In china,people regard Spring Festival as the most important thing.People studied and worked throughout the year.No matter how far and how busy, they must do their best to go back home.Thats a tradition and now becoming a habit. During this time,transport is extremely busy.Although the way is difficult,it cant reduce the urgent feeling of going home.I cant describe this feeling,only the people that experienced it can understand.Actually,on one hand,people miss their family,and they need to get comfort in the family.On the other hand,getting together is a symbol of blessedness and auspiciousness.People in other country dont have this consciousness that going home is necessary.For example,American could celebrate the Christmas in everywhere they like or with anybody.This diversity is occasioned by different culture between two countries.

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past, people could not often have meat, rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now, although peoples life is much better, and we can eat the delicious foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday, and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. the summer vacation had come round again. i was happy that i could forget about school at least for a while. lest i fool around all through this summer vacation, i made a plan as to how to spend it. first, i thought i should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that i could have a better understanding of them.

then i thought i should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. it stood to reason that with such a good plan i should make the best of my vacation time. i did, because i lived up to what i had planned.

There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share their lives or planes.Some will play games or hang out to have some fun.

On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet.Children can get lucky money from relatives.In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them.In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.
