我相信大学生活是我人生中一个重要的阶段。在大学,我可以学习如何学习,如何与他人相处,如何独立生活。大学为我提供了一个舞台,我可以展示我自己,做我自己。

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

a healthy life style and lead a happy life.

我有一个温暖的家庭，我家里有3个人，严厉的老爸、温柔的老妈，还有一个活泼的我。

我的爸爸对我很严厉，在学习上如果有马虎不认真的地方，爸爸都会吵我，但爸爸很细心，每天会敲一个核桃，让我补充智力。我的妈妈很温柔，因为我做错了事，妈妈不吵我，总会给我讲道理。在这个家里总能感受到到爸爸妈妈给我很多的爱。

我非常喜欢看书和画画。我的家里有很多我喜欢看的书和我的玩具，如果到星期六，星期天，只要爸爸妈妈不在家，我就喜欢把我的玩具拿出来，一个人在家里享受快乐。有时我也会在沙发上蹦来蹦去，像小猴子一样顽皮，家里被我弄的乱七八糟，茶几上、床上都会有我的东西，但我还是会很自觉的把东西收好。

家既可以遮风又挡雨，这是我们挡风的大树，我爱我的爸爸妈妈，我爱我的家。

In order to make our air more pure and fresh, I suggest that we should plant trees, a lot of trees to help us make more air, less drive a car, low carbon travel, ride a bike more, environmental protection and can exercise the body. Even less air conditioning, can best use electric fan!

In a word, in order to let us become a good place to aspire to zhuji, please pay attention to environmental protection, low carbon life.

环境是我们自己的，所以一定要爱护自己的家一样爱护环境。你们是否经常会看到一些不良的习惯呢?比如说：大街上是否有一些垃圾，公路上是否经常有人在摘花，踩草坪?在垃圾箱旁边是否有人把垃圾扔在边上，轻视垃圾箱的存在呢?这种种问题都是说明人们不爱护环境。

还有一些会让空气受到污染的东西，那就是汽车。在汽车的排气管上，会有一些黑色的烟出来，更严重的是大卡车，只要一开过，就会让人情不自禁地屏住呼吸，直至车远去。

为了让我们的空气更加清新，我建议大家要多多种树，让大树为我们制造更多的空气，还要少开汽车，低碳出行，多骑自行车，环保又能锻炼身体。还要少开空调，能用最好就用电扇吧!

一句话，为了让我们诸暨变成一个人人向往的好地方，请注意环保，低碳生活吧。

我的幸福家庭

我们这个时代的孩子是幸福的，我们很幸福！有的幸福元素太多了，就不懂得珍惜了！

看完上面的两段话，就让我举一两个例子说说我的幸福生活吧：在学校的幸福生活中有老师的关爱，有同学之间的和睦。打架就像一家人一样，在一齐开心的学习，开心的玩，我们大家互相帮忙，互相促进，这都是我们自己力所能及的事，也是大家庭所能做的事请不是吗？在校园里还能认识很多好朋友，学校的幸福生活就是这样的了。

除了学校的幸福生活，还有家里的幸福生活。我妈妈是以爱我、疼我的妈妈，妈妈也很幸苦，又要做家务活，又要照顾我，多么幸苦呀！而我的爸爸哪？他虽然很少回家，一个月才回来那么一次，但他心里一向都很关心我，爱我，天天我也想爸爸，多么期望爸爸能多抽空来陪陪我呀！！我的这个大家庭，很温馨，这个家虽然很小，但在我心目中，他一向很漂亮。因为这的“小家庭”里有我们这一家三口，所以这家变得充实，美丽。

无论是在生活中还是学校生活中，无论是苦，是累，是难过，是快乐、是兴奋，这都是我们的幸福生活呀！再苦里包含着我们的泪水和汗水和我们的泪水。在累里包好着我么的努力了一天的成果。在快乐里也是我们幸苦一天的成果。在这些里面无论是成功是失败，多事我们的幸福生活。在成功时我们一齐分享是快乐的，失败时我们一齐分享是苦涩的，但苦涩里也包含着快乐。这才是我们幸福生活的开始，因为我们已不再是小孩子，是一个成熟的大孩子。此刻我们懂得什么是叫快乐了，什么叫悲哀，什么叫关心，什么叫帮忙，什么叫学习。所以我们必须要将恩熙此刻的生活！！

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

In this winter holiday, I am going to take a trip with my parents by plane.We are going to Beijing. Then, I am going to go ice skating there. I am going to see the snow. I will play with the snow. I am going to make a snowman with my sister. Then we are going to visit the Great wall. At last, we are going to go back home by plane.

