There are mandarin ducks in the water play, I throw food to them, they immediately ran over to snatch, really too cute. 春节是中国的传统节日。在春节里，人们会走亲访友，小孩会收到大人的压岁钱，还会放鞭炮，还有一家人聚在一起吃年夜饭。

其中，我最喜欢的环节就是吃年夜饭了。

春节那天晚上，我们一家九口人都围坐在一张大桌子前，谈天说地，还聊形形色色的人。上菜了，妈妈把十几二十盘菜一盘一盘地端上桌，琳琅满目的菜品让我应接不暇。

开动吃了，大家都“君子动口又动手”。我本想夹起一根粉丝，结果这粉丝又滑又长。我拿着筷子一会正着夹，一会反过来夹，一会从左边夹，一会又从右边夹，夹了不下十次。我堂堂君子连一根粉丝都夹不上来，还算是君子吗?这次一定要夹起来，我一本正经地伸出手，用筷子使劲地夹，啊!成功了!还没等我欢呼，粉丝那滑溜溜的身子还是从我的筷子下逃脱了。

吃完年夜饭，我拉上爸爸去放烟花。我拿起一根又细又长的烟花，用打火机点燃，“嗞---”，突然，“呼”的一声烟花飞上了天，“吧啦吧啦”地响起来，开始还把我吓了一大跳。

啊，春节真快乐啊!要是天天都这么快乐，就等于每天都过春节该多好啊!

“端午临中夏，时清日复长。”端午节到了，几乎家家户户都在包粽子，做香囊，更有激烈的赛龙舟。龙舟上，鼓手在拼命打鼓，“咚、咚、咚”，另外的人整齐地坐成一排，随着鼓手的节奏，在拼命地划桨，大家都沉浸在欢乐中。

在吃粽子、赛龙舟的背后还有一个传说，据说著名诗人屈原因为不忍心看见自己的祖国被毁，在江边写下了一首诗后抱石投江。事后，楚国人拼命在江边打捞他的尸体，人们把饭团投进江中，不让鱼虾吃他的尸体。后来慢慢演变成吃粽子、赛龙舟的习俗。

Some people feel like they are always busy doing something all day long, but they still have a lot of things to do. It seems that the time is never enough. How can we spend our time effectively? Well, in my humble opinion, there are several tips that we can use.

First of all, we should make a list about the things we need to do today. The chef thing to remember is to do the things which are extremely critical first. Second, be concentrated. For the people, they may lack of self-control, they are easily got distracted by other things, thus its important for them to do the things according to the list. Dont do other things unless you have finish your job. Last but not least, wake up earlier in the morning. Youll find you have more time to do the things you want.

In a word, we should have a plan about the things we are going to do. Only in this way we can use time effectively.

It is a celebrating day. I got in touch with Michael whom I have been losing contact for one year.

It is really magic. I was searching online aimlessly yesterday when an idea struck me suddenly: since Ben can find out my secret by keying in my name in the search engines, why can’t I do so, either?

I intended to find out something about Ben in revenge in the first place, but soon extend my name list to a wider category. It was then that I recalled Michael suddenly.

We have lost contact since our last correspondence in my senior 3. He mentioned to me in his last letter that he was preparing for going to UK to further his education. I, shamefully, was too busy to reply his mail then. When I was recommended to ZJU and won the final freedom, I thought he had already been in UK so I had no idea where to write him.

I used to think that we would never meet again. However, when I browsed the entries about him, I found out excitedly that he is still in P.R.C.!!

Without a moment hesitation, I ran upstairs to my dorm and found out my old address book. Thank goodness, his home no was still there.

After 3 times calling with no answer replies, I eventually got him on the phone. He was more surprised than I could imagine that when I asked for his hp no he was too nervous to remember it. :P Hehe.

Life is enjoyable in moments such like this. Old friends meet again surprisingly, on a road of their own ways to their dreams. they look at the face of each other, and recognize the old pal. It is such moment that makes me feel grateful to life: whenever I set off for a new destination, I see I have friends in the same direction, with whom I won’t feel alone any more.

There are many festivals in a year, I love Children’s day, because on that day, I can have many candies from school. 中国的传统节日有很多，有盛大 隆重的春节，有象征丰收与团圆的中秋节，还有扫墓祭祖、踏青郊游的清明节……我最喜欢哪个传统节日呢?是端午节。

每年农历五月初五这一天，就是端午节，是中国四大传统节日之一。妈妈曾经给我讲过端午节的由来：一个名叫屈原的人，在战国时期不愿意随波逐流活着，到了公元前278年五月初五那天，他终于抱着一块石头，跳到汩罗江里自 杀了。附近的人知道了这个消息，都划着小船去救屈原，连屈原的影也没有。渔夫很难受，他将竹筒子里的米撒下去献给屈原。

每年的端午节到来之际，妈妈会给我或买或编一条五彩绳。就是拿上五颜六色的绳子，并列排在一起，搓成一根长绳，带上玉线，上面挂个小彩珠或小铃铛，一根漂亮的五彩绳就完成了。我高兴地把它戴在手上，左瞧右瞅，再甩甩手臂抖抖手腕，小彩珠或是小铃铛像快乐的小精灵，叮铃叮铃地跳跃着。

端午节里最盼望的还是吃粽子了。粽子是用翠绿的粽叶包成的。打开粽叶，里面是晶莹剔透的江米，吃一口，软糯而清香，散发着诱人的香气。每当端午节这一天，老娘总会拿出自己亲手包的粽子，让我们吃个够。

每年看着老娘包粽子，米宝宝呀，枣娃娃呀，在她的手里那么乖巧听话，感觉特别有趣我也忍不住想试试。“把米可要盛的满满的!一定要包紧裹好喽!”老娘一百个不放心地指点着，我一边听老娘说一边包。首先把两片粽叶卷成漏斗状，然后，盛上江米，再放上几颗红枣。有的时候我的手会不听话，也许是粽叶或是江米调皮，粽叶卷成的漏斗状的口总有小缝，米就撒的满地都是。勉强收拾好之后，用剩下一半的粽叶把米包住，用白色的线捆住，这样，一个粽子就包好了。老娘包的又快又漂亮，有棱有角，像是一个模子里刻出来的;我包的又慢又丑，东倒西歪，哈哈。不过俗话说得好，“劳动者光荣，劳动者最快乐。”

经过五六个小时的小火慢煮后，关火，焖至自然冷却，粽子出锅了。妈妈首先拿出一个，放在鼻尖，闭目深吸一口气，满足地说：“最爱端午节里妈妈的味道。”我呢，戴着五彩绳，吃着粽子，模仿着妈妈的样子，说道：“端午节里老娘的味道，我的最爱!”
