小小志愿者，我做我光荣!保护环境，从每个人做起!

7月20日上午9：00——10：00，我带上了抹布、水桶、笤帚，和许多小朋友一起，蹦蹦跳跳地来到灯光球场，参加了中油社区大手拉小手志愿者活动。

首先，志愿者队长给我们每人发了一个志愿者标志，将它佩戴在胸前。大大小小志愿者站在一起，高举着志愿者旗帜，由电视台的人开始录像。接着，我们又让“水宝贝”相继灌满自己提的桶。在一面鲜红的志愿者旗帜上签上自己的大名，作为一个光荣的纪念。紧接着，就开始分工了(一人一组，各自打扫一个门洞，将居民楼打扫干净)。

不过，我和铁杆隗梦迪(云笛儿)有幸被志愿者队长分到了一组，打扫小四号楼(有两个门洞)。这是旧楼，有些脏。栏杆上落上了厚厚一层灰，地也好久没人打扫了。这时，隗梦迪对我说：“老赵，你扫地，我擦栏杆。就这样定了啊!”“Ok!”我二话不说，拿起笤帚就干了起来。“哈哈，我扫、我扫、我用力的扫!灰尘扫光光!”不出几分钟的功夫，我就已经打扫了一层。望着被我打扫的干干净净的楼梯，我心里乐开了花，更加用力了。

每当扫完一层楼梯，我就会将簸箕紧挨着台阶放下，将一层楼梯的灰尘扫进里面。再接着扫第二层。由于我从上往下扫的规律很好，一眨眼功夫，就已扫不少了。嘿嘿，离完成光荣使命的时刻不远啦!我得意地想。再看看隗梦迪，她正在不紧不慢的擦呢!不过速度到也挺快。“哎哟!累死了!”我擦擦头上的汗珠，休息了一会儿，接着拿起笤帚又扫了起来。“沙沙沙、沙沙沙……”嘿嘿，我们将队长分配的任务完成喽!不过，汗水倒是像小溪一样从我们俩脸上流下来。

我和老隗擦了擦汗，将垃圾倒掉，拎着沉甸甸的脏水，返回灯光球场。没想到却空无一人。我们又坐在这里等了一会儿，小志愿者们才陆续回来。我们兴致勃勃，意犹未尽，又将刚建好的办公楼打扫了个干干净净。从我做起青年志愿者活动圆满结束!

这次活动虽说结束了，可留给我们的却是不尽的思考——“保护环境，从一点小事做起!”这句话人们天天说，可又有多少人做到了呢?环境清洁工们如此辛苦的打扫卫生，这不是为了让地球变得环保吗?但是，生活仍有许多人乱丢垃圾、果皮纸屑，有的还随地吐痰，难道他们不知道这样做是错的吗?清洁工那默默无闻的身影，又有谁注意到了呢……

望着胸前的志愿者标志，我发誓：当一名光荣的小志愿者，一定保护环境!

好不容易又盼到周末了，早上一醒来，虽然已经是料峭冬日，但暖暖阳光已经铺满了我的小床，又是个艳阳天，伸个大懒腰，真舒服!这么好的一天，干些什么好呢?睡个回笼觉?不好!还不如打开电脑玩儿它几个小时呢!想到这儿，我一骨碌从床上爬起来，按老规矩回想一遍老师布置的作业有没都写完，忽的，我想起：老师说12月的第一个周日是国际志愿者日，每一个小学生都有责任和义务做一次小小志愿者，要么给孤独在家的老人送去一些欢笑;要么为自己居住的小区做一些环保宣传;或者走出家门给警察叔叔当一次交通协管员，在今天这么有意义的日子里，窝在家里打游戏也太没意思了!于是我匆匆洗漱、又吃完早饭，以上述理由向妈妈请了假，便跑下楼召集了我们小区里的四个小伙伴们，和他们一起去找社区管理的叔叔阿姨们了。

俗话说：天有不测风云!我们是有了想干事的激情，可没有合适我们干的事!负责小区管理的阿姨告诉我们：志愿者的队伍已经出去活动了，如果想报名参加的话，要等到明天正式上班以后再来。唉!没想到想当个志愿者还这么难，我们几个膨胀的激情也像泄了气的皮球一样——没劲了。这时，还是我们中间大一点的、已经上初一的哥哥有主意，他说：没人管我们，我们就自己干!干脆我们就来一次义务劳动吧，你们看，我们小区花园的栏杆多脏啊，不然我们各自回家拿抹布，来一场擦栏杆活动，你们看好不好?他的话音未落，我们都举起手来表示赞同，于是，我们各自回家拿来了抹布，就这样一场花园栏杆清洁战打响了!

