接下来，我趁大家休息之际，在几个好朋友的帮助下反复练习。我照葫芦画瓢，渴望成功的到来，可前几次都以失败告终。功夫不负有心人，到第六次时，我灵活地跑到绳中央，纵身一跃，我在空中形成了一个完美的抛物线，成功地落到了绳子的另一边。那动作干净利索，行如流水，我终于成功了。

在我的努力下，我的跳绳水平取得了突飞猛进的进步！我与同学们配合得越来越默契，最终为班级赢得了荣誉！

那次跳绳训练至今仍让我难以忘怀。正是那次失败，才激发了我成功的梦想；正是那次失败，才让我走向成功；也正是那次失败，才让我懂得了成长、学会了成长——成长就是美丽的痛！

Chinese intellectual revolution and sociopolitical reform movement (1917 – 21)。 In 1915 young intellectuals inspired by Chen Duxiu began agitating for the reform and strengthening of Chinese society through acceptance of Western science, democracy, and schools of thought, one objective being to make China strong enough to resist Western imperialism. On May 4, 1919, reformist zeal found focus in a protest by Beijings students against the Versailles Peace Conferences decision to transfer former German concessions in China to Japan. After more than a month of demonstrations, strikes, and boycotts of Japanese goods, the government gave way and refused to sign the peace treaty with Germany. 沿着火山碎石铺成的小路往山上走，道路两旁绿树环抱，繁茂的大榕树遮天蔽日，给人们搭起了一个凉爽的通道。这里有很多奇妙的亚热带植物：有火红的凤凰花，有果实累累的菠萝蜜，有高大挺拔的椰子树、有沙漠甘泉之美称的旅人蕉，还有让人望而生畏的见血封喉……路两旁有很多火山喷发后冷却的玄武岩，它们形态各异，有的像机灵的猴子，有的像憨厚的大猩猩，还有的像木桩似的巨石阵——古代遗迹……最著名的还是“火山魂”石，红红的本色好像装满了火山的炙热。它们不仅都近在咫尺，可以触摸，可以合影，一点都不输黄山奇石。

再往前走，就来到了火山石器文化馆。这里有上千年以来人们利用玄武岩所建的古村落、石屋、石塔、石缸、石盆和各种生产、生活器具，记载了人与石相伴的火山文化，是中华火山文化之经典。

到了半山腰，从火山口观景台向上观望，树藤瀑布般的下垂。结壳的熔岩如同绳索状、珊瑚状，令人叹为观止。来到山顶，火山口就像一个高出地面的巨大井台，里里外外都被绿色植被厚厚地包裹着深不可测，极目远眺，蔚蓝色大海与繁华的海口市相连，全部美景尽收眼底。

詹老师给我们布置的暑期实践活动任务第2周是小主人争霸赛，用我们上周打工挣的钱来照顾爸爸妈妈一周的生活。

以前都是爸爸妈妈照顾我、给我做饭，今天由我来安排他们的生活，真兴奋呀!到底做什么呢?我想了想，决定先从简单的开始做起。下面，我把我这一周来学做的菜挑出两个给大家简单介绍一下：

我做的第一道菜：西红柿炒鸡蛋。

首先西红柿洗干净，然后放到切菜板上，用菜刀把它们切成小块。这一环节真是困难重重，因为西红柿太软了，我切的也不均匀，有大有小，西红柿汁弄到菜板上到处都是，经过一番努力终于算是完成了，我把它们盛在盘子里。

第二步要打鸡蛋了，我暗暗自喜道：嘻嘻，打鸡蛋这么容易，我肯定能轻松搞定，简直是小菜一碟!我从冰箱里取出2个鸡蛋，又拿出一个碗和一双筷子。妈妈教给我把两个鸡蛋相互磕一下，咦?其中一个破了一个小口!妈妈让我把这个破口的鸡蛋用两手掰开，我使劲一掰，呀，太用力了!鸡蛋碎了，好在里面的蛋黄和蛋清都流到了碗里，另一个鸡蛋在案板上一磕，最后也轻松入碗，我拿起筷子，把蛋黄和蛋清搅匀。

最后一步就是要把它们炒熟了。我打开煤气灶，放上炒锅，待水烧干，浇上了一些油，等油热了，我就把鸡蛋倒了进去，然后用铲子用力翻炒，等蛋液都凝固了，就盛出来。然后把锅洗干净，再倒入一点油，把西红柿放进去翻炒，妈妈告诉我这个步骤要多炒一会儿，等炒出西红柿汁来，把刚才炒好的鸡蛋加进去，然后放一点盐继续翻炒，最后盛出来。哇!成品还真不错!孟德威版“西红柿炒鸡蛋”成功!

