春 节 我最喜欢传统节日中的春节，因为它是中国民间最隆重的传统节日。在农历正月初一，又叫阴历年，俗称“过年”，“新年”。

每年过年，街上挂满了红红的灯笼，彩旗飘飘。商场更是人山人海，购买年货，可热闹了。

So the number nine in both month and day create the Double Ninth Festival, or Chongyang Festival. Chong in Chinese means double. Also, as double ninth was pronounced the same as the word to signify forever, both are Jiu Jiu, the Chinese ancestors considered it an auspicious day worth celebration. That‘s why ancient Chinese began to celebrate this festival long time ago.

The custom of ascending a height to avoid epidemics was passed down from long time ago. Therefore, the Double Ninth Festival is also called Height Ascending Festival. The height people will reach is usually a mountain or a tower. Ancient literary figures have left many poems depicting the activity. Even today, people still swarm to famous or little known mountains on this day.

On this day, people will eat Double Ninth Gao (or Cake). In Chinese, gao (cake) has the same pronunciation with gao (height). People do so just to hope progress in everything they are engaged in. There is no fixed ways for the Double Ninth Cake, but super cakes will have as many as nine layers, looking like a tower.

The Double Ninth Festival is also a time when chrysanthemum blooms. China boasts diversified species of chrysanthemum and people have loved them since ancient times. So enjoying the flourishing chrysanthemum also becomes a key activity on this festival. Also, people will drink chrysanthemum wine. Women used to stick such a flower into their hair or hang its branches on windows or doors to avoid evilness.

In 1989, the Chinese government decided the Double Ninth Festival as Seniors‘ Day. Since then, all government units, organizations and streets communities will organize an autumn trip each year for those who have retired from their posts. At the waterside or on the mountains, the seniors will find themselves merged into nature. Younger generations will bring elder ones to suburban areas or send gifts to them on this day.

Everyone has different interests and preferences, some people like sports, others like to read books, increase knowledge, also, some people like to go out to travel.

I like playing football, every Saturday afternoon, mom and dad will take me go to football lessons, because can learn many skills, let me play better, more progress. I also like camping, because can play games with my friends, watch insects, sleep in a tent, and can also be seen around the beautiful scenery, let me find the scenery pleasing to both the eye and the mind.

I also like to play table tennis, every Monday I will be in the school table tennis class with my classmates, teachers will also teach us a new way, also can match with your classmates, exciting and fun. Mountain climbing is my favorite activities, because can strong body, can also be a breath of fresh air, these are my interest.

Id love to do some of these activities can help the body health, some playing games can relax the mood, I was a healthy baby.

我最喜欢踢足球，每个星期六的下午，爸爸妈妈都会带我去上足球课，因为可以学到很多技巧，让我踢得更好更进步。我也很喜欢露营，因为可以和朋友一起玩游戏，观察昆虫，睡帐篷，还可以看到各地美丽的风景，让我心旷神怡。

我也很喜欢打桌球，每个星期一我都会在学校和同学一起上桌球课，老师也会教我们新的招数，也可以和同学比赛，很刺激又好玩。爬山也是我喜爱的活动，因为可以强健身体，也可以呼吸新鲜空气，这些都是我的兴趣。

我很喜欢做这些活动，有的可以帮助身体健康，有的可以放松心情一起玩游戏，我真是一个健康宝宝。

元宵节是我国的传统节日，因为是新年的第一个月圆之夜，也称元夕，上元节。因有观灯习俗，又称灯节。佛教文化对于形成元宵节俗有着重要的推动意义。 The Lantern Festival is a traditional festival in my country, because it is the first moon night of the New Year, also known as Yuanxi, Shangyuan Festival.Because of the custom of watching lights, also known as the lamp festival.Buddhist culture has important promotion of the formation of the Lantern Festival.

元宵节吃汤圆，意味着团团圆圆，和家安康，过了元宵节就等于过完了新年。

元宵节始于两千多年前的汉朝，汉文帝下令将正月十五定为元宵节。其实古时候的元宵节不只是是元宵，元宵节的传统习俗，包括出门赏月、猜灯谜、吃元宵、耍龙灯、耍狮子、踩高跷、打太平鼓等传统民俗表演。

以后历代的元宵灯会不断发展，灯节的时间也越来越长。唐代的灯会是上元前后各一日，宋代又在十六之后加了两日，明代则延长到由初八到十八整整十天。满清入关后，宫廷不再举办灯会，但民间办灯会的习俗已成，一直延续到了今天。

每逢元宵节，除了提灯笼、吃元宵外，当然各地都会办的就是猜灯谜。在如今各地都有许多不同型态的节庆安排，想方天。放松炮炸寒单的变成每年固定举办的民俗庆典活动，也象征着年节即将告一段落，代表过完元宵后，又将是上学、工作的开始。!

