How time flies! It has been about two years since I came to the University of Education. Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.

University is not only a place where you can learn something useful from textbooks, but also a place where you can improve your ability to communicate with others.

During the year university study, I can not only acquire a lot of book learning, but also foster various abilities. All types of extracurricular activities such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and traveling provide opportunities to make friends, many of these friendships may last a long time. I like talking and playing with others, so I own many friends. Sometimes I feel lonely, angry and also homesick. But fortunately I own these good friends. They helped me spend these sad days. I find words cannot express my sincere thanks to them. But I know when they need help; I will do everything that I can do to help those who helped me before.

I like going to the library where you can find these words on the wall: "Knowledge is power." and "Keep silence!" after class every day. Because I know that we must learn every day. I think the life in university of Education is full of freedom, but I never waste time. Life is not easy

for everybody, especially for those who hopes to lead a happy life”, a famous lady once said. That is to say, you have to try your best to learn and to pass exams in order to make your life become better and better with time going on. So I never give up learning even go to the college.

Sometimes I also want to own more free time to do my own things. But we have too many classes. So I think life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected. The teaching method is boring; instead of lecturing, some teachers just "read" lessons. I hate it. I want to more free time in class.

During the time I spend at the University of Education, I not only develops my intellectual abilities, I also develop social skills as well as knowledge and wisdom necessary for choosing a future career.

In short, we should value our life in the University of Education. Although there are many things lacking, the four years in the university is a worthwhile period in our whole lifetime.

My Views on Environmetal Protection

Nowadays, the world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Each day thousands of tons of gases come out of the exhausts of motor vehicles. Smoke from factories pollutes the air of industrialized areas and the surrounding areas of the countryside. Recently,haze weather has become a usual phenomenon here in large part of China. People are forced to wear the mask to avoid breathing poisonous air. Some people think it is impossible to solve the problem,however,from my opinion,if we find out the reason and take effective measures the environment can be better.

If we trace the cause for haze weather,the main points are as follows,first,our countrys air quality standards are rather lax and evaluation factors are limited,so you will see that current air appraisal system has defects. Second,some people just go for economic interests instead of turning out products according to relevant law and regulations. They tend to use obsolete equipment in which they are more likely to emit a great deal of wasted air. Third,across our society,the awareness of protecting the environment has not built up so that people havent formed a habit of using green product and saving energy as much as possible. If we dont take action to show respect to the environment, we will have to face an increasingly awful situation.

Therefore, effective measures should be taken and laws passed to conserve the environment. In my opinion, to protect the environment, the government must take even more concrete measures. First, people should be educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve our natural resources and recycle our products. Second, much more efforts should be made to put the policy of population into practice, because more people mean more pollution. Finally,laws concerning environmental protection should be put into effect and enforce strictly just as our government has been doing. To sum up,if we work together to take out such measures,our environment will get better and better and haze weather will vanish completely.

When summer holiday comes, I always go back to my hometown and spend the time with my grandparents. I like the life there, it is so simple and happy. Living in the countryside, I feel the peace in my heart. It seems the days become longer. In the morning, I hear the cock make out the sound, as if it is singing, then I wake up. Sometimes I will go to the mountain and I can hear some birds singing. I enjoy listening to these birds’ sound. I am so close to the nature. I love everything that the nature brings. The green tree, the colorful flower, the clean water even the fresh air. I find its beauty.

My winter vacation

我的寒假

During the winter vacation, nothing is different for my life. I wake up 11 o’clock Am everyday, after a washing, I have a good lunch with my parents. Next I play computer games till the time to have supper. After have dinner. I go on playing till 2 o’clock Am, and then go to sleep with tired. This is one dull day of my winter vacation.

