斜，球过来时，就把球拍“敬礼”到鼻子前面，同时转折手臂，往右前转移重心。我不用吹灰之力就打通关了。

第二类是反拍。这次换了个方向，把球拍放到肚子前，斜开。球迸跳过来的时候，把小臂关节拐弯，手腕斜出，正对着自己，像一面镜子。同样，我也迅速通关了。

第三关是正拍反拍。就是结合之前说的正拍反拍一起打。我站在中间，一会儿往这边，一会儿往那边，忙极了。不过，幸运的是，我一次通关!非常惊喜吧?哈哈!

第四关是反拍搓球。所有的搓球都是让球倒转起来。这有什么用?让对方接不到!你肯定很奇怪。我告诉你，普通拍式正转的。旋转方向不一样，就会感到很沉。打反拍搓球时，把拍子朝斜下，其他和反拍一样，除了脚。在球停止的时候，带过球，往斜下用力，像剥皮。打通这关可不容易!呼，好累!

第五关，正拍搓球。和反拍搓球几乎一样，只是改变了方向。此处省略……这次，我一举通关!

第六关，扣杀!这比正拍频率大，拍子放在五点钟方向，球来时，一定要预算好：球拍和球一样高!当球靠近时，立刻以大力飞速挥至左肩膀。这次打得爽!附加关卡!

这次“游戏”不仅有趣，而且还使我增长了科学知识，真棒!

有件事，我一想起来，心里就充满自责。

那是一个阳光灿烂的中午，同学们睡得正香，我怎么也睡不着，就拿毛巾被玩，不知不觉就扯下了几根丝线。突然，想逗逗下床的赵可，就把丝线扔给她，可赵可看都不看一眼，当即扯断丝线，翻个身又睡了。我气极了，心想：“有什么了不起的，我非让你吃到点苦头，哼!”

晚上，大家都睡了。我探下头，看看赵可已经鼾声如雷。我按自己的计划开始行动：赵可爸爸不是才给她买双旅游鞋吗?我把它藏起来，让她明天上课没得穿。于是，我蹑手蹑脚下了床，故意在赵可面前轻咳了一声，她没有任何反应，我轻轻打开门走出去，借着走廊的灯光，一眼就看见了赵可的鞋。“呵呵，宝贝!”我兴奋异常，抱起两只鞋飞奔到饮水机前，小心翼翼地塞到饮水机后面，心想：赵可呀，赵可，这下，我看你还神气不?

第二天，同学们洗漱完毕，纷纷下楼去准备早操了。赵可像往常一样乐呵呵的，刚要换鞋，发现鞋没了。顿时，她天使般的笑容换成了焦急地哭喊：“哎，谁看见我的鞋子了?谁看见我的鞋子了?”她满脸泪痕，可怜巴巴的。这时，许一诺和李佩琪都来帮她找鞋子，但找遍了走廊和宿舍，还是一无所获。我也团团转地假装帮她找，但听着她的抽泣声，我的心都碎了，真想立即把她的鞋从水桶底下拿出来还给她。这时，她又喊我们：“快来帮我分析一下，是谁偷了我的鞋。”我们都纷纷发表自己的见解。突然，赵可眼睛盯着我说：“会不会是管经纬偷了我的鞋?”我心里一惊，头上直冒冷汗，不知该怎么回答。幸好，她又改口说：“哎呀!糊涂了，怎么会是你?”就这句话，我崩溃了，眼泪在眼里打转，差点掉下来。这时，她又催着我说：“你们走吧，我自己找，万一拖累了你们跑操多不好呀!”我知道她心里很着急，很担心，因为那双鞋，可是她的生日礼物呀!已经留了三个周了，一直舍不得穿，昨天刚穿来的，怎么可以找不到呢?于是，我又假装口渴去喝水，一把拿出了她的鞋。她接过自己的鞋，高兴得跳起来，紧紧地拥抱住我，激动的不知道说什么好，我看着她欢快的背影，心里像被无数钢针刺痛。

这件事虽过去了很久，但我的心灵却来到了一个永远充满信任的世界。在那里，我时刻都能感受到被信任的温暖。

Before Chinese students go to college, they have been told about the great

things on campus life all the time, so they have the motivation to study hard.

