英语曹除了课上得快，记单词也快。她常常用谐音或小故事来记。像国籍这个单词，被她用谐音记成奶昔奶利提她说这像一种糖的名字，我们对甜食感兴趣就会记得快。比如通常这个词她是这样记的usua就是有儿有女，因为这个人既生男孩又女孩，所以后面lly就是他高兴笑得直打嗝。有时她为了让我们记忆深刻，让我们边做动作边记，她自己甚至会在讲台上挑起舞来。经过她这样声情并茂的记法，记单词果然不费事了。

她不仅教得快，且风趣幽默，语言丰富。她看有的同学并不认真学，就用满口的淮南方言说：你们要是不学，为什么还交钱来上课？就像你去买菜，你对卖菜的说只把钱扔给他，不拿走菜，根本不管菜一样，傻不傻。同学们听了都笑了。

1)结构2)内容要点 3)语言(词组搭配、句型、句式变化、过渡词)看结构和内容要点定分数档，看语言给成绩。这是中考英语阅卷的潜规则。 三段四步法——中考英语满分杀手锏 知己知彼，方能百战不殆，既然中考阅卷流程和内部标准已经明朗化，相对的策略也就顺利成章的形成了。现在和大家分享，笔者教学和阅卷过程中总结创立的写作满分秘诀。

1 “三段”(三个段落)——针对的阅卷老师先看文章结构和内容要点，让阅卷老师不得不给你定位一类文。 中高考情景是作文，无论是那种文体，都可以用三段法来表示。这个方法的起源是来自美国的“高考”SAT考试，(SAT是美国或它国学生想要申请美国大学必须参加的考试，故被叫过美国的高考)。 我们管这样的文章叫做HamburgerWriting(汉堡写作)

顾名思义，就是无论是记叙文、还是议论文、或者08年中考以及09一模西城的夹叙夹议文章，都可以通用。简单解释如下：

A great change is now taking place in higher education throughout our country。 Teachers are being held responsible as never before for how well they serve their students。 It has become as common in colleges and universities for students to grade teachers as for teachers to grade students。 In some universities students＇ rating has even become the only source of information on teaching effectiveness。

This， however， has caused great controversy。 Some are in favor of the rating system。 They hold that since students attend the teachers classes everyday， they should have their opinion about their teachers＇ effectiveness。 Others， on the contrary， are strongly against it。 They think that students＇ rating is easy to administer and score， but it also is easy to abuse。 They believe that there is much more to teaching than what is shown on students＇ rating forms。 Students should not be expected to judge whether the materials used are up to date or how well the teacher knows about the subject。These judgments require professional knowledge， which is best left for the teachers＇ colleagues。

I think students＇ rating of their teachers is necessary， but it should be conducted in a way that can really shed meaningful light on teachers＇ performance。 Instead of rating the teachers＇ knowledge on the subject， students should be asked to estimate what they themselves have leaned in a course， and to report on such things as a teacher＇s ability to communicate with students， his relationship with students， and his ability to arouse interest in the subject。

[学生评价老师的英语作文

对我初中生涯影响很大的老师就是阎丽老师，她的姓很恐怖，她总是自称自己是阎罗王，要管住我们这群小鬼。

她是个很美的老师，有一种古典美女的气质。记得我刚进安外的时候，第一次离开家去外面读书，刚开学军训的时候，阎老师总是对我慈爱的微笑，她总是担心我们这群孩子军训累了，热了，时常跟着我们军训的列队，教官下命令休息时，我一个孤零零地坐在草地上，阎老师和教官聊天，然后我听到他们的交谈，阎老师对教官说我很像她之前认识的一个孩子，然后就朝我笑笑，当时心里说不出的暖，也许阎老师不曾记得，但我至今难忘。

因为我的小学不学英语，所以我的英语底子不好，进入安外有点跟不上，阎老师就放弃中午休息的时间给我补习，从最基础的教起，不耐烦的一遍又一遍，我清晰的记得当时办公室里就是我和阎老师，她就坐在我身边教我，当我一个知识点了解的时候，她就满足的笑笑，然后摸摸我的脑袋，那种近似母爱的感情让我至今心里充满温暖。

