一、大学毕业生人数激增，直接导致就业难。

2016年大学毕业生人数为280万，十年后，大学毕业生人数陡然突破了700万。无疑，大学毕业生的快速增长成为了就业难的直接推手。近年来，各大高校不断扩招，高校扩招确确实实圆了无数人的大学梦，但是同时也导致了大学生人数的激增和质量的下滑，大学生就业难，各大高校难辞其咎。