When they come to university, they begin to slow down their pace to study and

waste their youth.

Nowadays, a lot of college students lose motivation to move on when they

come to the new chapter of their life. Campus life seems to be relaxed and a

place to free themselves. Without the supervision from parents and teachers,

they choose to lose themselves in the computer games or all kinds of

parties.

So someone made the comment on campus life as the nursing house, which

satirized the students who wasted their precious time and youth to accomplish

nothing. It is the important stage for them to learn professional knowledge and

master skills, so as to be competitive and find their own place in the

world.

For a wise student, they make the plans and improve themselves all the

time. If we live the life as the old people in the nursing house, then it is

kind of committing suicide for a young person.

On October 6th, 2013, I went Xiao Meisha with my fellows to spend a nice seaside holiday. On our arriving at Xiao Meisha, we were all filled with excitement, since this was our first trip to the seaside. Xiao Meisha was an excellent seaside resort indeed. There the sky was clean and bright, the wind was mild and pleasant, the sandy beach was soft and comfortable, and the sea was so magnificent. We felt refreshed at that moment. It seemed as if we traveled in the heaven.

We did many kinds of activities at the seaside. Some of us went swimming in the sea; some went surfing; some dived underwater; some had a walk along the sea; some played sports on the beach. But I just took some photos of the beautiful sea scenery. All of us had a happy time.

In the evening, when it was about the time for leaving, we were unwilling to go, because the beautiful sea scenery deeply attracted us. We all expected for our next coming. So I could say that the seaside holiday was both relaxing and wonderful.

相信大家在生活中都有尝过各种各样的酸甜苦辣咸的味道吧?我也尝过，而且印象最深刻的就是那次寒假里先苦后甜的滋味。

那是二年级上期的一个寒假，因为在家里很无聊，想学一个娱乐项目，所以我选择学溜旱冰。邻居陈雨妍姐姐听说我想学溜旱冰，于是便到我家来教我。

我们来到了一个既干燥又宽阔的地方。我见这里特别平坦，便穿好溜冰鞋，准备开始溜冰，姐姐却说：“你确定要现在溜?不先看我示范一下，再让我带着你一起溜?”“当然不需要!”我很自信，说完便站起来。不料，我脚下一滑，摔了个狗啃泥!姐姐看了，边笑边把我扶起来，说：“你啊，有时候也不要自信过头了，我是通过一个月才能这么熟练的。”“一个月!这不是要用我一个假期的时间都来学这个吗!”我听了，大声叫道。“对啊，你可别以为溜旱冰是个容易的事，其实啊做起来才叫难，所以你可不要小看这个溜冰哦!当然了，只要你认真努力的学，还是会有回报的!”姐姐肯定的说。听到了这句话，我下定了决心，一定要把溜旱冰给学会!

在这些天里，我吃了不少苦头，每天都会摔跤、受伤，膝盖上经常都是青一块紫一块的，但我从来没有喊过一声疼。在经过了一个假期的严格训练后，终于可以放开姐姐的手，自己一个人溜冰了，也感受到了那种“哧~溜”一滑而过的速度与快乐。

这个假期，我的辛苦付出终于得到了回报，尝到了蜂蜜般的甜味，同时也使我懂得了一个道理：要想成功就得先付出自己的努力!

There is an old Chinese saying: Top students come from strict teachers.

Perhaps affected by this saying for a long time, we believe it right. However,

as time flies, lots of things have changed. Therefore, I am eager to discuss

what relation is the best between teachers and students.A teacher can treat a

student in two ways .One is strict, and the other is friendly. Most teachers

prefer the first way.To start with, we certainly have to admit that strictness

is very effective, especially to the naughty pupils.

