危险就在我们每个人的身边，有时离我们是那么近。我“有幸”经历了这么一次。那次，我放学回家，看到了这样一幕：一个孩子正在马路中央玩耍，丝毫没有注意到即将到来的危险，一辆大卡车朝她驶来。旁人高喊一声，那个孩子回头一看，是卡车，顿时惊恐万分，脸色发白，腿一软，人直直地倒在地上，大卡车紧急刹车，可是，已经迟了，那个孩子已被压在车下。人群顿时发出一阵惊呼，有的用双手捂住脸，不敢往下看，有的被突如其来的场面吓傻了，呆呆地立在原地。“又一个孩子永远地离开了这个世界”，真是悲哀。可是，当人们回过神来后，却发现小孩奇迹般地站了起来，没有受到一点伤害。

多险呀，真是死里逃生。幸亏了那女孩倒在了车前的正中间，幸亏了那车的底盘高，如果再偏一点，如果车身再低一点，那后果不堪设想。

Recently we did a survey on the diets of middle school students. We were

surprised to find thatmany students dont seem to be at all concemed about the

effect that unhealthy food can have on theirhealth. They like snacks and street

food has become the favorite snack of many students. Also, they eatfood simply

because it tastes good and dont pay any attention to its storage life. Whats

more, somestudents go to school without having breakfast, and lack even basic

knowledge about food safety.

Middle school is an important time of growth for students. They should form

the habit of eating ahealthy diet and should have three well-balanced meals a

day. In addition, a basic knowledge of foodsafety is essential, which means that

students should be aware of the date of production and thenutritional value of

snack food before they eat it.

In conclusion, the survey indicates that students should improve their

awareness of nutrition andfood safety.

Dining safty has long been a major concern of human race,so,how can we assure that we are dinning safely?

As the basic element of dining safty,source of the food is perhaps the most essential issue that we should focus upon,if the raw metrial itself can cause negative effects to the human body,nothing can be done to put it right.

Kitchen hygiene will pehaps be another element that should be taken into consideration,including water source,type of cooking oil,quality of spicery used and blending of cooking material.

Therefore, it is high time that we should take actions to improve its current situation. First, related departments, including administrative personnel, teachers and students, should know clearly about their own responsibilities and cooperate to solve the problems. Second, equipments such as monitors should be installed on campus so as to detect crimes as soon as possible. Most importantly, we might have to nip something in the bud before it becomes a problem.