当然，阎老师凶的时候还真的很可怕（阎老师，得罪啦，呵呵）记得那时我和一个男生和另外两个一个女生负责早上扫楼梯，我和另外一个男生刘涛总是早早过来打扫，等到女生来的时候我们都已经打扫好了。我们心里很不平衡，所以，有一天早上我和刘涛都没扫，等女生扫，最后女生以为我们已经扫好了，也没有打扫。最后，阎老师发现楼梯很脏，就让我们值日生出去扫地，两个女生和刘涛都出去扫地了，就是我坐在座位上读书，因为我平时做的最多，心里很不平衡，所以有点火大就没去。阎老师最后知道我也是当天的值日生而没有出去一起扫地，就很气愤的直接在班里很多人面前发我的火，还把我叫到她办公室谈话，她很凶地问我为什么不和他们一起扫地，我心里很委屈，就说之前几乎都是我一个在扫地，两个女生几乎都没扫过，我的心里不平衡就没出去扫地。说话的时候，眼泪都是含着的，因为确实觉得很委屈。阎老师就对我说，老师一直很看重你，觉得你身上有一股正气，当她说到这里的时候，我哽咽的难受，心里更难受。然后又说“吃亏是福”我知道她对我的要求远远胜过其他人，我也不忍心让她失望，所以很努力地做人，很努力地做事。

还记得她的一句话对我影响很大“今日事，今日毕！”这么多年来，我一直谨记这句话，可以说这句话已经渗透到了我的生活，今天的脏衣服，我也从来不留到明天洗，呵呵，有点傻哦。

很感激有一个这么善良的老师引我英语入门，更重要的是那些品行影响我至今。阎老师，好久不见了，你还好吗，希望你幸福。还有，阎老师，知道吗，你笑起来比凶的时候美多了。

We have a good English teacher.His name is Bruce. He comes from Britain, about forty years old. He is tall and thin. Wearing a pair ofglasses makes him moregentlemen.He is strict with us. He often makes full preparations for his class and corrects our homework carefully. His teaching style is very unique, because he is used to encouraging all of us to think by ourselves and study on our own. The relationship between Bruce and us is harmonious. mr shao taught me english when i was in senior three.with the bald head and hunchback, the fifty or some man distinguished himself from his counterparts in many ways.

he was so addicted to tobacco that he couldnt even skip acigarette in the corridor at the interval between two classes. due to the long time consumption of cigarettes, his teeth had gone totally bad and occasionally let off unpleasant smell which really disturbed us when we were talking to him. at times, he came to recognize it and consequently found out a solution. he suggested we write down our problems and he answer them in the written form. although i knew all along that he was a careful man, his quotations of five different dictionaries on a single multiple choice problem was still beyond my wildest dream.

whats more, none of us could imagine how ecellent his ancient chinese literature was. what he tended to do in his class was to recite several segments of the famous ancient prose and then put them into english. however, under the pressure of college entrance eam, the students didnt seem to be so interested in his performance. therefore, he tried to stimulate the class by editions of times as prizes for answering questions. it worked on us instantly.

on the day of the entrance eam, he waited nervously with us out of the eamination room. he kept reminding us not to drink water in case that we would feel like going to toilet during the eam. not withstanding his constant claims that we students were far less important than his beloved daughter, we did feel his devotion to us.

亲爱的母校：

微化吹过偌大的操扬，拂过窗帘，翻起一页页被阳光照得耀眼的书页，似翻过了如水的流年。驼红的夕阳照得人微醉，孰不知春已远，夏已至，毕业季悄然来临，思绪渐渐飘飞，回到了六年前那个初夏。

在母校，老师伴我们遨游书海，体会李白“长风破浪会有时，直挂云帆济沧海”的豪情;品读李清照“和羞走，倚门回首却把青梅嗅”的娇羞;畅享岳飞“待从头，收拾旧山河，朝天阙”的壮志……我们一起笑，一起闹，在母校的怀抱中，渐渐成长，懂得人一生的真理……

亲爱的母校，感谢您教我们做人;感谢您让我们可以在知识的蓝天中翱翔;感谢您让我们懂得了学习的真谛。