每个人都有一个温馨的家庭，我也有一个温馨的家庭，我家的成员有：爸爸，妈妈，姐姐和我。我家的每个成员都都有他们的优点哟！让我给你们介绍一下吧！我首先给你们介绍我的爸爸，我的爸爸他的优点是：很爱干净。有一次，我家的车库里有人玩麻将，我爸爸就在旁边看着。突然，有一个人进来了，仔细一看，原来是玩麻将的一个阿姨家的一个姨夫，他也来观看麻将的情况，在这时，那个姨夫拿了烟出来你，就开始抽起烟来，抽完以后，爸爸立即把扫帚和垃圾桶拿了出来，用扫帚把烟头扫进垃圾桶，然后把垃圾桶里面的垃圾扔进垃圾箱里，玩麻将的叔叔阿姨们都夸我的爸爸爱干净。我第二个要跟你们说的是我的妈妈，她的优点是她很勤劳，让我告诉你我的妈妈她为什么勤劳吧。

有一天晚上，我和妈妈洗完澡后，我就去睡觉了，而妈妈把她的睡衣穿上后，就开始洗我的衣服，我的衣服非常多，我曾经告诉我妈妈让她用洗衣机洗，可妈妈却说洗一次衣服洗不了多少，何况用洗衣机洗衣服还费水。等妈妈洗完衣服后已经快十二点了，本来妈妈洗完衣服后应该睡觉的，可是妈妈一看洗漱间满地都是水，她又开始拿拖布和扫帚把水拖到和扫到下水道里，在扫的过程中，墙上又有许多的泥点子妈妈又要拿东西把上面的黑点擦掉，我睁开了朦胧的睡眼，一看已经一点三十了。这时，妈妈才上床睡觉，我看见妈妈这时才去睡觉，我心里十分难受，心想：我以后一定要好好学习，长大以后一定要报答爸爸和妈妈的养育之情。只有这样，爸爸妈妈才能过上好日子。

第三个我要给你们介绍的是我家最美丽的美女，那就是我的姐姐，我姐姐的优点是她特别的顾家，也可以说我姐姐跟我妈妈一样很勤劳，至于我姐姐是不是很勤劳，那那你就接着往下看吧！每天早上，因为我的姐姐是全职太太，所以可以不用起太早，但是她要早上七点就就要给我小外甥女做早饭，做完饭以后，她还是可以睡觉的，但是她要打扫卫生。我姐姐一打扫卫生，她一天都不一定能打扫完，因为姐姐要拖三遍的地，然后每个角落都要仔仔细细的擦一遍，如果有一个地方没擦到的话，那我姐姐一定会把所有的地方再擦一次，直到擦到一尘不染为止。打扫完卫生以后，姐姐还要洗衣服，洗完衣服还要晾上，我不得不对姐姐说姐呀，你实在是太勤劳了！介绍完我家的三位成员了，我在给你们介绍最后一位成员吧。

哈哈哈，你们知道是谁了吧！对，就是我。我的优点是特别懂事，我小的时候，有一天晚上，我跟姐姐睡觉，晚上我想上厕所，我就想喊姐姐带我去上厕所，可是，我想：万一我把姐姐喊醒，然后她就睡不着了。那该怎么办呢？我就开始哭了起来，姐姐醒了，看见我在哭，就问我为什么？我就跟姐姐说：我想上厕所，我怕你睡不着觉，不敢喊你。姐姐听完以后，就笑了起来，然后就带我上厕所。第二天，姐姐把这件事告诉了大家，大家听完以后，都哈哈大笑起来，然后就有人夸我懂事。这就是我的家庭，我爱我的家庭！

From 20xx to 20xx, I spent my college life in Hunan First Normal College. Reminding my college life, I think it was of great significance.

When I was in college, I studied very hard. As a major of English, I often practiced my oral English. Every time, I could think in English. After thinking and expressed my thoughts to others in English. Although sometimes I couldnt speak English so freely, other people still appreciated me, because of my confidence.

In English class, I was always the first one to open my mouth, so my teachers always praised me for my good pronunciation, and my classmates also admired me for my courage. It seemed as if I were on top of the world.

However, I have few chances to speak English now, because my job has nothing to do with English. What a great pity! How I wish to work with foreigners, so that I can use my great English.
