Thanksgiving holiday is generally a "four-day" weekend in the United States, in

which Americans are given the relevant Thursday and Friday off. Thanksgiving is

almost entirely celebrated at home, unlike the Fourth of July or Christmas,

which are associated with a variety of shared public experiences.

现在，有很多人都过着碎片化的生活，其实这是不可避免的，只有婴儿和老人是最不容易“碎片化”的。比起读幼儿园和小学，进入初中的我也越来越能感受到碎片化生活带来的种种不适。

是什么导致生活碎片化的呢？我觉得因为现在学习的知识面广了，课程也随之增多，每天的课程安排也“碎片化”了。另外，生活环境千变万化，获取外界信息的渠道越来越多，生活节奏就自然而然地加快了，所谓的慢生活、简单生活都相对碎片化了。

碎片化生活的坏处显而易见。有于需要做的事情太多了，时间碎片化后明显感觉时间不够用，而且注意力容易被分散，很难一心一意在认真做一件事情。同时生活压力变大了，疲于应付，还会对电子产品产生一种依赖。例如在写作业或工作的时候，手机发来一条信息，就会不由自主拿起来查看。

我们该如何面对碎片化生活呢？

我觉得首先要学会在心理上去主动适应它，同时科学地安排作息时间，尽量保持正常的生活规律。例如，白天在学校里要抓紧一切时间，注意劳逸结合，提高学习效率，当天的知识尽量当天理解掌握，复习巩固，放学后就可以减少作业时间，将挤出来的时间学习课外知识，如看看参考书，阅读课外书，参加体育运动、音乐美术手工等适当的放松，甚至还可以玩会儿电子产品等。

其次要尽量避免学习时间的碎片化。要学会自我控制，集中注意力，不能上课时还在想课后的事情。要学会过滤外界信息，把电子产品关闭一段时间，读书时做到“两耳不闻窗外事”，该看的就看，不该看的就要过滤掉，尽量避免时间碎片化造成的浪费。

我们更要合理利用这些碎片化的时间。要珍惜利用每一段空隙时间集少成多，在某一段时间给自己确定一个合理的生活目标，比如一个星期要读完一本名著，然后一有空闲就拿出书来读一点。

我们要充分利用假期时间，充分利用相对连续的假期，劳逸结合。

虽然说碎片化生活不可避免，但只要我们认真面对它，努力适应它，科学利用它，一定也会带来意想不到的收获，创造丰富多彩的学习生活。

Every morning,I get up early and breath the fresh air to make my body be health,then I read some essay to improve my EQ .

I like play taborin ,I always go to park to play taborin with some friends ,when I lose myself in the music ,I always forget the time .

After dinner ,I do some sports like Yoga ,it usually let me feel I am in the nature and so relax.

That is my daily life.
