冬天桌上的味道,是热气腾腾的,暖洋洋的.父亲回家的时候,饭桌上就会升起白炭炉子.那是一各白铝火锅炉,底下有炉桥烧白木炭,上面还有一个直耸的烟冲口.在灶孔炒菜时就把白炭焐着,然后用火钳夹着一个个放进烟冲底下的炉桥上.不一会儿,烟冲口四周的锅边就会"咝咝"地响了.里面经常放着水煮的豆腐,小白菜,小葱,芹菜等农家小菜.我们一家人围坐在桌子上,边吃边"哈嘶哈嘶"地吸着热气.我和哥哥总是伸长脖子去夹炉里的"内容".白炭炉子太高了,又升腾着氤氲的热气,父亲总叫我们别动.他总微微仰着脸,觑着眼睛,吹开迷漫的白雾,一筷筷地夹起滑嫩的豆腐,水灵灵的白菜,放到我们的白米饭上.后来,也许是习惯了.竟习以为常了.只要吃火锅,我们大多总是坐享其成,总是眼巴巴地望着那白炭炉,等着那热腾腾的美食从父亲的筷子头掉进我们的碗里.只有等不及的时候,才会急着站起来,伸长筷子去瞎夹一把,父亲总是"嘿嘿"地笑,露出一颗因摇车打落的牙洞.外面虽狂风下雪,家里却暖好春天.那是十年前的日子了家里总是弥漫着氤氲的热气和开心的笑声.现在父亲去世快七年了,我却老想起他"嘿嘿"笑时露出的缺门牙.