寒假期间，我的生活没有什么不同的。我每天十一点醒来，洗完碗后，与我的父母吃丰盛的午餐。之后我玩电脑游戏，玩到吃晚饭的时候。晚餐后。我继续玩游戏玩到凌晨两点，然后去睡觉了。这就是寒假我暗淡无光的一天生活。

And I also meet some of my good friends during the vacation ,we have a very long talk about the life of each other in the past year and play table tennis tegether .And I watched the spring festival party of the CCTV in the last seconds of the 2011 year! I think this is the thing most people of china doing at that time.

但我不是所有的时间都是那么的无趣。有时候我读书，有时我听音乐或在床上听收音机，因为外面很冷而且一整天都在下雪。寒假的时候我也会跟我一些好朋友见面，我们会聊各自在过去一年里的生活，一起打乒乓球。我会在2011年的最后一秒钟看中央电视台春节联欢晚会!我认为这是中国的大多数人会做的事情。

In China, there is a large population, every child should be educated according to the government’s policy, teenagers are forced to get education before high school. But every student wants to go to college and get the high education, they must pass the college entrance exam, still many students don’t have the chances. The expansion provides students more hopes, more students can have the chances to go to college.

一方面，大学扩招给学生带来了接受高等教育的更多机会。在中国存在很多人口，每个孩子都应该接受政府政策式的教育，青少年被强制接受九年教育。但是每个学生都想要上大学，接受高等教育，他们必须通过高考，但是仍然有很多同学没有上大学的机会。扩招给学生带来了希望，更多学生可以有机会上大学。

On another hand, the expansion also means the lower standard for students to go to college, which won’t bring students good teaching resource. For the purpose of making money, some schools lower their standard, they don’t make the relative change, thus not every student can have the fair chance to use the resource. This is not good for the improvement of the students.

在一个风和日丽的上午，五天的军训生活徐徐地拉开了序幕。一声嘹亮的军哨，吹响了第一天的军训生活。在教官的带领下，我们大家来到了操场学站军姿。“两脚分开，脚跟并拢，成一个六十度角，双腿挺直，小腹微收……” 我严肃地站着，火炉般的太阳在蔚蓝的天空中向我炫耀它炎热的光芒，大地也不近人情地排放它的阵阵热气。豆儿似的汗水像珠串似的，从我脸上、身上一直不断地流下来，犹如一条小溪在我身上流淌。教官那敏锐的眼光，让我丝毫不敢轻懈，就连那惹人厌的汗水我也不敢将它拭去，生怕一动就挨教官骂。 二十分钟过去了，我的双脚像灌了铅般，无比沉重，似乎失去了知觉。肩膀的骨头犹如被人扎了针一样的酸痛，整个人就像一尊石雕般伫立在水泥地上，在心里默默地对自己说：“坚持下去，别人可以，我也可以;大家做得到，我也一样做得到!”一分钟，两分钟……时间在我的坚强意志中慢慢地流走。“哔”的军哨声在为我庆祝，三十分钟我坚持下来了，我的意志战胜了一切，我的行动证实了一切，我是一个胜利者! 大家都严格要求自己，听从教官的安排，用教官说的每一句话来检查自己，但还常常被罚蹲起。一罚就是20个蹲起，做不好就加10个蹲起。其实，人生也一样，不会全是甜的，也有不少的苦，那要看我们怎么去品味了。我想信，只要不放弃，终会成功。今后，不管人生的道路怎样曲折坎坷，我都会勇敢地去面对。"人生就犹如种子，只有埋没，才有出头。"我现在终于明白了这句话的含义。人生犹如种子，正因为经历了被埋没的痛苦，才到达顶峰。回首历程时，才真正体会成功。的确，成功的金牌是拼搏的烈火炼成的。

