在我们的人生道路，有许多困难或“坑”，那怎样可以避免掉进这种“坑”里呢?我就需要一位“向导”。那谁能做好这一位“向导”呢?那必然要数老师了。

可是在这么多“向导”中，我个人觉得最好的则是周老师。是她领导我去所去的地方，是与国外人交流，运用多种语言交往。这样一个神秘的地方。

先说她的外貌，她那乌黑发亮的头发，显出了一种独特的青春;而水汪汪的大眼睛，显出一种求知欲，可竭学习的态度;那饱满的嘴巴，显出了她的健康，饱满，壮实的身躯，强健的体魄。

而我最喜爱的并不是她的外貌，是她优越的课，她的课生动，有趣。每次上课，总会带有一丝快乐感，上完课，就相当在乐园中游玩了一番，那是多么开心，多么值得留恋，值得回忆呀!

在我们第一次上课时，见到她使多么慈祥与温柔。没时间想了，快恢复过来上课，很快我又回到了状态，第一节课，上的是几个字母的发音以及几个相对简单的英文单词，看似枯燥，可老师只轻轻张了几次嘴，就变得快乐，有趣。因为她用了那双神奇的手，就把这几个烦闷的单词变成了一个有声有色的炸弹游戏，这样既激发了我们的兴趣，又让我们把一张张陌生的面孔一下子就变得熟悉了，这就是我为什么觉得她上的课如此快乐，好玩的主要原因了。

但是除了她能把枯燥的单词变得活灵活现，还有一个主要原因：表情。为什么说表情是如此重要呢?假如有一个每天苦着脸，脸上没有一丝表情，冷漠的人当你的老师，你会每天上课开心吗?不会，所有这就是上课时要有表情的重要性。而周老师并不是这一类人，当周老师走进教室上课的那一霎那，她的脸上就挂着笑脸，一直到下课。有一些不理解的人会说：“有什么好笑的呢?这也能当老师?那我也可以。”对于这一种看法，我觉得大错特错。有一天，她其实非常不开心，可她逼自己开心。由此可见，周老师是一个爱让我们认真学习的人，因为这才能保持我们对学习英语的兴趣。

周老师是多么好，快乐，认真，这就是我的初中老师。

今天上午的最后一节课，是我们班级的英语课，英语老师让全班同学都背诵一篇英语课文。

我急忙翻开书，有一些单词不会读，赶紧向我的同桌请教，可他也不会读。这时，老师向我这边走来，快了！快了！老师马上就过来了，我的呼吸也变得有点急了，这可咋办呀？

我赶快低下了头，不敢去看老师，只觉得心跳得可厉害了，手心里不停地向外冒汗，两腿不由自主晃来晃去。心里默默的祈祷：老师呀！千万别叫我啊！

可是，老师走到我的面前，停下了脚步，关切的问我：“你背过了吗？”

“还没有呢”我吞吞吐吐地回答说。

“什么原因啊？”老师又问。

我说：“有些单词我不知道怎样去读。”

老师生气了，板着脸说：“你连这些单词都不会读，简直太让我失望了！”

说完，就去检查其他同学了。

这时我的脸感觉就像一个茄子，红一块紫一块的，难看极了！仿佛同学们都用异样的眼光看着我，讥笑我，我不敢抬起头环顾四周，只想在地上找一个老鼠洞，赶紧钻进去才好。

晚上，我躺在床上，翻来覆去地睡不着，我一定要学好英语的。迷糊中我听到英语老师叫我的名字，说我得了九十多分。我高兴极了，一下子蹦了起来，拿起试卷就往家里跑。爸爸妈妈看了我的试卷和成绩，也非常高兴，直夸我是个好孩子，一家人都很开心。看到我这么有出息，你争我抢地要看卷子，不知道是谁不小心，一下把我的试卷撕成了两半，我的心一急，醒了。原来是一场梦啊！

打那以后，我的学习更加刻苦认真了，我要让我的梦变成现实！

我六年级时，有这样一位英语老师，尽管她其貌不扬，但我仍然喜欢她。不仅因为她的和蔼可亲，还有，她那一颗如金子一般美好的心灵，难道不值得我敬佩吗？那是一个下雨天，我忘了带雨伞。但周围却没人借给我。“完了，这下要淋成落汤鸡了！”我这样想道。“诶，王楚，你没带雨伞吗？”一声亲切的话语传进我的耳朵。“华…华老师好。”我激灵的打了个冷颤。老师走到我身边，和我交谈着：“怎么这么不小心，你感冒啦？……走，到我家去取取暖！”我不好意思了起来：“老师，我自己能走回去的，不用麻烦了。”我快速的跑了回去。

到第二天去上学的时候，我又撞见了华老师：“老师好。”说完后，我飞速的骑自行车抢先到学校里。要知道，昨天我没领老师的情，闯了大祸那还得了，不赶紧逃的是笨蛋呢！

转眼到了英语课上，我可怎么办呀？“零零零…”上课铃打响了。我浑浑噩噩的打开书，默默地祈祷起来：老师，昨天是我不好，您千万别见怪呀。

我折起一只千纸鹤，正巧，被老师见着了，可她却没怪我，你说奇不奇？放学后，老师叫我到办公室去，她语重心长地告诉我：“王楚，你是个聪明孩子，但为什么上课时心猿意马呢？我们一起来分析这个问题好不好？”

我把事情的经过告诉了华老师，老师先是一愣，继而大笑起来：“昨天的是我并没有见怪，是你误会了吧！”我和老师一起笑了。

啊，华老师！你是我心中最尊敬的人，马上要离别母校了，但愿您不要牵挂我和全体学生，我向你敬礼了！

父亲的爱是深沉的，母亲的爱是细腻的。而老师的爱，是无声无息的，是关心、又是爱护。

记得那是一次数学课下课，我和同学们在走廊上打打闹闹。玩得正开心时，一个同学不小心用脚踩了我一下，我没控制住，一下子又摔到地上，膝盖被蹭破皮了，鲜红的血迅速流了出来，真疼，可却没有一个同学来帮助我。这时，准备去厕所的夏老师看见了我，连忙朝我跑了过来，对我说：“怎么了？是不是摔到地上了？”我亮出鲜红的膝盖，对老师说：“不小心摔跤了，蹭破皮了。”夏老师连忙叫了几个同学把我扶着，慢悠悠地走向我的座位上。

过了半晌，老师拿了药和纱布走了过来。她把我的脚抬起来，先用水先冲一遍，再拿药敷在我的伤口上。我只喊疼，老师只好抹一下，停一下。过了好久，才把药敷好。老师再用纱布把我的膝盖包住，这才放心地说：“好了，下次不要太调皮了，不然又会摔倒。这儿还有些药，疼的时候再敷，过几天就好了，可这几天可不能再疯哦！”

“叮铃铃”，上课铃响了，老师又走上了讲台，讲起了她的数学。

啊！老师，你就像太阳，无声地给我们这些花儿阳光，在我们快要夭折的时候，又是您给予我们温暖。老师，您的爱无声无息！