Water is the source of life. Human can not do without water, animals, plants cannot survive without water. We every day to drink water, water, not only we need water, the fish in the water, the crops of the fields, the trees on the hill, and so on all need water. Some people may think so: water is to burn forever, love how how waste waste, this idea is wrong, we should change the idea.

水是生命的源泉。人类离不开水，动物、植物也离不开水。我们每天要喝水、用水，不光我们需要水，水里的鱼儿、田里的庄稼、山上的树木等等都需要水。有的人可能这么想：水是永远用不完，爱怎么浪费就怎么浪费，这种想法是不对的，我们应该改变这种想法。

我听妈妈说，在我们城里的这条小河，在她们小的时候河里清澈见底，她们经常在河水里捉鱼、捉虾、游戏玩耍，可是到了现在却到处是垃圾，成了一条干枯的小河。

水与我们每一个人都关系密切，如果没有水，农作物就无法生长，我们就没有吃的粮食和蔬菜了，我们每天洗手、洗菜、洗衣…一刻也离不开水。如果没有水，我们就不能生存。既然水的作用那么大，我们就应该节约用水，从小养成节约用水的好习惯，做到人走关好水龙头、不把垃圾扔到河里…使水能够保持干净。

为了我们大家有一个良好的生活环境，让我们一起携手起来，从我做起，从现在做起，树立起节水、护水的观念，爱护水就是爱护我们自己。

今天，老师为了明天的包汤圆活动，利用了一节课的时间，给我们讲了冬至的来历，冬至的传说，冬至的习俗和现代人如何过冬至，还有怎么做汤圆。

冬至的来历有很多种说法。根据史书记载，冬至源于汉代，盛于唐宋。《清嘉录》有“冬至大如年”之说，这表明古人对冬至十分重视。人们认为冬至是阴阳二气的自然转化。

关于冬至的传说是这样的：在江南水乡，有冬至之夜全家欢聚一堂共吃赤豆糯米饭的习俗。相传，共工氏有不才子，作恶多端，死于冬至这一天，死后变成疫鬼，继续残害百姓。但是，这个疫鬼最怕赤豆，于是，人们就在冬至这一天煮吃赤豆饭，用以驱避疫鬼，防灾祛病。讲完了这些，老师把我们分成了8个小队，我和杨晨曦、林朝植、黄颜翔、黄伟森和陈主杰分在了同一小队。

最后，老师给我们看了一个视频，这个视频告诉了我们怎么包汤圆，将面和好，馅做好，然后将面做成一个个小小的圆扁片，将馅放进去，收口，掐掉多余的一点，搓圆。

冬至，是我国农历中一个非常重要的传统节日，我真期待明天的到来，希望明天的DIY汤圆活动开展成功。

过除夕

大年三十是除夕,这天家家户户喜气洋洋，灯火辉煌。

一大早，大人们开始忙上忙下地为年夜饭做准备，妈妈和奶奶杀鸡、杀鸭，爷爷和爸爸贴春联、打米粿……中午，爸爸和爷爷带上打好的米粿、鸡和鸭去祠堂祭拜祖先，祈求来年我们一家平平安安，一帆风顺。

晚上，开始吃年夜饭了，我去帮忙分碗筷。爷爷提醒我多分几个碗筷，而且不可以空着。我分完碗筷，爷爷就往碗里夹了鸡肉、鸭肉或倒入红酒，我觉得很奇怪就问爷爷：“我们家没那么多人，放那么多碗筷要干什么呢?”爷爷笑咪咪地对我说：“老祖宗们会回来吃的。”年夜饭中有几道必不可少的菜，比如鱼表示年年有余， 炒米粉表示长长久久，红蛋和红酒表示年年红……长辈们相互举杯饮酒，小孩们喝着果汁 ，真是其乐融融。

吃完年夜饭，我和弟弟跑到楼下， 一人拿着一个“仙女下凡”烟花棒，让爸爸帮我们用打火机点上火，“嗞……”烟花一下子被点燃了，我们挥舞着烟花棒跳啊转啊，烟花棒的火光映红了我们的脸颊，我们的脸上露出了灿烂的笑容。只听见“轰”的一声巨响，邻居点燃的一颗烟花弹升到了空中，在一瞬间爆炸了，那爆炸了的烟花仿佛是一朵美丽的莲花在空中展开了花瓣。 一声声响亮的爆竹声，一朵朵光芒四射、灿烂无比的烟花，在天空中飞舞，各式各样，五光十色，把天空点缀成一个花坛，顿时变得光彩夺目。

啊 ，多么喜庆的日子呀! 这是一个全国人民团圆的日子，这是一个小孩子们最开心的日子——我们又长大了一岁。

I exercise every day.I eat friut and vegertables every day，And I eat junk food once a week.I never drink coffee.I sleep nine hours every night.My lifestyle helps me get good grades.Exercise and good food help me study better.