能相见便是缘份。我们买的水、零食大家都一起分着吃，训练的过程中有的同学水喝完了我们就分他点儿。大家还要在一起学习、生活，本来就该互相帮助，团结友爱。回想那短短五天军训的日子，一种潜藏在心中已久的感受便油然而生。每天吃饭时都与苍蝇共食。的确，军训是苦的，但苦的美丽，苦的动人，苦的让人难以忘怀。在军训时，我们和教官在烈日下同甘共苦，他们对每一个动作都要求严格，一发现我们的动作不规范，不到位，便细心的给我们讲解，纠正我们的错误，争取让我们把每一个动作做好。尤其是在站军姿时，我们的双肩酸痛，双腿麻木，让我们真正地体会到苦和累。但我们不需抱怨它的苦难，它的辛苦和劳累，是在磨练我们像树一样坚挺向上，不屈不挠的意志，它带给了我们一个尊严，一种力量，一种不向任何权势卑躬的品质。正所谓人生苦短，年轻时吃点苦，受点累算什么。俗语说 ：“不经历风雨，何以见彩虹;没有一份寒彻骨，哪来梅花扑鼻香。”嘛。

面对军训，我们更需要坚持。坚持，体现在站军姿的每一秒钟;坚持，融入在擒敌拳的每一个动作中;坚持，溶化在烈日当空的烘烤里。坚持，是一种精神，一种品格。毕竟，紧要关头不放弃，绝望就会变成希望。勇气，行动，坚持。难道军训带给我们的仅仅是痛苦的回忆吗?不是的，军训还带给了我们体验每次训练成功之时带给自己的喜悦，回味同窗带来的纯洁友谊。 面对军训，我们要学习的东西还有很多。但我们至少学会了坚强，学会了乐观，收获了友谊，体验了艰辛。五天的汗水，五天的坚持，五天的磨练，五天的感情……这五个日日夜夜的经历为即将到来的初中学习打下了坚实的基础。这五天的经验，不管是对我初中阶段还是对我整个一生的学习、生活都很重要。这五天的一切，虽然苦，但是却值得一辈子去留恋!

Ever since colleges started to charge the students for the education they receive, there has always been a problem for some students, especially for those from remote rural regions, to get the money for it. So the government offers them an option of borrowing money from banks. Surveys show that the number of students financing his education in this way is increasing.

However, some students, although not many, failed to pay back the loans as they had promised in the contract. The banks have a very hard time coping with this problem. And the government can do nothing effective to help the banks.

I think there is more than one reason for this. Dishonesty may be one but not the major one. As is known, we are experiencing a particular phase of economic development where the supply of human resources is much bigger than the demand for it. So many students are not able to find a well-paid job. How can they pay the loans back? To solve this problem, I think the government should make efforts to get the whole economy go smoothly, creating more job opportunities.

With the development of modern industry, there is a growing concern about environment pollution. Faced with problems such as global warming and acid rain, it is high time that some effective measures should be taken. And the first thing we can do, would be living a low carbon life.

Low carbon life is not so difficult as it heard to be. It is among our daily life. For example, do not drive your own car when you can just take a bus. Do not write a card, when you can just send an e-mail to say “happy birthday”. And do not buy something when you can just make one with old things. Living a low carbon life is easy, healthy, and of course environmentally friendly. Therefore, low carbon life is a tendency of our society.

Moreover, if all of us live a low carbon life, the green house effects would be ceased in the future. As long as all of us live a low carbon life, the 2012 would never come.

How time flies! One month has passed before I could take any notice of it. This is the start of my freshman year in Fudan University. At the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. But now, everyday and in everyway, I am getting better;I am getting used to it.

I would like to tell you two things in my university life that are of great importance and interest.

Freedom is what I am looking forward to since the very first day of my primary school. A lot of people said to me, "Study hard, and you will get freedom when in university." It is not easy to think on behalf of others. University life provides me with this precious chance to practice it.

When we are born, we are unblemished. As we grow, we develop many complexities due to many influences in our lives. During childhood, we are repeatedly discouraged, chided, and in some cases, abused. As we grow older, we develop our own version of right and wrong. We create a world of our own.

Apparently, physical and psychological memories strongly influence our emotions! Interestingly, we can create, store, and release emotion like energy. Moreover, if we do not process our emotions properly and suppressed for long time, they can find a way out violently and unexpectedly.