作为一群自封的小小志愿者，虽然没人监督，工作起来更要一丝不苟，除了要擦栏杆的扶手，栏杆下方的护栏也要一根根的擦，可是这栏杆好像跟我们作对似的，刚擦干净，风一吹，一层泥灰又浮在表面，就像花猫的脸，出于对义务工作的严格要求，一片花坛的栏杆至少要擦二、三遍才能使一场清洁工作完美收工，接下来第二片、第三片，也不知过了多久，我们的胳膊累酸了、小手冻红了、个个满头大汗，栏杆上的灰迹也不知在什么时候转移到了我们五个人的脸上、身上，再看看花坛的栏杆在美丽阳光的照射下露出了银白色的笑容!我们几个小伙伴也相视而笑，第一次感受到了什么是累并快乐着!

第一次做志愿者，并且还是一个自封的志愿者，我们都感受到了辛勤劳动带给我们的快乐，我们五个相约明天放学回来就去小区管理处的阿姨那里报名，我们以后要做一名真正的志愿者，参加更多的志愿活动，让大人们知道：我们小孩也有一颗热爱劳动、乐于奉献的心!

今天在崂山校区隆重举行了青科大XX年暑假社会实践活动的出征仪式。我很荣幸成为其中的一员参加此次出征仪式。仪式上王书记亲自为各个服务团授旗。看着那一面面飘舞的旗帜，我的内心有种难以言表的激动，我知道那是心中的旗帜随之扬起，她扬起了我的责任，扬起了我的激情，扬起了我的信心，扬起了我的勇气。

In recent years, the volunteering spirit has spread among the Chinese

As modern college students, we should get actively involved in volunteering

activities. By participating, we can learn how to work well in a team, how to

improve our interpersonal skills and organizational ability. Undoubtedly, all of

these are critical for our person growth. So, we should take this chance to

learn and to grow.

As community volunteers,my classmates and I go to the drop-in centre to help with things of which we are capable every or every other Saturday afternoon.There are many old people and children who are not able to return home temporarily.The old often feel lonely and helpless.So some of us read newspaper for them and chat with them.With the spiritual company,they find everyday filled with happiness.

Some of us play games with the children.

Some help do the cleaning.

People there speak highly of us,saying that we are all obliging.

I feel satisfied that I can be helpful when others are in need.

I hope that more students can join us,since there are still many people who need our help.

The more we contribute,the better our society will become

作为社区志愿者,我和同学们去救助中心帮助的事情,我们可以每一个或每隔一个周六的下午。有许多老人和孩子暂时不能回家。老人经常感到孤独和无助。所以我们中的一些人读报纸给他们并与他们聊天。与精神的公司,他们发现每天都充满了快乐。

我们中的一些人玩游戏的孩子。

帮忙做清洁。

人们赞扬我们,说我们都是乐于助人的。

我感到很满意,我可以帮助别人需要的时候。

我希望更多的学生可以加入我们,因为仍有许多人需要我们的帮助。

今天是一年一度的12·5国际志愿者日，昨天下午的公益活动，来自N USK IN如新乐善汇的近百名志愿者与深圳市仁和社会工作服务中心共同携手，为自闭症儿童呈献一场别出心裁的趣味绘画课程。NUSKIN如新乐善汇志愿者代表亦为孩子们送上象征着如新爱的“蓝围巾”，让他们在这个冬天不再寒冷，恰恰迎合活动主题“ 围 住温暖预见爱”。志愿者与孩子们的融合互动，让这群特殊儿童充分感受社会的关爱，带给他们善的力量与温暖。现场的这些志愿者，一半来自深圳，一半从广州、佛山、开平赶来。

为鼓励大家的积极性，志愿者们准备了充足的零食，吃完了，该画画了。此次公益活动，为发扬志愿精神，传递善的力量，NUSKIN如新乐善汇近百名志愿者与深圳市仁和社会工作服务中心(简称“仁和”)携手，为自闭症儿童呈献一场别出心裁的趣味绘画课程，现场，孩子们在一幅长5米宽2米的画布上，与志愿者们一起用无障碍的创新绘画方式，描绘自己心目中的色彩世界。

