我喜欢英语，梦想着长大当一名英语老师。学校里，我是英语课代表，平时喜欢和同学们用简单的英语交谈。像“Hello！”“Howareyou？”“Whatareyougoing？”等等。这一次，我的愿望要实现了。老师留了作业，让我们做小老师，教会家里人。哦也，我欢呼雀跃起来！

回到家，我把大家召唤在一起。找出闹钟，定上时间，拿出英语课本，打开课文《Themap》一课。郑重地对他们说“今天，我的作业是要把这一课教会给你们，大家认真完成，谢谢合作啊，拜托！”一边说，一边双手合十做鞠躬状。心想，我容易嘛。“好，开始上课，先教第一句话‘We……have……a…map……’”这一遍我说得很慢。妈妈爸爸悟性最高，学得最快，其实我心知肚明，他们是上过好几年学的产物，经历过学校大家庭无数次的文化熏陶了，自然这点单词不在话下。

哎，爷爷奶奶可就不同了，我说了好几遍，还是不会。就在我急得像热锅上的蚂蚁——团团转的时候，突然灵光一闪，我想到了我的同学，把中国字标在书上的瞬间。于是，我改变对爷爷奶奶的教学方法，说道“喂、喊、五、鹅、卖、坡”哇，他们像着了魔一样，经过不断地读，反复地练，学得有模有样了。哎呀，一节课的时间终于要结束了，为了巩固练习，下课之前，我又让他们各自说了一遍，这一次，爸爸妈妈说得没问题，爷爷奶奶的英语，真真切切的把我们一家逗得前仰后合啦！哇呀呀！

当老师真不容易啊，要面对各种各样的学生，但我还是喜欢当老师，当英语老师，不光能传授知识，还能品味教学的乐趣，一举多得啊！

我的英语老师是个非常特别的人，教我们学英语的方式也非常特别，我的英语老师特别温柔，听他讲课也得懂，所以我的英语成绩是非常好的，这里我就来给你们讲一讲，我的英语老师。

她做头发不短不长，半红半黑，总是穿着一身黑色的上衣，带着一个眼镜。英语老师的皮肤不太白，但是有一双水灵灵的大眼睛，你说的也非常好，看起来非常严肃，但其实她很温柔，还经常拿英语跟我们做游戏，我们班的同学呀，都非常喜欢她。老师也经常我们讲小秘密！

英语老师一上课第一句话就是拿出一张纸，我们来听写，听写之后呢就是拿出书来读，昨天学的那一课。接着就是把作业给我们发下来，改完之后学习新一节课，写之前老师会问谁预习了？然后一大堆同学举手，英语老师就说：“那我来考考你们谁预习对了。”老师先点了一个人，问一用英文怎么说？那个同学就说：“一用英文说one”然后呢，老师就给没学过的同学们讲，23456782，用英文怎么说。接着叫我们写单词。一节课马上结束了，老师会带大家，讲一讲练习题还会，考核，还剩最后20分钟的时候，老师会带我们做个游戏就比如，你今年几岁啦？有人会说：“Im。Ten。”一节课结束后，老师会问，谁学会啦。下节课我就考今天学的。

这就是我们的英语老师。

敬爱的李老师，您知道我们最喜欢您什么吗？那就是您的微笑。您笑起来时是那么的随和，一下子拉近了我们的距离；您笑起来时是那么的灿烂，永远甜蜜在我们心间。我们爱您的微笑。

老师，您的微笑是最好的教育方法。有一次，我们班放学回家排队时总是站不好，不是这儿凸出来，就是那儿凹进去，像条大蚯蚓似的。您走到队伍的最前面，微笑地看着叽叽喳喳的同学们，什么话也没说。前排的同学立即不好意思地收住嘴，小碎步地挪动着、调整着自己的队伍。说也奇怪，您的这一招比千古流传的“河东狮吼”功管用多了，大家发现苗头不对，赶紧笔直地站好身子。您微笑着点了点头，立即又像军官一样威严地大喊一声：“立正！”“一二！”同学们像上了发条似的大声回应。两列队伍只一会儿功夫就齐刷刷地站好了。当我们走到校门口，礼貌地对您说老师再见时，您笑了，满意地笑了。

老师，您的微笑是最好的鼓励方式。记得那次您上语文课，要求我们概括《中彩那天》这篇的主要内容，我们班脑瓜子转得特快的吴晨睿、罗婧一等同学相继举起了手，而我的脑海中却没有一个确切的答案。我的手举起来，又慢慢放下，过了一会儿，我还是犹豫着举起了手。您的目光扫视着教室的每一个角落，最后落在了我身上：“肖可悦，请你回答！”。我一下子慌了神，心跳加快，脑子里乱成一团。我站起来定了定神，当我看到您那微笑，充满期待的眼神时，刚才还混乱不堪的思维一下子顺当了，继而流利地说出了答案，全班同学都鼓起了掌，您也露出了满意的微笑。

老师，我们爱您的微笑，您的微笑照亮了我们的心扉，您的微笑滋润着我们的心田，您的微笑将永远印在四（9）班每个同学的心中。
