生活需要正能量。人的一生是充满困难和各种负面情绪的一条路。每个人都有郁闷的时候。正能量可以帮助我们度过这段时期。例如，我为昨天考试的事而难过。但是一个乐观的同学鼓励我往好的方面想，安慰我。我可以很快地恢复过来。但是如果她也跟我一样悲观的话，我不可能这么快恢复心情的。也许我会伤心很久。在我们的生活中有很多这种类似的事情。为了生活得更美好，我们需要正能量。

“香九龄，能温席。孝于亲，所当执。”这是《三字经》里的一段，我想同学们一定不陌生，可是，你知道吗？就是这几个字，却给我们讲述了一个传承千年的故事：

黄香是汉代一位以孝敬长辈而名留千古的好儿童。他九岁时不幸丧母。小小年纪的他便懂得孝敬父亲。每当夏天天气炎热时，他就把父亲睡的枕席扇凉，赶走蚊子，放好帐子，让父亲能睡的舒服。在寒冷的冬天，床席冰冷如铁，他就先睡在父亲的床席上，用自己的体温驱走寒气，再请父亲睡到温暖的床上。

同学们，听了这个故事，你是不是很感动呢？父母把我们带到人世间，给了我们无微不至的“爱”，儿女有了快乐，最为之开心的是父母，儿女有了苦闷，最为之牵挂的也是父母。舔犊情深，父母之爱，深如大海。面对父母的关爱，身为人子的我们，难道就那样理所应当，就不应该有所回报吗？

最近，我们学校举行了“孝亲敬长，学会感恩”活动，在这次活动中，我越来越真切的感觉到父母的爱，而且越发想为他们做点事，就在几天前的一个晚上，我写完作业，想到老师还留了一项特殊的作业，那就是帮父母干点力所能及的活儿，干什么呢，我灵机一动，爸爸操劳了一天，我就为她按摩一下吧，于是，我来到爸爸的房间，帮爸爸按摩，说实话，我只是在爸爸的背上头上用手来回按了几回拍打几下，可是爸爸却一脸幸福的样子，还连连说舒服。其实我知道，爸爸的舒服是因为满足，爸爸的幸福也是源于满足。我虽然不能我爸爸爸爸做太多的活，可是我可以为他们带来满足，带来快乐。这是我能做到的，也是我能做好的。

今天对于我是个特殊的日子，因为今天正好是我的生日，中国有句俗语：儿生日，娘苦日。每年我过生日的时候爸爸爸爸都会给我买上一个大大的蛋糕，还为我做上一桌丰盛的饭菜，而我则会美美的享受一天。今天我又生日了，不过今年我没让爸爸给我买蛋糕，我把那100元钱要了过来，我想在爸爸生日的时候，给她买一个大大的蛋糕，因为她的生日从来没有好好过过。而且今天晚上，我还要为他们做个鸡蛋汤，虽然比不上爸爸爸爸的大餐，但那也是我的一片心意，我想爸爸爸爸一定会高兴的。

孝，实乃为人之本，只有懂得感恩父母的人，才能算是一个完整的人。同学们，让我们学会感恩父母吧！用一颗感恩的心去对待父母，用一颗真诚的心去与父母交流，怀着一颗感恩之心去体谅父母，担当起照顾、孝敬父母的责任吧！