历经一个多小时，这幅10平方米的画作完成。

据悉，此次活动除了NUSKIN如新的事业伙伴及行政员工参与外，还招募了社会志愿者。如新希望通过这次活动“围”住更多有善心的人在这个冬天温暖他人丰盛自己，将“善”的力量外延扩散。在启动仪式上，NUSKIN如新相关负责人表示：“特殊儿童群体一直备受我们关注，而自闭症儿童对比其他孩子更加对明天有着期待，一条小小的蓝围巾，承载着如新的温暖和关爱，希望能在寒冷的冬天温暖需要帮助的儿童们。志愿者在陪伴他们的同时，也将如新积极乐观，健康向上的精神传递给这些孩子。”同时，“仁和”相关负责人也分享道：“仁和由自闭症人士家长及深圳市自闭症研究会捐资筹办，以在无障碍的社会里拥有平等参与的权利与机会为愿景。自闭症的发病率近年来在全世界范围内呈现快速增长趋势，我们希望通过联手社会机构倡导关注自闭症儿童，用接受与理解正向面对他们，帮助他们尽快融合这个社会 家庭 。”

乐善汇为NUSKIN事业经营伙伴和行政员工所搭建的这个公益平台，希望大家乐于身体力行来践行“善的力量”，因为行善不仅能为受助者送去安慰与快乐，同时也能在积善过程中收获付出的感动与快乐。自2014年成立以来，截至2016年11月，NUSKIN如新已累计组织28306人次乐善汇志愿者，陪伴了52686位受助者，贡献了志愿时间达109255.5小时。这些点滴汇聚的善的力量，不仅让如新收获社会各界公益力量的认可，也用如新的温暖在这个冬天感染更多的人参与其中，“围”住温暖预见爱。

Nowadays,there is a increasing number for people to join in the activities

of volunteering.Its well-known that volunteering job is making contribution to

the society with nothing in return.Its like the Leifeng spirit.However,knowing

this,there are still many people would like to devote themseves in this

trend.For instance,the 20__ Beijing Olympic Games has so many volunteers.They

made lots of contribution to the success of opening the Olympics.Moreover,we can

often see that there many students go to geroium to visit the old to bring warm

to the lonely people.Even there are some peoples career is volunteer.They are

ready to help others.Although the volunteers are much more mon,we still need to

thanks them to admire them devoting themseves to the society.

如今，有越来越多的人加入到志愿服务行业。众所周知，志愿者工作是对社会的无私贡献。就像雷锋精神一样。然而，虽然意识到这一点但还是有很多人愿意奉献于这个行业。例如，20__年北京奥运会有这么多的志愿者。他们为奥运会的成功举行做了很多的贡献。此外，我们经常能够看到，有很多学生去敬老院看望老人给他们带去温暖。甚至有些人的职业就是志愿者。他们时刻准备好去帮忙别人。虽然志愿者是越来越常见了，但我们仍然要感谢他们钦佩他们为社会奉献自我。

In a community activities, I experienced a volunteer experience.

I with full of good mood to community service center, full of expectation and curious for this volunteer activity.

Went to the door of the community service center, I gently pushed open the door. Standing neatly inside our schools junior partner, perhaps is to volunteer. A aunt said, "now, do you like them, listen to my command!" "Good!" I loudly answer, heart was full of pride, because Im a volunteer! Aunt wants me to clean up the bookshelf, I use a feather duster on grey, ah, so dirty! It seems that I only use dishcloth with little by little. My little hand and filled with heavy buckets of water, bent down, put the wet dishcloth, after serious from beginning to end.

在一次社区活动中，我经历了一次志愿者经历。

我带着满怀的好心情来到社区服务中心，对这次志愿者活动充满了期待与好奇。

走到社区服务中心门口，我轻轻地推开了那扇门。里面整整齐齐地站着我们学校的小伙伴，说不定都是来当志愿者的呢。一位阿姨说，“现在，你和他们一样，要听我的命令!”“好!”我响亮地回答，心里充满了骄傲，因为我是一名志愿者了!阿姨要我去清理书架，我用鸡毛掸子拍拍灰，呀，好脏啊。看来我只有用抹布一点一点的抹了。我的小手提着盛满水的沉甸甸的水桶，弯下腰，把抹布打湿后，认认真真的从头抹到尾。