显然，身体和心理的记忆强烈地影响着我们的情感！有趣地是，我们可以创造、储存情感，还可以像释放能量一样释放情感。然而，若我们不能妥善地处理好我们的情感，长期地压抑着情感，它们可能会猛然迸发出来。

Unfortunately, we carry our guilt throughout our lives effecting ever-increasing burden on our shoulders. We become heavy with guilt and anger for things we could or did not achieve, for things we cannot have, to cite few examples. Evidently, everyone carry his or her own sack of guilt and anger.

One must question our nature of accumulating and carrying our guilt and anger until the end. Both guilt and anger are useless for us. They give us no advantage. Importantly, since our guilt and anger inside us neither addressed nor given attention, they are stored. Actually, we should process and address our emotions in order to remove from our system. We cannot just wish them away.

Forgiveness stands first of all other natural remedies.

In summary, there is no benefit carrying our years of emotional baggage. By forgiving, we can throw away the emotional baggage we carry for years, if not decades. Forgive your past mistakes. The moment you start forgiving, you feel lot lighter and years of heaviness lifted magically! To your surprise, you start feeling lot energetic and optimistic in your daily life.

总之，背着多年的情感包袱对我们毫无益处。原谅，可以让我们丢掉背了多年的情感包袱。原谅过去所犯的错。而从开始原谅的那刻起，你会感觉轻松了许多，多年的沉重包袱也神奇的不见了！更让人惊喜的是，你从此开始感觉到每天的生活精力充沛，且乐观向上。

上大学，是人生的一大转折点，我是怀着喜悦的心情来到这座美丽的校园的，这里有朱自清笔下的“荷塘月色”，有郁郁葱葱的树林美景。有新生的好奇，也有毕业生的忙碌------

今年暑假去了广州，开学的时候才回来。离开喧嚣的城市来到嘉园，一切都显得那么的平静、那么的安详，它使我忘记了暑假时候的心烦意乱。大学校园就是这么的静谧，静静的林阴小道，静静的小山，静静的周溪河。有时候静也使得我体会到大学生活别有的那番韵味。真的算不错的啊!

大学生活是清醒的忙乱，签到、整理内务、上课、参加课外活动，环环紧凑，有条不紊，也许这就是大学生活。还有你可以参加很多的活动。除了日常的活动以外，当然有自己的私人活动了。

有一种说法是“小学生是一班班的，中学生是一堆堆的，大学生是一对对的。”这个观点我是很认同的。我班里的一些人都认定我有女朋友了。其实我没有的。我只有一个比较要好的女性的朋友。我把她的相片发过给我的高中同学看过，她们都说是个美人来的。其实我倒是不觉得她很美丽，我觉得她是很可爱的那种类型的女孩子。托尔斯泰说过：“人并不是因为美丽才可爱，而是因为可爱才美丽。”我觉得在我青春跳动的心里，在灵魂深处有了轻轻的爱的萌动。但我很没用，我什么都没有表示，只是默默的关心着她罢了!

在一般人看来，我是一个相对算是比较安静的人。其实，我也喜欢动的，我喜欢让青春的脉搏在舞曲欢快的节拍中跳动，让自己陶醉于英语角的欢声笑语中，平常我也会一有时间就爬爬山，跑跑步，有时候逛街也能让我不亦乐乎。或许大学生活就是如此的轻松与无忧无虑。时间过的真的是很快，离放假的日子又只有两个月的时间了。现在的心中有点神经质的紧张。

I usually get up at 6:15 in the morning.Then I do morning exercises in the playground.At 6:40,I have my breakfast.You can see many students and teachers in the dinning room.After breakfast,I often read English with my classmates.

