“总算赶上最后一班车了。”我坐在公交车的最后一个座位上庆幸自己的好运气。妈妈让我周五放学后自个儿到外婆家去过周末，要是赶不上这一班车，就得独自在家过夜，我还从没有独自面对过黑夜呢。

1、定意。

“材料一”给了我们主心骨，也就是主题：书籍是最好的营养品这是全文必须遵循的“基调”，否则是离题之作。

“材料二”是一则小故事，认真阅读，细细研究，就会发现，这则材料为我们设置了诗一般的意境，同时为我们拟定了比较大的写作空间。

3、拟题

因为分秒不能放松，分秒务必争取，才有了武汉火神山医院建成的奇迹。只用了八天时间，总建筑面积为3.39万平方米的火神山医院就拔地而起，正如外媒所称的令人惊讶的速度。高峰期间，数千名建设者在现场施工，大型机械设备、车辆近千台高效率配合着、日夜不停地运转着。这再度展现了中国与时间赛跑的宏伟场面，也充分体现了每位参与者自我奉献、不畏艰苦的高尚品质。

因为不计报酬，无论生死，才有了医护人员的背水一战，面对未知的生死，他们依然坚持逆行而上，令我们肃然起敬，因此他们成为了最美逆行者。我们应该致敬武汉各大医院全力以赴抗击冠状病毒，10万医护人员超负荷工作，马不停蹄，只为救护生命;我们也要致敬像年仅28岁的宋英杰，他连续十天九夜奋斗于防控一线，因过度劳累引发心源性猝死，而因公殉职等等这些勇士。正是有这些一线勇士的无畏付出，才让疫情日益得到控制，让社会保持正常秩序，让人民惶恐不安的心得到安宁!

因为同舟共济，患难与共，才有了常德村民郝进一次性捐出了15000只医用口罩;一位老人不留名捐款一万元支援抗击疫情这由一份捐款、一个口罩、一个点赞涓涓爱心而凝聚起来的磅礴力量早已悄悄深入人心。他们即使不能身处抗疫一线，也默默献出了自己的爱心。正因为这样默默的一个个爱心举动，让我们从中感受出了人情美好与温暖。我们应为他们而贺彩，而赞颂，而学习!

青山一道，共担风雨。我们的脚步不曾停下，只会愈来愈快，因为我们坚信走到最后就一定会出现一弯绚丽的彩虹。

我游过许多地方：冀鲁边、福建的厦门、北京的长城、还有高耸入云的黄山和泰山……，其中，我最印象深刻的就是游长城了。

我和爸爸妈妈、两个哥哥、大姨和伯伯在暑假的时候去北京玩，我们开着汽车，从凌晨到中午，在高速公路上走啊走，走了约5个小时吧，终于到了北京。期间，我们睡了一觉，便开车去长城。

我们很快便到达了目的地—长城。从长城的山脚下向上望，啊!犹如一条巨龙在往天上冲，“龙”背上还有密密麻麻的人群，我们停下车，也去爬长城。

我们从山脚下开始往上爬，爬了一会儿，我便蹦蹦跳跳的跑到了最前面。我认为爬长城十分简单，可是到了后来，我不得不改变我的想法——因为我爬上一步就气喘吁吁，所以爬长城并不简单，我只能慢慢走了。

爬到半山腰的时候，我们这个“大家庭”也累得受不了了，只得开始“瓦解”，爬到第七层时，小哥和大姨顺着阶梯下去了，到了第十层时，大哥、伯伯还有妈妈也下去了，只剩下了我和爸爸。这时，我们站在长城上往下看，那可是太美了——一群鸟儿在树头叽叽喳喳，来时山脚下的参天大树变成了一些深浅不同的绿点。我抬头往上看，好像一伸手就可以抓到云彩似的，可是一伸手，又抓不到，这里的景色真是美极了!

我和爸爸爬啊爬、爬啊爬，终于来到了尽头，美中不足的是，尽头有一面墙，那面墙上刻有许许多多人的名字，横七竖八，都刻满了，太不文明了。

至此，我不由得赞叹古人的伟大，这长城是多么长，一眼望不到尽头;这长城又是多么宽，宽度足足十米;古人们竟然把一块块儿沉重的石头背上山，仅仅几年的时间就建好了，这真是体现了一句话：“世上无难事，只怕有心人”。

我喜欢长城，喜欢这中国建造的“奇观”。

有的梦想是红色，因为充满激情;有的梦想是绿色的，因为洋溢着活力;有的梦想是紫色的，因为执着于神秘……

小时候，我常常仰望星空，满天繁星那么恬静，那么美妙，闪烁着我的无限遐想。我总是梦见自己长出了翅膀飞向天空，飞到月球，品尝王母娘娘鲜美的蟠桃，流连嫦娥姐姐凄美的广寒宫……

上学之后，我了解到不光是我渴望探索太空，早在14世纪末，明朝的万户把47个烟花系在了椅子上，想飞上太空，可最后失败了。但他的行为却鼓舞和震撼了人们。此后，中国人就一直在为飞向太空努力着。

1970年，中国第一颗人造卫星“东方红1号”成功升空。

1999年，“神舟一号”第一次测试飞行，成功实现天地往返。

2003年，“神舟五号”搭载首位中国航天员杨利伟前往太空。

2008年，“神舟七号”搭载三名航天员进入太空，翟志刚完成首次出舱任务。

……

2021年10月，“神舟十三号”搭载3名航天员顺利进入太空，将在轨驻留六个月。每天放学我迫不及待地在网上搜索新闻，查看“神舟十三号”的动态。当知道三位航天员要太空授课，我激动得彻夜难眠。随后在王亚平老师的太空课堂上看到“花朵在慢慢地开”的奇妙现象，看到神奇的水球……

爸爸给我竖起大拇指，语重心长地告诉我：“中国航天的飞速发展，是中国一代又一代航天人默默无闻、无私奉献、勇于探索才得来的。你只看到航天员们的飒爽英姿，却不知道他们经受了常人无法忍受的严格训练，在飞船升空的背后还有成千上万我们不知道姓名的航天工作者的努力!要想让你的航天梦照进现实，要真正做到拼博、努力，要懂科学，否则到了浩瀚的宇宙根本不知道下一步要怎么做。”我用力地点了点头，把爸爸的话深深地记在心里。

那晚我梦见自己开着我制造的蓝色飞船，穿着帅气的宇航服，手拿五星红旗漂浮在太空中在给孩子们讲课：“中华儿女多奇志，敢叫日月换新天……
