大大在教授英语方面有很多独特之道。

教学安排之独首当其冲。大大的课程安排很有规律。都是星期二学习新单词，星期四听写；都是学习完新单词后，就会有相应的预习作业和基础练习；写完练习后的隔天就会订正；并且要求我们在24小时的黄金时间内复习新学的语法等……有规律的英语学习也使我们的压力减轻了不少。

听写也当仁不让。大大的听写极具有挑战性，课本内容、课外阅读、拓展的知识点等方方面面，边边角角，一丝一毫对我们重要的知识点，大大都会仔细挑出来亮相。奖惩措施也是一大亮点，写得十分完美的，大大会挑出来当着全班人的面表扬；然而写得稍微不尽如人意的，大大却不会当众批评，她会悄悄地把那位同学叫到办公室去，笑眯眯地批评一下，然后等着他就是大大最看重的二次听写了。

作业也不甘落后。大大的作业布置真的无话可说，又多又难，但对于我这个英语渣渣来说，我就是很喜欢写英语作业，可能是因为大大订正作业的方式也很独特吧。大大的课堂上，每一道题都是由同学们来解说的，大大就好像是一位leader，慢慢的，小心翼翼地引领着我们去深入那些简单的，有点难的，变态难的那些题目。对于成绩好的同学却没有发挥好，大大会说：“这次做的不好哦，下次要继续努力。”而对于那些有一点点进步的同学，大大则会说：“Terrific”、“Good job”、“Well done”等。但是无论我们做得有多差，只要我们用心，只要我们相比之前有进步，都会受到大大的鼓励。我喜欢写英语作业，应该就是因为这个吧。

一个尽职尽责，平易近人，受人尊重的老师——陈老师。

上课的时候，陈老师费尽心思的让我们阅读、浏览，在知识的海洋里漫游。瞧，她手拿着粉笔，嘴里不停地讲述着重点难题，这多认真啊!她把知识像甘泉一样浇灌着我们求知若渴的心中。同学们提出的难题，陈老师总是不厌其烦地、耐心地给我们讲解，分析。

活动的时候，陈老师是女同学们玩耍的对象。下课后，男同学们互相玩游戏，看看书什么的。而女同学大都会缠着陈老师，比如和陈老师聊聊天、谈谈学习方面的问题。如果你进办公室，就会发现:老师和同学们都是那样的可爱。

在生活中，对于同学们来说，缺少陈老师，就由如人缺胳膊少腿。当同学们遇到困难时，陈老师总是挺身而出，从不退缩，为同学们提提建议呀，帮帮忙等等。尽管这样，陈老师都不觉得累，因为对她来说，有一群这么可爱的小孩在身旁，只会觉得幸福和快乐缠着你，“累”早已烟消云散了。

我们都爱陈老师，我们都尊重她。因为她是勤奋的园丁，正灌溉着，保护着报护国的小红花。

我的英语老师相貌清秀。她下巴尖尖的，戴着一个深红的圆眼镜，耳朵上挂着两个圆环，经常穿深蓝色的蚕丝连衣裙。

她凶起来的时候像一头母老虎。只是她从来没有像A班的英语老师那样会把同学骂得哭哭啼啼罢了。有一次中午吃完饭，去操场玩的时间还未到，我就和两个好朋友擅自跑到操场上去了。玩到一半，操场边上传来一声“河东狮吼”：“你们几个给我回来！”我们转头一看，英语老师正叉着腰、皱着眉头盯着我们。我们只好乖乖地走到老师面前。老师一边叉着腰一边死死瞪着我们，眼睛眨都不眨一下：“你们三个，等会儿上楼写300字检讨书，然后在全班面前检讨！”她刚一字一句地厉声宣布完，我感觉整个世界都安静了——操场上所有人都目不转睛地注视着我们三个。我们低着头，晃动着无处安放的手和脚，只有一个大写的感觉——尴尬！

我们喜欢英语老师不凶的样子。有一次，老师在上课时把N看成了V，我们异口同声地叫起来：“老师，这不是N吗？”老师一脸惊讶地说：“没有啊，这是V啊！”看着一脸懵逼的老师，我们坚定地要求：“老师，您再看看。”老师回头看了黑板一眼，红着脸挤出一个笑容：“哦，对，是我看错了。”突然，有一个调皮蛋故意开起了玩笑：“老师，您近视几度啊？”老师难得被逗笑了，她咧开嘴露出雪白的牙齿，眼睛黑亮亮的，脸上没有一丝皱纹。这一刻，我发现老师居然这么好看！

唉，老师，希望你不要只把笑容绽放在办公室里，而是把笑容多多留给我们。说真的，只要你一笑，我们就开心。

李老师是我们的班主任，她是我最喜欢的一个老师，就象妈妈一样的疼爱我们。

李老师中等身材，平时对我们总是和谒可亲，记得刚上学的时候，我的字写的弯弯扭扭，还总是用橡皮擦了又擦，看起来我的作业总是乌七八糟的。每次交作业给李老师批的时候，我的心情总是很紧张，生怕会得不到优秀，不过李老师每次总能在我的作业里找出几个看起来不错的字打上红五星，然后面带笑容的对我说：“孙博，你的字有进步了，就是下次动作要快点啊！”我听了李老师的鼓励，心里美滋滋的，暗暗下决心，下次要写的更好更快。

虽然李老师平时总是很和谒可亲，不过在学习上却对我们要求很严格，记得上学期我有次语文考试成绩很不好，并且错的题目很多都是因为我粗心。李老师在课堂上很严厉的批评了我，让我记住这次教训，下次改掉粗心的坏毛病。

这就是我最喜欢的李老师，象妈妈一样的在学习上关心体贴我们的好老师。