不知不觉四年大学生活快要走到终点了，一直没有好好总结过自己这四年来走的是怎样的一条路，现在好好回想一下，权当是给自己留点纪念，也算是给自己的大学生活圈上一个句号。

现在才体会到大学四年时光是如此的宝贵，后悔自己当初没有好好珍惜。很难说每个人应该怎样安排自己的时间，因为每个人的情况都是不同的，只能根据自身的具体情况进行安排。大学四年以来，我遇到了一批很好的老师，我觉得在大学四年里可以好好地和老师进行沟通是一件很有收获的事情，老师们可以为你指点方向，可以减少你走弯路的机会。在大学课程安排上，我觉得我们数学与统计学院的安排还是比较合适的，在大一大二集中了较多课程，大三大四的课程则相对较少，这样可以给考研和找工作的同学都腾出更多的时间准备自己的事情。

大学四年来，我从来都不是一个人在前进，身边一直有几个同学一起在努力，一起进步。无论是直接保送，还是经过自己的奋斗最终考取，现在我们几个都上了研究生。当然环境并不是自然就有的，如果没有这样环境，一定要努力尝试去营造这样一种气氛，因为有几个人一起努力的话，大家的动力才会起来，这样可以达到事半功倍的效果。

四年是怎么样的一个概念呢?对于生活在每一天的人来说，这是个不短的时间，但从生命的角度来说，它只是很短暂的一段时光。四年其实只是个固定的时间段，但不同的人却在不同的处境中，从不同的角度将四年人为的有了长和短的感受。记得刚上大学时还在感叹，“要在这里度过四年了，好漫长啊，怎么过呀……”，但如今就要离开这深爱的校园了，又不禁感叹，“四年就这样过去了，过的好快啊，面对熟悉的一切却是那么的不舍。”

我将生命中的四年时光交给了我的大学生活，或者说，在生命中的大学驿站中，我生活了四年。在这四年中，我从陌生到逐渐融入生活，从所知甚少到知识的点点积累，从对长大的恐惧到坦然的面对和接受……我将自己完全投入到这四年的生活中，生活毫不吝惜地向我展示它的丰富而多采，却也毫不留情的磨平了我急躁的棱角，磨练了我曾经不够坚强的意志。

难忘的大学四年时光，就这样走到了尽头，在即将离开校园的日子，我简单的写下了我这四年的收获和感悟。

再见了，我的大学时光!再见了，我的大学校园!再见了，我的大学同学、朋友!让我们在各自的人生道路上努力奋斗吧!

曾几何时有一种想上大学的冲动。也正是这样一种信念不断鞭策着我去拼搏，去奋斗。而美好的大学生活却正是我所憧憬的。

美好的大学生活应该属于朋友。进入梦寐以求的大学校园，我定会结识几个无话不谈的好兄弟吧！人生最美好的的四年光阴总是应该献给朋友的。朋友之间的欢声笑语应该是我在许多年后回忆大学生活最美好的回忆。我将会用四年的时光品味着人间真情——友谊。朋友间相拥而泣，谈天说地定会奠定我大学生活的基调。

美好的大学生活应该属于运动。和伙伴们在球场上挥洒青春的热情应该是美好大学生活的一部分吧！大学校园里到处有我们矫健的身影。羽毛球场上那个大力扣杀的是我；篮球场上那个快速突破的是我；跑道上百米冲刺的同样是我。因为热爱生活的人怎能不热爱运动？所以运动的时光总应属于美好的大学生活。

很早就听说，大学的生活，犹如天堂亦像是敬老院。

天堂令人憧憬，似乎充满着无穷的快乐。而敬老院给人一种历经风尘后的尘埃落定。那种闲暇安逸，仿佛李白理想破灭后仰天大笑出门去的豪爽，苏轼被贬后“日啖荔枝三百颗，不辞长作岭南人”的超然自在。前半生忙忙碌碌，不着清闲，后半生的轻装便服显现了他们悠闲自然的生活。

清朝的张潮说过：“人生之乐莫于闲。”出于见缝插针，后半句的“闲非无所事事也”就先省了吧。难道不是吗?谁不希望自己的生活乐得悠闲自在?谁不期待像李白退隐青莲寄情于山水间的畅快，杜甫辞官独泛孤舟的潇洒，陶渊明采菊于南山的悠然。

