Nowadays students’ physical fitness is declining year by year. I think

there are some reasons.

Students have too much homework to do， so they have little time to have

sports. Some students eat too much junk food. That’s also bad for their

health.

Then， how to keep healthy? Here is some useful advice. First， students

should do more exercise. Second， students should eat a balanced diet. They

should eat more vegetables and fruits， and try to eat less junk food. Finally，

enough sleep is also very important.

还有一次，班上同学——王莹在英语课上，肚子里“翻江倒海”，头上也渗出了豆大的汗珠，满脸通红。下课了，您还在“拖”课，走到王莹那，看见她的样子。于是手拉着王莹的手，一手摸着她的头，亲切的问她的病情，并安慰她。您拉着她下楼，她烧的太厉害，四肢抽筋，您便把她背了下去。

he looks strong and young. He is fond of singing too. When we feel tired in the

class, he will teach us some English songs. Sometimes he tells us some funny

stories. He often encourages us to speak and write in English. Although we may

make mistakes now and then, he always corrects them patiently and tells us how

to write properly. He is really a good teacher. We all love him and his

My classroom is nice and big . There are forty desks and chairs in the

classroom. There are two black boards on the walls. And there are two pictures,

too. My classroom has eleven lights and twelve fans. What colour are the fans ?

They are blue. At the coner, there is a shelf , many books are in the shelf. I

like the books very much.

This is my classroom , it is very nice. I like my classroom very much . Do

Yesterday night, I made a dream. Dream of a talking dog it says: "are you

primary school?" I say: "yes!" "Can you help me to put on the volcano bag off?"

called us home. The next day we woke up early and packed everything up; then we

took the train and started out for my aunt’s home. That day was so very hot, and

we had to climb a mountain before we arrive. Actually, I got to say that that

was quite amazing.

Not to mention hat during the climbing, I heard something that had shocked

me very much. Which also meant that I didn’t get to care as much as I was

supposed to; and it also gave me a very good idea that depends on my braveness,

actually not that idea sort of.

Here is how the story went on: When we arrived at the station, I got off

and said that I had missed my friends very, very much; but my mother said that I

could see them in the future.

I was very angry about hose words, and ran off as quickly as I could; but

my dad caught me since that he was in the first. I was very angry about that; my

dad said that we were going to climb a mountain.

When we arrived, dad showed me the map, and that we were going to have a

climbing race. My dad won of course, and I was the last. I was very sad; but my

mom said that was matter. Then I said, “Because first I got to lose my friends;

then I became angry because you said that I could see them in the future; then

everything went wrong.” “Like what?” asked my mom and dad together, “Like losing

the climbing game;” “So, it was just for fun like playing video games in the

house. Or trying to blow up your body in the lab, and besides tomorrow you can

see your friends again; we are only staying here for one whole night,” at these

words I was very astonished; even surprised of my wits.

That was when the next morning, I went back, and could play with my friends

once more. It was a very funny story since it was a real one, and I thought that

we were going move there. My friends questioned me about it, and yes I only had

one answer, I was playing with you and didn’t listen carefully.