As pupils we aren’t able to control ourselves well or fix our attention on

one thing for a long time. We do most things because they are interesting or we

feel like doing. We are always looking out of the window in class. Sometimes, we

get to play games and forget our homework. On this occasion, strictness is a

must. It not only forces us to do the right thing, but also helps us develop a

good learning habit, which is of great importance during our whole life .In

other words, it is the first step to success.Still, everything has two sides.

Its weak points are very obvious. You see, there’re top students in a class,

where average students make up the majority. Then teachers’ orders or

suggestions are for the majority, not for top students. However, top students

always have their own study plans and prefer special homework, so orders usually

won’t take great effect on them.

Maybe you have thought out that teachers can give orders only to the

majority and set some freedom to top students. However, it’s impossible .For a

whole class, teachers couldn’t give order to part of the class, for the majority

would question why they needn’t do such work, but we need? It would be probable

that they think teachers treat them not equally, and will not obey teachers’

orders any more. This is a difficulty for teachers.It also has another

disadvantage——the communication problem .Since teachers are strict, we never

tell teachers our personal affairs or secrets. Mostly we just tell them to our

friends, but as students too, they couldn’t help to solve our problem, such as

puppy love, communication problems or study problems .Not being solved

completely, they always disturb us, influencing our daily life and study. I’m

sure that you think that making friends with teachers can solve the problem, and

you are eager to do so as well. But if we do so, new problems will come out .You

see, an adult couldnt control himself well at times, let alone us students.

However if teachers are our friends, I doubt whether their orders will take

effect any more .You see, have we ever treated our friends’ orders as orders? We

think they’re only jokes. This is another difficulty for teachers.Additionally,

our parents have the same problem. Yes, we need to be friends, but not complete

friends. We need to keep a certain distance, making us communicate well and

willing to take your orders. I remember a story.One day, a lady had her rest

room decorated. And a skilled worker was bricking up the wall. Seeing large

cracks between the bricks, she questioned why. The worker told her after this

summer, the bricks would become bigger, and those cracks would disappear.That is

not only decoration, but also communication. The principle is the same.

愁肠之痛谁明了?为君天下先忧，而后平民之乐。

“明月楼高休独倚，酒入愁肠，化作相思泪”。范仲淹的词总那么忧伤，一个政客，双肩重担，起伏不定，这种愁是难免的。然而，“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”又何尝不是一种胸襟?范老夫子，你究竟有多少忧愁未了，有多大的报复要施展?读懂你，好难。

从《御街行》中，我隐隐约约看到你对酒叹息的影子，你究竟在为谁而作?是远在他乡的亲人还是离别已久的朋友。你的仇，在静夜中悄然无息的漫开，伤感之中掺杂着凄苦。你曾经在岳阳楼前观胜状，亲临边疆战沙场。你有你的报负，你有你的理想，可你为何总带着思愁?嗯，你是政客，本该风云政坛，可你心里放不下太多。范老夫子，我似乎在一点一点读懂你的牵挂，你的多愁善感。

“浊酒一杯家万里”“将军白发征夫泪”都说你范公是思家而作，我却不以为然。范仲淹，你是君王下的子臣，你是政界名流，你爱国，也恋家。当思家之极与爱国之痛一起迸发，才激起了“将军白发征夫泪”的感伤吧!也许是你承载了太多，国事、家音，都化作一培泥土，压在你的心里。但你是伟大的。你坚守的勇气、爱国的情怀都在闪耀着赤子之心。

范希文，你很爱酒吧，为什么每次抒情总少不了酒。也许是“举杯消愁愁更愁”想要抽刀断水，却发现自己的忧愁根本放不下。可是，你又何有“居庙堂之高则忧其民，处江湖之远则忧其君”的报世情怀。嗯，你是对的，你在封建君主专制的灰天划破一道口。你的忧愁是一把利剑，刀光剑影，照亮了人生的旅途，反省了纸醉金迷的浪子。