此刻，我也盼望等待我的将是一种海阔天空的明朗，峰回路转后，柳暗花明间也可出现那一村。记得2003年的那次春节晚会上，赵本山说过一句令我感到朴实而又亲切的一句话“世界再大，不是我们的，人心只需一个小小的窝。”作为一名学生的我，经历过许多题海战术，考场上的战斗已是疲乏不堪，可以称得上是麻木。我经常抱怨高中生活的繁忙、单调与枯燥。许多时候我认为我们这些忙碌的人像是在用仅限的生命扼杀着那一份属于自己的那个小小的安乐窝。生命如风，好一个恒古不变的比喻。是啊，人生就如同一阵风，来也匆匆，去也匆匆。“劳”与“逸”也需要结合。适时可以停下匆匆的步伐，欣赏那小桥流水、柳叶夕阳的美景了吗?像懂得庄周梦蝶一般，让生活变得美妙自如起来!

如今，将升入大学的我，我期待的大学生活啊!何不希望是有着梦蝶的意境，仰天大笑的豪迈，心静脱俗的超然!在那每个日出时分，活力地绽放自己。在那每个日落时分，怀抱着真诚与希望甜蜜地回味。

但是，我知道我的思想与现实是矛盾的。人生的道路不是宽阔平坦的，你必须在尘埃中脱颖，在泥泞中跋涉，在丛林中踏出自己的路!我相信大学的生活可能表面上看起来真的像是一个极乐世界。但是内在却是个充满竞争，丝毫不得松懈的奋斗世界，是那句“人生之乐莫于闲，闲非无所事事也。”的真实写照。

大学的生活是我人生的又一个转折点。是为我的职业生涯做准备，是我成功走向社会的必经渠道。再也不能死板地去学习，要学会灵活运用，触类旁通。

听老师们说，对一个国家来说，国力的竞争归根到底是教育的竞争。美国20世纪50年代就提出：“教育是我们的第一道国防线”的口号。能力的竞争归根到底是受教育的竞争，而大学教育恰恰是人生中最重要的教育阶段。所以，关于我之前期待中的大学生活是遥不可及的。不过我愿意挑战与尝试，人生能有几回搏呢!古人有云：“工欲善其事，必先利其器。”在这个暑假期间我要做好充分的准备，确立好自己的人生目标，向着未来的希望迎难而上，相信任何成功都拒绝不了拼搏!

法国生物学家巴斯德说过：“立志、工作、成功是人类活动的三大要素。立志是事业的大门，工作是登堂入室的旅程，这旅程的尽头就有成功在等待着，来庆祝你的努力结果。”此刻，我期待中的大学生活，是我立志、奋斗，向着事业而努力的生活。相信只要有志，就不怕失败。

期待我的大学生活是一颗蒙尘的明珠，等待我去擦拭!

经过一年的刻苦努力，高三结束了，而我也以优异的成绩考进了外省的一个医学院，成为了一个医学生，从小我就励志当一名一生，如今也算实现了自己的一个小小的愿望。

初入大学校门的时候，心情是十分的激动，在这里，我将度过我的五年大学生活，一切都是崭新的，做一名好医生的愿望深深的扎根在我的脑海里。

入学，办手续，我就这样成为了一名大学生，初开始的激动心情慢慢的平复了下来，校园是非常大的，第一天我就把校园逛了一遍，基本上每个地方都留下了我的身影，当然让我最为喜欢的就是学校的小湖了，那里就如一个仙境，让人沉醉。

大学生活慢慢的步入正规了，但我发现大学根本就没有高三考试说的那么美好，寝室的室友慢慢的成了逃课的老油条，而我也在这样的氛围中堕落了，学会了上网，学会了的打游戏，当初的愿望慢慢的在我脑海里消失。

如今，当我再次现在那个小湖边，再次回想自己的志愿时，我深刻的反省了自己，明天，将会是一个全新的自己。
