那么，怎样找到“自我”呢?我读过一个禅宗的故事：学佛的李翱问师父：“如果我有一个瓶子，在里面养了一只小鹅，每天给它喂食，鹅一天一天长大了，终于满满地塞在瓶子里，现在我不想打破瓶子，又想让鹅出来，怎么才能办到呢?”听了这话，师父低头不语，突然大喝一声：“李翱!”李翱听见师父叫他，本能地答应：“在!”师父一笑：“出来了。”这个故事告诉我们，在成长的过程中，人的一点一滴都是在瓶子里精心养大的，有一天你感觉到束缚了，但又不忍心打破瓶子，那么又怎么出得来呢?出不来的人，是因为已经没有了“自我”，只剩下束缚。只有被棒喝之后本能地说“在”，心出来了，人，也就出来了。就如画家丰子恺所说：不乱于心，不困于情，不畏将来，不念过去。如此，安好。

每个人的生命都是奇妙的，无论有多艰难，请记得要坚持自我，永不迷失，做最好的自已。“听你未听的，看你未看的，做你未想的”，达摩祖师如是说。是的，亲爱的朋友，认识“自我”是多么艰难，找到“自我”是多么幸运，那么，坚持“自我”就更为可贵了。坚持自我，你会感受到个性的风采，感受到生命的激情;坚持自我，你会拥有精神的独立，拥有前进的动力;坚持自我，有利于个性的发展，也有利于整个社会的进步。勇于坚持自我的人，才能挣脱俗世的羁绊，创造出人生中美丽的篇章，在人生舞台中尽显活力，活出自我，活出精彩。

祖国日益繁荣盛强，逐渐从乡村生活变为城市生活，一座座高楼大厦拔地而起，令人不由得赞叹。但是，迅速发展也给我国带来了一些重要性的问题。

城市拥有了美丽的广场，多了很多公民间的互动。维护城市的美丽要从我们每个人做起，让城市生活更美好。绿色的城市是非常清新舒适的，而这该如何建设，必须靠大家的行动，不再乱扔垃圾，保持城市的健康。祖国养育了我们，我们也应回报祖国。没有我们的维护，祖国就不再美丽了。祖国在我们的建设下，变得强盛，但是如果我们不爱惜，就会变得可怕。

农村的建设也不可忽视，虽然农村有了许多先进的东西，但同时污染也非常严重。我希望所有公民都能做到坚守自己的责任义务，为祖国贡献一份力量，共同打造一个清丽秀美的祖国。说到农村，农民们高兴这农村焕然一新，但也对那些露天的垃圾堆感到厌恶。这不是自然造成的，而是我们自己所犯的错误。只有将我们自己管理好了，才能去为祖国做贡献。

因此，我们可以从身边做起，管理好学校、家庭。在校可以经常打扫教室，保持学校的洁净。在家，可以低碳生活，少开空调，多节能。人人都能遵守公民的职责，地球将会更美好。

有些人环保意识差，经常大量地砍伐树木，滥杀动物，为的只是那一己之财。这种行为不仅可耻，而且危害到的是地球，不是个人。再加上水资源危机，世界沙漠化，地球早已狼狈不堪。人类创造了世界，却又要亲自毁了世界。滥杀动物，砍伐树木，就是在毁灭自己。请听一听那些濒临灭绝的动物的声音，它们不是为自己默哀，而是为人类感到惋惜和害怕。中国人口多，人均占地面积却不是很大，若是中国被沙漠完全吞噬了，就永远无法享受城市的乐趣、农村的美景了。

中国之美，在于人们的文明，我们必须注视濒危物种和缺乏的水资源，重还中国一片绿色!

今天，是我的生日，我们一家子都沉浸在过生日的快乐中。最激动人心的时刻到了，开始许愿了，妈妈把窗帘关上，闭上灯，爸爸也把蜡烛插上，我坐下来，点上蜡烛，闭上眼睛，开始许愿了……

我知道这个愿望没可能实现，但我也不后悔，这是我的梦想——我希望自己变成一颗璀璨的星星!每当夜里一抬头，周围漆黑一片，唯有那几颗闪闪发亮的星星，是那么美丽，那么耀眼。……

那个晚上，我在窗前，支起手臂托着脸颊，仰望着天空上的星星，心里想着：要是能看到流星雨就好了，就算是一秒也行啊!我从来没有看见过流星，更别说流星雨了……想着想着，就趴在桌子上慢慢睡着了……

哇，一觉醒来我真的成了一个星星!我真的太开心了，开心的让我无以言表，我竟然变成了一颗星星!太阳还就在我旁边，这真的是太酷了!

