我喜欢晚睡，第二天早上又喜欢睡懒觉。通常，不到一点我是不会去睡觉的。第二天我的闹钟响的时候，我都要挣扎很久才起来。大部分时间，在下课前我就很累了。所以有时我都赶不上老师的进度，因为我无法专心。我还不喜欢吃蔬菜。我只吃肉。可能是因为这个原因我有点胖。我意识到我的生活方式是不健康的。我要去改变。我晚上不能睡太晚，而且要多吃蔬菜。如果我改变自己的生活方式，我的生活会更加精彩的。

吃过晚饭，我打开电脑，兴致勃勃地准备上网，妈妈见了便催我快去午睡。我一听可就不耐烦了：“睡觉，睡觉，你就明白睡觉!”“要你睡觉，这都是为你好!”妈妈也有些生气了。但是妈妈的话我一句也听不进去，便和妈妈顶起嘴来，引起了一场轩然大波。最终，我理屈词穷，忍不住哭了。

事后，细细回想事情经过，我觉得挺后悔的。妈妈说的话的确有道理，睡眠不足不仅仅会影响健康，还会影响学习。我真不就应不讲道理，和妈妈顶嘴。

星期天的早晨，我起了个早床，漫步荔城街头，去领略都市早晨的怡人景色。走在街上，我眺望东方，看到一缕缕霞光透过薄薄的云层，洒向大地，洒在人们的脸上，给每一个人的头发镀上一层金辉，好像朝霞要赐给每一个人一顶桂冠。

同时，我感受到早晨的清爽，耳边没有喧嚣的吵闹声，没有汽车喇叭的嘀哒声，只有晨风在我耳边低唱，替我吹理着有点散乱的头发。晨跑的人们在尽情享受着大自然恩赐的天然美景，他们悠闲地跑着。看到这样的场景，我也由衷的向往，情不自禁地加入了晨跑的队伍。跑着跑着，眼前出现一道“亮丽景观”，在路边的一个广场，有几十个穿着红色衣服的老阿姨，手持花扇，面带笑容，摆手扭腰，在晨风中翩翩起舞，看上去她们很开心。

驻足观看的人群，有的也为之动“武”，看来她们也想身入其“境”。