第二个菜是白菜辣椒炒豆腐皮。

首先是准备过程，把要炒的的材料白菜、豆腐皮和辣椒都切一下。豆腐皮要用刀切成一片一片的，它比较软好切，我一会就完成了，可是白菜又硬又大，不好下刀切，妈妈告诉我：“这个白菜你得从上面快速往下切，不能太慢了，也不要来回切。”听完妈妈的话，我手上的力度加大些，果然切开了。最后到切辣椒了，妈妈告诉我，辣椒在切的时候必须特别小心，如果碰着辣椒籽再触摸眼睛，就会辣到流眼泪，于是我小心翼翼地把辣椒切完了。

接下来就要进入炒菜阶段。首先把火点着，再放上油，等到油热的时候，再把青椒放进去，然后放白菜，最后放豆腐皮，炒一下，还要加点调料，倒一点酱油，等到颜色变深了再加点盐，就可以出锅了。哇!真香啊，我都忍不住要吃上一口。

这几天我学会了好多菜：干煸豆角、清炒莴苣、简易版麻婆豆腐、茄子小炒、凉拌西红柿、还学会了用电饭锅蒸大米饭。

当然饭后清洁工作也很重要。每一个碗和盘子都必须清洗干净，它们油腻腻的，可真不好洗，这可难不住我!我都用清洗剂把它们认真清洗一遍，干净的都能照出人影来了!

这一周我还干了不少家务活，帮助妈妈拖地、扫地、浇花、买早点，虽然我以前干过，但是这一周的体验和以前完全不同。

这次小主人争霸赛活动使我懂得家长每天为我们做的这些家务劳动真不容易!通过自己的亲自实践，我不仅学到了很多的本领，也懂得了老师的良苦用心，更重要的是让我知道勤奋和努力最重要。

我劳动我光荣，我是家庭小主人!我为自己自豪!

Many traditional arts are losing nowadays, because some of them have been

replaced by the new machines and the scientific products. I feel so sorry about

the losing arts, in my opinion, they are so classic and their charm will never

fade away. Take my grandma for example. She is good at paper-cut which was

inherited from her mother. But when comes to my mother’s generation, paper-cut

seems to be kicked out, there are less people need it, so my mother doesn’t

learn this skill. The paper-cut art is losing in my family. When I found my

grandma had this skill, I was so surprised and curious about it. I asked my

grandma to teach me this skill. During the process, I found this art was so

great, I was attracted by it. Some traditional arts like paper-cup should be

kept.

today is national day.we have no classes. in the morning,i went to the people‘s park with my mother.we had a good time. in the afternoon,i helped my parents to cook supper.i had a busy day today.

一、优化词汇输入教学，丰富词汇知识积累

词汇是一篇文章最基本的组 成要素。头脑中如果没有一定数量的、且处于鲜活状态的词汇，就无法写出好文章。要写出好的文章，就必须善于从众多的词语中选择和运用最恰当的词语。因此， 加强词汇教学、扩大和丰富学生的词汇量是提高学生写作能力的基础工作。克拉申的“语言输入假说模式”认为：正确和恰当的语言输入将会使语言学习的效果更 佳。

最佳语言输入的两个必要条件：

1)密切相关的

2)大量的。因此，将密切相关的常用词汇、习惯搭配适当集中教学，反复归纳、不断循环和强化是较好的词 汇输入方法，同时也保证了常用词汇在头脑中的鲜活状态，为写作输出提供可靠保障。

二、加强基础写作训练，活化基础知识积累

在学生写作过程中，我们 常常会发现许多学生的词汇量与运用能力不成正比的现象，写作中经常出现词汇贫乏和用词不当等问题。这种问题的出现实际上是学生获得的知识没有有效的活化。 配合词汇和句型教学，教师可以经常以所教学词汇为关键词拟定一些与时事或生活相关的话题，让学生用词、句做翻译练习，一段时间(4-5天)之后，再让学生 用这些词、句进行写作，多写多练以达到活化知识的目的。

三、广泛阅读，拓展知识积累

“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作 诗也会吟”。在大量的阅读过程中，可使学生开拓视野，拓展知识，增加语感，为写作提供必要的语言材料。写作和阅读是互相促进、相辅相成的。有些词汇和句 型，学生只是似曾相识，通过广泛的阅读能促使学生把这些东西运用得更熟练，表达得更准确。反过来，这也会有效地提高学生的阅读理解能力。