虽然我现在变得很酷，但是不知道为啥就是开心不起来，可能是太热了，内心快爆炸了，才特别不舒服?可我不知道的是，这只是个开始……

时间一长，就没有了刚开始的兴致了，越来越没有意思。过去我看“明星”，他们在夜幕中是那么华丽璀璨。而自己成了别人眼中的“明星”了，可越来越孤单了……平时，只有自己看着这一片宇宙，黑漆漆的，仿佛一切都静止了，只有一点点微光，让人的心，都安静下来……

还有的时候，要小心着无数的小行星、流星雨，还有废旧的人造卫星，要是和它们撞上，就一定会‘缺胳膊少腿’，所以还要小心的躲避它们;并且，如果为了躲避而脱离了星际轨道，和别的星球撞上，那就肯定会“粉身碎骨”啦!

我明白了月球为何被称为“广寒宫”……原先我看着那窗外的星星，幻想着要是成为它们该多好，可不知道，星星的生活是那么的荒凉、寂寞……

说到底，“明星”不过只是宇宙中的一颗大粒尘埃，只因太阳反射才让我们看到它的光芒。一个人生下来就有属于自己的轨道，而每人都只不过是在默默的走好自己的路而已……

Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of

society, most people have more and more things to do and have less time to

sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may

not realize the bad side of it, but it will bring something bad for them after a

long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do

not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make

people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual

outlook. A person who lacking of sleep always looks tired and has no power to do

things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of

thought. They always can’t be active in mind.

清明已经来临了，不知怎么的每年的这个时候都会下起大雨来。这正如杜牧所说的“清明时节雨纷纷，路上行人欲断魂。”

来到昌国寺，已满头大汗的我们望了望接下来的路，只见蜿蜒曲折山路泥泞不堪，看起来很不好走啊!但想想来这里的目的，我们还是鼓起信心，小心翼翼地向前走去。哎，泥和水，水和泥的路真滑呀!一不小心就可能成为一个“泥菩萨”。经过一段时间的艰难行走，终于来到了目的地。

Eleven”, aimed to encourage the single people to do something to celebrate their

own festival. Instead of dating lovers, people go on-line shopping to relive the

loneliness. According to the survey, China had 564 million Internet users at the

end of last year and 180 million single people. And the single people are the

main force of the China’s spending power. The debut was a great success. Then

“11.11” has an unusual meaning, which stands for on-line shopping carnival.

Comparing with the traditional shopping, the cyber shopping has more

distinguish features, which quite fit the young generations’ taste. People do

not need to go outside, just click their mouse, the goods will be home. The best

part is you can do it anywhere, anytime. All you need is a credit card. What we

can predict in the future is that on-line shopping is not going to fade away,

instead, it will boost like the mushrooms after spring rains.

转眼间，寒冷的冬天到了，不知不觉，青绿色的枝桠变得光秃秃的，期盼温暖的阳光能带来一丝生机。

从衣柜中最角落的深处，揪出一件件久未谋面的冬衣朋友们，咦——一股发霉的味道令人退避三舍，只想掩鼻而逃!急忙丢入万能的洗衣机，洗衣机竭尽所能的滔洗，洗去陈年的气味，湿答答的冬衣在太阳公公的热情拥抱下，全都沾染上阳光独特的气息和温暖，穿上这些“特制”的温暖冬衣，暖和了身心，心情顿时放松、愉快起来。

冬天对不畏霜雪严寒的梅花来说，是个美丽、坚贞的季节，只有冬季的花王——梅花，才能忍受如此的酷寒，才能展现一番不同的风貌。雪白挂满枝头，点缀着所剩无几的残叶，风吹花落，地表被铺上了一层轻柔的毛毯，能够漫步在富有意境的梅林走廊，欣赏大自然为冬天换上的衣裳，是多么令人快活!“踏花归来马蹄香”，穿上冬衣，在梅花劲放的梅林漫步，我深深了解古人体悟自然的细腻心思，不禁喜悦得不能自己!“梅雪争春未肯降，骚人搁笔费评章。梅须逊雪三分白，雪却输梅一段香。”别只是看见严冬的无情，它也别有一番迷人的景致，也更能让我明白“温暖”的意义。

翻开记忆的扉页，刚开学时，人生地不熟，有一次，我忘记带上课要用的课本，朋友见我闷闷不乐的样子，猜到我因为和其他班的同学不熟，不敢开口请别人帮忙，急急忙忙带我去向她的小学朋友求救，我真的很感谢她，看到她为了不让我受罚，不怕麻烦地替我张罗。在难过时，有人适时伸出友谊的双手，鼓励我、帮助我、支持我，那种暖和的感觉，就像有人在冬天为你加上一件暖和的衣裳，在心中激起阵阵开心的涟漪，更令人了解“雪中送炭”的可贵了。

古人云：“不禁一番寒彻骨，焉得梅花扑鼻香!”没有经历过一次次的挫折，怎么能得到甜美的成功果实呢?假使冬天是困境，冬天来了，春天还会远吗?只要能保持冬衣一般温暖的心情，继续努力，相信我们也能在冷列的冬日，找到温暖的春天。

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. they leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

I often play computer games because I like it so much. I often watch Japanese cartoon movies with my parents on the weekends. On long holidays we take trips, too.

That is my description of typical family life in China.
